I was 300 miles from home and needed an emergency repair recently on a Friday. Mark was busy but agreed to try and fit me in later in the day. He not only made a timely, quality repair, but he was reasonably priced. It makes a difference when the owner lives in the community. He was also pleasant and professional. Nothing could have improved on my experience. Thanks from Bruce.

Scheduled an oil change appointment and everything went smoothly until I had to actually drive my car.Got my oil changed before a long 4 hour drive so the car would be ready, and as soon as I hit the highway the oil cover shield plate under the car fell off as it was not bolted properly. Completely ruined the drive as I had to pull over every 30 minutes to tape the skid plate over and over.It is completely unacceptable for a professional shop like this to do such lousy and unprofessional work on something as simple as an oil change. As a local student, I put my trust in their hands and will not allow anyone to make the same mistake I did. I thought that paying a little extra for an oil change for the peace of mind of a good professional job would be the smart move, instead it is now costing me double as I have to replace the skid plate because it is completely torn apart.Nonetheless, Tony at the front desk was a friendly and kind gentleman. Just very unfortunate that there is a lack of quality control at this good year and they are letting the simple mistakes pass.

The service writer at the Elmira location drives customers away, I asked if my air filter could be blown out if dirty, as I dont have $$ to buy one right now. I was told that we don't blow them out because it pushes the dirt deeper inside? Who blows an air filter out from the bottom up?! you blow dirt out from the top down. Also there's oil change pricing on the counter, saying that you get a high mileage oil with the lowest price, but yet when you say that's what type of oil you want, the service writer tells you that the display sitting on the counter is wrong and that type of oil is more money?! Do not go to the Elmira Goodyear location, go to Corning New York or Ithaca New York. Stay away from here.

Fantastic service. I came in when my car automatically flagged one of my tires for low pressure, and not only were they able to get me a same day appointment but they also checked and filled my other tires which were a little low as well! All for free! Very happy to have a place like this in Elmira.

They got my car in right away for a flat repair. They called to advise me of the progress and cost and updated me on other maintenance that is due. No pressure service.

Didn t ask if I wanted hazard insurance just added it to price of tires didn t realize it until after paying bill and putting receipt in desk days later. When I questioned them about it they said I yea we just add it to the price they never told me I bought it or what it covers until i questioned them. Will never buy tires here again

I has noticed my spouses vehicle had an inspection.......overdue. called Gray St. Location in Elmira. Talked to Mark, who scheduled me first one in following a.m. Since this is where the vehicle gets serviced regularly. He had complete history of it. No problems were found. Safely, legally on the road for the rest of Summer.

They helped my husband when his car ran out of gas on the side of the hwy. His gas gauge hasn't been working properly and they actually figured out that the wrong fuel pump was installed in his car. We appreciated them going the extra mile.

I always have a great experience when I go to Goodyear service center. They always treat me good they explain about Any issue I may have with my car and do first rate service on it . I've been a customer for over 25 years and I've gotten to know the guys there and I have the up most trust in them.Service Manager Mark Mathew is a great manager and has always done right by me. I would highly recommend this service center to anyone and I have recommended before to my friends !!

Had a flat tire on our RV trailer. Pulled in unannounced and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. They had us up and running in a half hour. Fantastic experience Thank you

Got my car serviced here and was greeted by Tony with professionalism. Mark, Shop Manager, took care of my concerns after I picked up my car promptly. They've earned a new customer out of me. Great service, great people.

Excellent customer service, I took my car in to have mufflers installed on my car and for them to check my breaks, they finished in less than 2 hours and called me as soon as it was ready and the price felt more than fair for about 2 hours of work, they also called me about a week later to make sure I was happy with the result and that everything was working the way it should be. Thank you Tony and Mark for doing a great job and exceeding my expectations greatly!

I had a 9am appointment scheduled for this morning. I was assured it take only an hour which is important because I have another appointment at 11. I got there at 8:45 to assure I I wouldn t be late for my 11 appointment. I sat in lobby for 15 minutes but was ignored. Finally someone asked why I was there and I was told it would take almost 90 minutes so I left. I m calling Firestone to make an appointment there.

I noticed a nail in my tire when washing my car. The tire was not leaking but I was nervous and wanted it fixed right away. I took it to Goodyear because I could walk to work from there, and several of my co-workers go there. The service was awesome! They had it done in the morning. I walked back over on my lunch to pick it up and was pleasantly surprised there was no charge! I will definitely go there again and recommend them to friends!

We set up an appointment for 1 and they took in a car before us. Told us that they would give us a bunch of stuff in this warranty, to get our money. Now that we're ready to start getting the things they promised Us, it's suddenly voided. My Husband is now stressed out about it, and our tire can blow at any time. We have two kids, we can't afford to lose my husband. They're just not helpful when honoring the stuff they say. Go to Mavis!!

Always great friendly service at Goodyear Elmira. Many thanks to Mark for great advice and service over the years. Thanks also to Tony and Hanna for helping out. This has been our go to place for tires and service for a long time. 5 stars.

I stopped in here on 10/19/19. It was a great experience. What a great team. They ALL get along well together which makes for an awesome workplace experience for employees and customers. I could rant, but I think this says enough.

The staff here, Mark, Tony, Hannah and the fabulous technicians are very professional, courteous and compassionate about their service to you. One of the greatest business experience in Elmira.

Stopped in for an inspection on my wife's car after working on it for a month to have it ready. Of course, they "found" something. The the control arm was bad, and the bushings were shot! $175 dollars for parts and labor. Ok, anything for my family's safety. But, I hopped under the car to check it out a day or two later, and the control arm had clearly never been changed. Classic scam shop. I advise anywhere else in Elmira but there.

I have been bring my vehicles there for almost 2 yrs know and enjoy the work preformed, diagnosed a vechicle correctly and just not throwing parts to too try to fix the the issue. If they dont diagnosis correctly they make sure to find the problem and dont over charge you. I' m even going to recommend my friends and family to start bring there vehicles there as well. Don't have too beleave what im saying find out for yourself seeing is beleaving is what I always say. So thank you Mark ( Service Manager) for the fine job you have done for me and my wife, just keep up the fine work you guys do and other people will see it to.

Easy to find on Gray St. in Elmira. Can be a little hard to get in for deliveries, but easy to leave after getting done! Friendly staff to give parts to when delivering.

Always a great experience. Cost is reasonable and for the amount of work I put into my own vehicle this is one of the only outfits I trust with my vehicle

Very attentive and helpful. Had a problem with my wheel lock , helped me to find a viable solution and guided me trough very thoroughly . The manager was a delight and epithemy of professionalism. Thank you guys. From now on you have mine and my daughters business.

I was coming to the region for a vacation and got a flat tire on the highway. Fortunately I found this shop in the afternoon of the Saturday. They fixed it in less than 30min and did not charged me for repairing the flat tire, just as they do for local customers.

Great service. I've been to more than one Goodyear location. They never try to sell me anything I don't truly need.
