Casey F was awesome! He helped me get my new car in less than 24 hours. What I most appreciate is him not being pushy, being easy to reach and answering all my questions. The whole team is very knowledgeable and helpful. Definitely will be getting my next car with them!

It was a long wait, but patients made off. I am really pleased with Matt Murphy providing me with assistance in my journey to my new F450 Lariat Super Duty. I originally ordered a 2022 F450 back on 1/4/2022. Matt and I communicated back and further a few months after the order was placed and assured me the order is moving. Come 6 months later from the order, Matt reached out with information and implied the truck would most likely be a 2023 being so late in the order. Come October 2022, Matt reached out again and told me the 2023 order banks were opening end of October and to place the order again. I immediately ordered a 2023 F450. Matt reached out and informed me the order was placed and received confirmation form the factory. Come June 2023, the factory communicated production will start June 2023. The excitement begins!! July 5th was a wonderful day. Truck shipped! Matt and I communicated on July 18th that the truck was delivered at Ferrario. I couldn't be more excited. Stopped by the dealership and looked the truck over with Matt. Friday, July 21st I took ownership for the 2023 F450 Lariat Super Duty. Matt was very resourcefully, honest and up-front during the long almost 2 years process. Matt isn't the typically salesman. He goes the extra mile to be informative, professional and helpful to very question.My experience was wonderful and pleased. Thank you very much Matt Murphy!!

A BIG THANK YOU to Charlie Runyan!!! for helping me buy my new Ford Escape. A very professional, kind, and funny man to work with. The process was a bit long but it was worth it in the end. By far the best people to work with when purchasing your next vehicle. I have Ford dealers closer to me and I will still recommend Ferrario first. Matt was a fantastic salesmen able to answer all my questions, work with my budget, get me into my new truck and have it delivered directly to my house quickly and smoothly. This was my second time working with Matt and the Ferrario team and I look forward to seeing them in the future.

My sales consultant was Charlie Runyan and he helped me buy my first car this week! Yeah! He was super accommodating, kind, and easy to talk to. You could tell that he wanted me to get the best deal just as much as I did. Everything was explained to me in terms I could understand, and if I had a question or was worried about something, he quickly settled any concerns. I super appreciated him sitting in the car with me for literally a half hour or more just explaining the new virtual set up, how to connect my phone to the car, how to use all the controls. I might not have gotten to buy my first car with my Dad like we planned, but I think Charlie made a good substitute. He cared just as much about my safety in that car as my own Dad would. Plus, he offered to take pictures for my Dad before I could even ask! Truly a wonderful experience and if I had to buy another car, I would certainly go back and ask for Charlie

We had a great experience buying our truck today from Ferrario Ford. Our salesman was Matt Murphy and he was like sitting down with a friend, but also took care of business in a very timely matter. We would recommend any one to go there to buy their vehicle, all of the staff was very friendly.

It was a long wait!! But my sales rep Matt Murphy was super patient with me. He always responded with amazing grace and calm professionalism when I was excited! Ferrario Ford Lincoln in Elmira NY was straight forward no nonsense and offered to delivered my vehicle half way across the state before I even asked! There was never any pressure to buy and they never pushed extra add-ons. It was almost uncomfortable ;-) how straightforward and easy this purchase was!

Adding to this review because I just swapped the 22 for a 23 ! Same style and package. A Lariat. As usual Matt was absolutely stellar in helping everything move along. This one was a custom order which sounds daunting but he made it so fast and easy thank so much for all your ongoing support and help Matt and Way e Next up we have to trade out the wife s for a new lease as well Picked up a new 2022 F150 this weekend and as usual it was a fantastic experience This is the 17th vehicle in 6 years for me and my family here. We are huge fans of the deals and the service we receive every time we stop in! Thanks again to my sales agent Matt Murphy for a great experience, and to Wayne Ramsey for all the help in making the deal come together!

I know the following may sound simply like an employee just "doing their job", but this guy is a model professional!Service advisor Shawn Smith is top notch - he promptly followed up with ordering parts, then in scheduling the work once the parts were in hand. When i dropped off and picked up, it went super smoothly.Recall / warranty work can often be painful and my experience was just the opposite.
