Got an oil change today. I went around 3:30 and was out in less than 10 minutes. The staff was SUPER friendly and made sure to check my tire pressure and washer fluid!Will definitely be back to get more oil changes in the future.

Hidden Gem. Rolled up, no appointment, right in. Didn't even have to get outta my car. They were done in 10 minutes. Guys were helpful and explained everything needing done and everything that didn't need done.Will come here regularly now after finding out about this place

Have been going here since we moved 2 years now. Love their service. Very respectful employees. They take the time to explain what s needed and what they did. Yesterday they changed my oil, checked all my fluids, tire pressure and washed my windows in 10 minutes. Love love love them.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Very quick, proce better than some. Don't have to get out of car. I had to ask them to reset my screen and 2 said they could, did it quickly. Good service.

Great experience! I'm a young woman, so I always am leery of trying new places for car maintenance because some spots have tried to rip me off in the past. These guys were very nice, polite, and professional. I was in and out in FIVE MINUTES!! Absolute fastest oil change I've ever had. The price was on par with or even cheaper than the chains I've been to. 10/10.Service: Oil change

I live in the Sayre/Athens area and Valvoline bought out the Jiffy Lube I usually use for my maintenance. My friend recently went there, since the buyout, for an oil change and left with a $500 bill of other add on services they recommended, without explaining the costs of those other services. So, I recently found Express Lube on Google and thought I'd try it while I was in Elmira the other day. The gentlemen there were thorough, quick, and didn't try upselling me where I didn't need it. One of them went above and beyond for me, after explaining an issue with my check engine light coming on and off after leaving my gas cap off. After showing him the error code, he looked it up and didn't think it was related to the gas cap issue. He recommended an add on service to see if it would keep the light off, and I was due for a filter change anyway, but said if the light came on again to definitely bring it into my warranty provider for a full check! I'll definitely be planning to go here for all my future maintenance services now!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

Really nice experience. I usually do all my own car stuff, except for inspection. Went in, guy found a problem but didn't charge me. Went back the next day and passed. Cool guys. Happy atmosphere.

If I could give it a zero I would. I needed to get an insurance inspection done. Called ahead. Drove 35 minutes to get there after person on phone told me no appointment necessary. I arrived they told me best they could do is an hour and a half wait. That wasnt possible for me I had to pick up the kids. I said hey I just drove 35 minutes to get here you told me it wouldn't be a problem. His responce ENJOY YOUR 35 MINUTE RIDE BACK!! I will Never go there again. I will warn everyone the way they run thier business. You have been warned.

The staff were friendly and very fast. I only spent maybe 15 min at the most for a 14 point check oil change. Best service I've had compared to other places. Will definitely keep coming here for my car maintenance.

I've come here time and time again when my vehicle is in desperate need of service (tire rotation/oil change) and I've yet to be dissapointed by these guys. Plus, when I was pressed for time and absolutely needed an inspection they were able to help me out in no time at all at a reasonable price! Actually, I'm currently in line for service here now.

Heard good things about this company with respect to their products and service so I just went there to see for myself. Sure enough: fast, friendly service and they did things on my vehicle the other quick lube place I have been going to for years never did i.e. check my tire pressures, wash my front and back windows. Will be telling everyone in the family to switch over to Express Lube.

3 days in a row I showed up for inspection. 3 different excuses why they couldn t do it. Internet down day 1 computer down day 2 printer cought on fire day 3. Previous years was he didn t like the football team I represented. Same guy every time. So therefore lost my oil and inspection business. This place needs to be looked into.

They changed the oil, but they said my coolant (DexCool) was good; they were wrong, it was low by about 25%. They also had rather "gruff" demeanors. I don't recommend them if you have time to get to a real garage.

This place is great. I always have exceptional service and enjoy the employees. It is nice to go to a place where they don't lie and don't try to rip you off!
