Steven is awesome. Nothing but professional, courteous, friendly and helpful all in one! He had suggestions to help us figure out what was wrong with our daughter's car and was able to have the parts on hand that were needed. Excellent customer service!

I mean we get good deals yes, but is dealing with the horrible attitude problems (from a few workers) worth it? If you are stressed out about your vehicle, these employees absolutely do not care. They are only there for a check, and act in that manner. Multiple times My husband is on the phone shaking his head, or coming out asking why no one likes thier jobs anymore. when asked about it, they blame it on "having a bad day. " (every day?) While failing to understand that's also why people are at your store. They're also not having a great day. No empathy!!

Very competent employees and the items I ordered online for pickup the same day were just right. I will definitely do business at this Advanced Auto again. Cool people, good service, cant beat it. Keep up the good work!

On this particular occasion; I went to Advance Auto Parts due to the fact that I had a light on my dashboard lit up.Considering the fact that I know nothing about cars I asked an employee for assistance. The employee in question was very polite and offered to check my vehicle out for me. The employee proceeded to do so. They continued to act in a polite and courteous manner while doing so.They informed me that my oil was low, my coolant was a bit low and that I could also use some windshield wiper fluid soon. The employee then proceeded to help me find the correct products to use; to correct these issues. As I had no clue what type of oil I'd need or what coolant is recommended.After purchasing the items mentioned; the employee was nice enough to come out to my vehicle again and assist me. As to be clear; I know literally zero about vehicles. To the point of not being positive what fluids go where.The employee then showed me what fluid goes where. They then assisted me with putting the correct fluids in the correct locations. After doing so; I checked and the light on my dashboard had gone off! As such I thanked the employee for there assistance; to which they courteously replied.Overall a 5 star visit. The employee made what was a stressful situation into a more positive situation. I couldn't have asked for a more helpful or polite individual to interact with. They helped turn a negative situation around. I'm happy I went to this particular store; as well as the results of said visit.I'd recommend this business to others looking for assistance with automotive matters that are applicable to this type of business.

We came in with our truck because the battery was giving us trouble. Steven was a huge help and a joy to work with in testing and replacing our battery. He really made everything effortless!! Thank you Steven!

Went in to buy bulbs. Nobody up front to check me out. Could hear them talking and laughing in the back. Walked out and went to AutoZone. Got the bulbs cheaper. Will never go to advanced again if possible

So I live in Horseheads and usually shop at the store near me. This store however is double the size and has more accessories available on floor. I had a great experience here. And the girls that work there aren't just counter candy. They know thier store.

They need to carry more motorcycle parts or at least be able to order them. Because of the simple fact that it's an auto parts store. Around here they would make bank if they expanded to the motorcycle community since they have to other recreational vehicles such as boats and RV's.If they do that I'd definitely give them a 5 star rating and shop there more often.

Ok. I found my part that I was looking for on a isle and I managed to get the right part by my self... Didn't disturb anyone. In n out in 5 min. I got a battery cable post. 2 pk. One for a spare

Pleasant staff. Fair prices. Though I recommend purchasing everything online, versus in store. The discounts on their website/online are much better than you can get in-store.

Great modern auto parts store. Usually it's not to long a wait here, the counter people are helpful, it's a coin toss which I go to for parts they both are decent shops.
