These guy do such fantastic work and they pride themselves on making sure you're happy. They guarantee their work. Just very friendly people and super knowledgeable. Sucks when you hit a deer like I did or get into an accident but these guys will take care of you

From first contact to pick up everyone was polite and profession. They communicated with my insurance flawlessly and I was even more impressed with the condition of my truck when the repairs were complete the outside of the truck was washed and looked brand new and even the dash and carpets had been vaccumed. That level of detail and service is beyond appreciated.

We've used Northeast Collision a few times now. They are honest and helpful and take their time to explain, knowing a cracked up vehicle is both scary and stressful. They do a good business so don't need to manufacture issues where there are none. They are also part of State Farm's preferred program.

My experience with the Elma Carstar location was excellent. The people there are very professional. My was fixed to perfection, you would never know that a deer on my car collided. I highly recommend them!.

Update : 8/26/22I was at a car wash and the paint came off the front of the car from the previous job so now both jobs they did were flawed , I came in and asked if they warrantied their work and they said they did , I just got the car back and they redeemed themselves for the front as long as the paint says on this time , we will see . but the back doesn t look like they even tried the dent thing is still there Original Review:Up until now I ve never left a negative review for anyone, I ll start by saying, I take extreme pride in my car .With no fault of my own I was involved in two accidents while I wasn t in the Vehicle in the last few weeks .The first time was accident in the driveway ,I was hit in the front bumper this time I received my car back fast and was pleased with the quality of work preformed.This second time was the back bumper just disappointment after disappointment .I got in the car with a service light on , I drive a new car and was extremely scared to see that light on the dash. They quickly took it off and apologized. The next day my father noticed this 2in paint lesion bubble on the bumper . I took it back and they said 20 min they could fix it . I just got home and you can clearly see it s not smooth , it appears dented from the back angle now I guess I just have to live with it , Again I wash, wax , my car often so looking at this permanently will drive me crazy . I feel if your in an accident, especially if it s not your fault you shouldn t end the experience feeling disappointed .For this experience I highly regret, won t be recommending Car star maple . I would definitely save your time and money , go somewhere else .

Did a fantastic job repairing my car after an accident. They made the whole process incredibly easy! They took care of dealing with insurance company and also set up rental car. Provided prompt shuttle service to enterprise to pick up rental when I dropped off my vehicle. When it came time to pick up my car they returned the rental for me. The bodywork repair looks fine and the car rides fine. However, the right fender was apparently stored in the front of my vehicle resting against the upholstery just below the window. It left a permanent mark in two locations, on the passenger side is a straight line indentation that is 12 or 14 inches long and on the driver side is a permanent dimple. My car suffered front end damage. They kept me updated on what was happening, from the replacement parts being received to estimated repair time. When it was taking longer than anticipated, they provided me with a rental car.I would definitely recommend them to anyone who unfortunately would need such services.

This company was STRESS FREE from beginning to end. After an accident, they took care of everything, from escorting me to collect a rental by a very polite and friendly employee to making sure I was taken care of at the shop by an amazing employee named Heather. My car was fixed in the exact time they told me and I didn t even have to organize to return the rental, Heather had already done that for me. The even detailed my car! Excellent service. I am a service member who went through USAA. They worked directly with USAA to take care of everything and were extremely professional making sure everything was done to perfection. One of the parts I need is on back order. However, when I told them I would be deploying and wouldn t be available to bring the vehicle back, they made arrangements with my Mom to pick up my vehicle at my house to take care of the repairs and return my vehicle. Unbelievable, that this business is both professional and compassionate. I cannot recommend them more highly. Keep up the great work!!Service: Painting

Northeast Collision did excellent work on my car after a car accident that damaged the front end and caused the air bag to be used. They kept me informed of their progress along the way and, with the wash and cleaning they gave it, it looked even better than before the accident! I would absolutely use them again and I highly recommend their work and staff.
