Had a windshield replaced on my minivan weveral weeks ago. Promptly started work at time of appointment. The job took about 1hr as originally quoted. Covered both fenders while working. Vacuumed all dirt off dashboard after removing cracked windshield. Van was cleaner when I left than when I brought it in. Coordinated all paperwork with my insurance company. The only thing I had to do was sign the paperwork. Would highly recommend Expert auto glass.

The title of this review should be "Exceeded All Expectations"! I can't say enough good things about Exert Auto Glass in Elma. The communicated with me on the status every aspect of my windshield replacement, they set a time to do the work, told me it would "take about 45 minutes", and then had me out of there EXATLY 45 minutes later.I should also mention they were extremely nice. That's something that we shouldn't have to write about but they were just really easy to work with, did everything they said they would do and they were really friendly every step of the way.Needless to say, I highly recommend these guys to EVERYONE. Excellent business. Everything you want when you need something to go smoothly in a stressful situation. They were the only shop that could even find the glass I needed, it was cheaper than I had found on Amazon and was ten times faster. Friendly, fast, no nonsense. Old school good business. Nothing but good things to say about expert auto Glass!They took me the same day I called to replace my windshield, after getting the run around from a different glass place. They were friendly and fast. After I left, completely satisfied, I texted several of my friends to tell them about the wonderful service there. Highly recommend!

Quick, friendly, helpful local business. The crazy Buffalo weather cracked my windshield. Within two days of calling they had ordered the specialty piece, replaced my windshield, worked it out with my insurance and I was on my way. Even gave me a ride back to work before business hours. Great customer service. Appreciate it!

A super small shop that does the same thing bigger companies do, only cheaper. I called and talked to a real person who scheduled me the next day. They were ready when I arrived and had it replaced in about an hour.The waiting room is simple (two chairs and some magazines) and a little chilly. Not a great place if you need to bring a kid along. If it was comfortable and had wifi, it would be 5 stars.

The best customer service I've had from a business in a long time. I had to have my back windshield replaced. After two failed attempts by safelite, my insurance company referred me over to Expert and they were fabulous. Called me right when they said they would, showed up right on time and got the job done quickly and easily. Highly recommend !

2001 Audi A6 getting a new windshield, they hacked up both of my A-pillar trims up with their saw and were unapologetic. They also butchered my stickers and stuck them back on with scotch tape, which fell off and got me pulled over the next day. At least they used good glass. I noticed on the way home a skipping mark outside the galss where it must have been a tool dragged up the glass or something. Only went for the gas card they give out, stupid gimmick. They won't try to fix the problems on the frame like light rust flakes they just glue over it and tell me there no guarantees on leaks

EXCELLENT! They've fixed several windshields for me over the years and every one was perfect. Owner is hands on. Friendly, courteous, punctual. Highly recommend.

Windshield shattered on Friday. Called him on Saturday and he was at my house replacing it on Monday. Very good service and quality not replacement. There were also the cheapest option around.
