Needed a set of rims with old tires on them removed & new tires mounted and balanced. Dropped them off and picked them up the same day. Pricing was extremely reasonable and service was better than anywhere ive been in years. This place has my business anytime I need anything tire related done. Owner treats his employees excellent from what I experienced as well. Love to see it. Thank you again!

My family and I have been doing business here for a long time and service has been good..Unfortunately today I asked if I could have two tires mounted and balanced ..The manager responded with a hard "NO" that he doesn't make money on a Mount and balance on two tires that he other jobs that make more money and walked away with a bad attitude!!Afterwards I had a conversation with a friend of mine about the situation and said that he received the same attitude and was turned away. Took my business to Dunn tire and mounted them with no issues.

It is great to have that place you can always count on to have your tire in stock, at a fair price, with folks who know to do the work just right. It seems it should be easy to find, but it isn't. These guys are one in a million. That is why They are my go to Everytime.

Really can t recommend this place enough. I ve had a unfortunate tire year but Reid s has consistently provided an excellent experience in a very timely manner. Don t even question going just go! They are well worth your time.

I pulled in there with a punctured, leaking tire I thought for sure would need a replacement, and within 30 minutes they had it repaired and I was back on the road. Awesome work and service from a local company. Cannot recommend them enough.

Best place in Buffalo for tires. They just bailed me out of a situation today with my mower like they always do. Amazing 10/10. I've bought car and truck tires many times from them. I send tons of people there. They always hook me up. Thanks again.

Had some tires mounted and balanced, great price so I went back for new tires on a different car and they were cheaper than tire rack. I'll definitely be coming here for my tires from now on.

I'm not a frequent reviewer, by any means, but I have to say that these folks are wonderful to deal with. Pricing is great, and the service is beyond fantastic. Every employee I've spoken with is extremely courteous. For instance, I picked up a nail, pulled in unannounced with a flat, and drove away a few minutes later, good as new. Anyway, I'll never get tires from anyone but them. I wish every business were this nice to deal with.

My wife brought my truck in today for a flat tire, and they plugged it without any charge. It would have been easy to say the tire is no good, and try to sell a replacement or four new tires. This is not the first time we have brought our vehicles here, and Reid's has always exemplified this type of integrity and customer service. As a business owner myself, it is great to see this level of customer service in other industries. Thank you!

I've never had such amazing tire service. Staff was friendly and professional. Took them 30 minutes to install 4 new tires.....was like watching a Nascar pit crew. I'm impressed, I'm happy and I will return here for all future service.

Absolutely the BEST for tires. Excellent operation, normally quick and fair prices. Owner stands behind his work and product. Sometimes gets very busy a little planning goes s long way - don't wait until bad weather to get new tires. I've needed some unusual tires and tubes, they can get them

Customer requesting a tire appointment at Reids Tire in Elma, NY over the phone early this morning on 4/22/22. Reids Tire employee confirmed my appointment before 10am. Needed to find a friend to drive me 35min to drop off the truck for my tire appointment. When we arrived around 1pm a gentleman, the owner, approached us in an aggressive manner in the parking lot asking what our business was doing here. Then we quickly explained I have an appointment. His response was, no you dont, we can't do it today, needs to be done another day, that he specifically didn't make the appointment so he's not doing it and it must have been the other shop. In my response, I said, I have the call record in my phone and he was FURIOUS and recommended that we drive to his other shop but told him no bc I have had terrible experience with them, and refused that option. His response is "Ya, thats why I fired them all"In a nutshell--Owner running from responsibility-Lack of customer service etiquette-Does not deserve any business if you treat customers with absolutely no respect or professionalismWhen the owner starts using foul or abusive language this business fails to meet customer's needs and expectations and shouldn't even be in business.Beware of this place! Save yourself the aggravation. Highly recommend going somewhere else - Anywhere else!

Surprise low tire pressure in two tire first thing this morning. Made a call to Reid's. Was accommodated immediately. Plug fixed; screw removed. On the road super fast after having been cordially treated by a very friendly staff member and the owner. Highly recommended. They have my business.

I was a walk - in on a Saturday morning. I'm a visiting nurse, but I desperately needed tires, so I went before work & got there before they opened. The manager was very nice, took me right away when they opened, & I was out of there in 45 minutes! I was so grateful. I thought I was going to be waiting all day, and be real late for work, but they were very understanding. Thanks guys!

Gotta give a shout out to Jason W. I popped my camper tire on the way home from a camping trip. I called Jason and explained what happened and to tell him we were leaving the following Thursday for another camping trip.. I like a certain brand of camper tire. Jason also runs this brand. Unfortunately my tire wasn't going to come in on time. Jason called me a said "stop by the shop" he actually gave me his spare tire off his personal camper so we could have a spare in case something happened. That's what I call awesome customer service!!!

did not like anything about the service at the west seneca location- but Jason fixed everything for me correctly and was so helpful and nice and took his time making things right and explaining everything along the way. I believe he is usually at the elma location, I wouldnt go to the west seneca location ever again unless Jason is there, but if you get to deal with Jason it will be a positive experience! wonderful guy!

Nice staff to take care of your car, truck,or what ever you need done. Came in @8am and out @9;30AM.We.are.putting new tires on his.trkWe ended up having this place we did.good with.the price as well.
