Worst tow company!!!! If I could give them zero stars, I would. They were contacted by my roadside assistance company and then called me directly to tell me I had to pay out of pocket for winch service because my car was not turning on. I called my roadside assistance provider and told me I did not need to pay anything out of pocket. They just tried to make some extra money. They did not show up.

Extremely unprofessional and as poor service as you can ever find. Speedworld Autobody agreed to tow my vehicle that I was locked out of and gave me an eta of apx. 3 hours. After waiting over 4 hours, I again tried to call them for an eta and they did not answer my calls at all, leaving me stranded in the rain.

I recently had gotten into a mini car crash with my 2014 infiniti q50, my back bumper was dented and my rear door was scratched. I brought my car here and they made my car look brand new! Seems like management has changed since I ve been here for tints in 2008 & fog lights in 2017. When I had fog lights installed in my vehicle from SpeedWorld back in 2017 within 2 months it s no longer working!! I will never go back here for any work on my vehicle. If you re thinking of coming here, forget it & spend your hard earned money somewhere else. Preferably an honest and up front staff who will diligently work on your car without any problems. SpeedWorld may have changed what type of work they do on vehicles but their poor quality and poor customer service stays the same. I did have my tints and fog lights done in this very same business in the past- but because of their CURRENT poor and dishonest management, I LL NEVER GO BACK to this place. It s a shame because when I had my tints done in 2008, I really thought their impeccable work was a reflection of their diligence and honesty as a company- I guess not any anymore

The guy who asnwer my call Is very most RUDE PERSON THAT I ENCOUNTER in my entire life!!! -5 star for that dude! Whoever review 1star and above is their puppet/relatives or blind followers!! NOT EVEN -1 star is worth to give!! Honestly stay away in this kind of company!! Close your MOFO store! Employees are VERY RUDE!! For real For real!!

I went to this auto repair shop 2 times since I bought my car in June 2018 and both times they treated me and my car very well. Prices are very reasonable. A mechanic there (I didn t get to take his name) was very thorough and professional and he tries his level best to explain everything to us, even though he is Spanish speaking guy. Thank you for making my life easier.

I just went in today for oil change and inspection these guys are honest and straight forward they not looking to get rich off of people they to busy for that they want you in and out so they can start on the next customer, if you bring your car in and during the inspection they see something wrong they going to tell you, that's life cars don't last forever driving in NYC messes up your cars Yo y gotta deal with it. I trust my gut and it was rite I'll bring my car more often . Speed way should be call speed mechanics that's how fast I got my 2015 rav4 service, much luv to speedworld keep up the excellent customer service

I came here for my inspection check because it was the closest to my house and I wasted my time. I ended up going to a different auto shop.The mechanic serving me provided misleading information and claimed both my front wheels were loose. I asked him the cost to fix the problem, he went to the back and returned with a post it with two prices.Extremely unprofessional to bring back a post it and say this is the price, how is that plausible for the customer.One option was $525 and the other option was $375. The parts alone were labeled $150-200 but when I googled the parts and I found them for $40-70.I left the place and went to TRI Auto Shop and they told me everything was fine and provided me with a passing inspection.

I want people to be aware to not take your car for service at CNM Auto Repair. I just found out about my Carfax record that CNM auto repair deliberately put an incorrect car mileage several times on my car when I had my car alternator, and battery replaced at their location. I would so love to sue this company because it screwed me up a big time when I'm trying to sell my car, it's showing an inconsistent mileage numbers.When i went to talk with them to correct their mistake they asked for money. Stay away from this predators.
