Tow service was fast, friendly and very helpful. Booked through AAA. Arrived in less than 30 minutes. Took care of everything and dropped us off at the designated repair shop with no issues.

I needed a tow today due to loss of brakes, my roadside assistance sent Bachs towing to my rescue. Gabby arrived on time, was friendly,smiling and very knowledgeable in doing her job. Jacob was fantastic, gave us an estimate of 90 min arrival it was realistically 30. Very friendly made the best out of a lousy situation I was in. Very efficient and safe.

My commercial business van broke down and I needed to get it from West Seneca to Cheektowaga ASAP. I called Bach's towing service and I had a flatbed on site within the hour.Ike was the towing operator. My vehicles height along with the flatbed height put us around 13' 4" which required a route that was free of low overpasses and wires. Ike found the correct route to safely get my vehicle to it's destination in Cheektowaga fast and efficiently. The back end of my vehicle has a long overhang which required Ike to place 2x4's to help keep the back end from scraping on the ground during the loading and off loading process. Thank you Bach's but most importantly thank you Ike for your professional care and great attitude.Sincerely,Greg Bass

Dealt with a few tow trucks in my day but Bach s are awesome! Quick response and pick up. Nice guys too, Chad was friendly and professional the entire trip. If I need towing in the Buffalo area I m calling these guys first.

I have a 31' travel trailer (camper) that I needed to move from one site within a campground to another site within the same campground.The camper hadn't been moved in 15 years and the wheels had sunk in the ground about a foot. The location it needed to be moved to was only about 300' away, but involved some tricky right-hand turns. After looking at a variety of companies, I was convinced by Bach's photos on their website to give them a try - I am very glad that I did!I reached out via email and described (with pictures, maps, and video clips) what I needed help with. They said no problem. We scheduled the move for a Saturday morning, and Chad promptly showed up. It was a tricky move, but nothing phased Chad - always cool, calm, friendly and professional, Chad worked the problem and eventually moved our camper into the new location.I highly recommend Bach's towing and would use them again. Bach's Team, thank you for your timely service helping me out of a predicament with my loader during the last snow event. My phone call was made after hours, and it was answered quickly. I explained my situation, and dispatch told me that she would send over one of her big recovery units within the hour. The operator was on site within 30 minutes. He surveyed the situation and started to recover the loader. After a couple of moves, the loader was up onto the hard surface. Couldn't have been happier. Thanks again for sending out the "A" Team. I was back up and moving snow shortly there after.

Wow, what a great service. Called around 7:30pm at night, was here within 30 minutes and took less than 5 minutes to actually get me winched out. Lightning fast compared to KIA's so called Roadside Assistance that wasted 2 hours of my time before. These guys knocked it out fast! I looked everywhere for a company that would tow a 7600 lb scissor lift, and Bach's was able to tow it from one property to another on the same day that I called - literally an hour or so after hanging up. Amy was wonderful to work with, and the guys who towed the lift were great - highly recommend - for both time and price.Service: Special vehicle towingService: Special vehicle towing

Very shady. Watch out for price gouging. Needed a tow from just a few miles away on the 400. Broken down vehicle. $319. My insurance company (USAA) who reimburses for towing, thought I was lying until I sent them the receipt. The rep said that's definitely the highest number they've heard, for that short of a distance. And they are nationwide. They are contracted with the local police department (East Aurora PD) Since they are the only tow service in town, they charge what they want. I called the PD and asked about price gouging and they got pretty short with me. They are obviously pretty tight with the PD. They took advantage of a disabled vet. Never again.

I have AAA amd they sent out Bachs for my service. It was a busy night and the turn time wasn't the best on a very cold, windy night! However Korie at Bachs towing was so sweet with her calls and updates. I honestly am so satisfied!Service: Car towingService: Car towing

Why does this towing company pop up when it s ELMQUIST Towing I want to review? If I hadn t double checked the name at the top, the review I intended for ELMQUIST would have been posted on Bach Towing. Pretty low and underhanded and sneaky in my opinion!! Would NEVER do business with a company like this!!

I had a real bad day initially; be very wary of state farms 3rd party customer serice for road emergencies. If your rep. seems off call state farm and demand they supervise the call.Anyways on the better side of the day; Philip from Bachs towing was chill and helpful and through his help i was able to get my old wagon going again and thank god cause cause i cant afford tondrive my trucks.Please be careful with any 3rd party agency like Ajaro whom state farm contracts with Do not blame the tow drivers cause they are usually fed bad information or they cant even get the info they need,In the first placeService: Car towing

Roadside assistance sends bachs to fix my flat tire. Bachs didn't have the tools to remove my tire and wanted me to drive my flat to a different company that has the tools, and pay that company. Bachs offers service they cannot provide. A simple flat tire. Bach should be embarrassed.

I was in an accident and I had tripple A. I told them I didn't want me to tow my car. I didn't consent. If they ask to tow your car. Tell them off. Don't sign anything. Don't speak to these people. Have anyone else tow you. They'll charge you 500 dollars for just a few miles. They're unethical and unhelpful

Used the via Geico roadside assistance total joke. Insurance company called them directly told the geico agent it was $41 for the overage of miles on my insurance plan took my card information and charged me $60 called to complain and was told the insurance company lied... ridiculous prices and a comete rip off.

I had a flat tire on the 400 and AAA sent Bach's out. The driver was fast and friendly and had my tire changed in under 5 minutes!

Worst tow service ever Used! Used them twice for battery/towing. Didn't message us they were there didn't even check battery just towed it. Second time they didn't put the keys in the drop box and now stuck buying new spare. KeyService: Car towingService: Car towing

This company charges ridiculously high prices for anything they do. They are a ripoff. Highly recommend calling other tow companies. They charged me just under 300 dollars to tow a car 2.8 miles. They are a ripoff

Total ripoff of a company. Tried to charge triple for what the other companies charge. Then called the cops, have been told by the cops that they were wrong, and only then reduced the rate. NEVER USE THEM AGAIN
