After fighting with my coilovers and wheel set up for a month, a friend recommended Marc at A&M. Marc took the time to explain everything. After he corner balanced the car, it was perfect. Days after it was finished, we drove it 5 hours to camaro nationals in Pa. and it handled better than ever. He knows his stuff and I'll recommend this place to everyone I know.

Awesome crew here. Worked with me and took care of everything I needed. For me it's not easy having someone else do my work but as life has gotten more hectic I have been trusting A&M with the care for my vehicles. I will continue to keep coming

My wife and I purchased a 1949 Chevy truck that needed a list of things done. I was looking for recommendations for a repair facility that is familiar with older vehicles and a true mechanic; not a tech that can read a computer code and replace parts. Out of all of the recommendations we received about 80% of them were for A&M so we decided to give them a try.Having worked at automotive dealers ranging from large GM dealers to luxury dealers for 15 years I have expectations of how service should be. Mark and Amy absolutely hit it out of the park for my first experience with them. I did enough research to know that Mark knew his stuff but the other intangibles really wowed us.We dropped of our new to us truck off and the following day we received an itemized breakdown of the work needed in the form of a text message and email that took us to a link where we could approve or decline individual jobs. We had a couple questions that they answered over the phone and through text. This was very reassuring.The pricing was fair and we proceeded to have the work done. Upon picking the truck up all of the work was done as well as some little BS that I was going to do myself. They aired the tired properly (i knew they were a little light when I dropped them off), they replaced my zip ties holding on my license plates with nuts and bolts (we just bought her), they put my registration in the window (straight) and detailed her.To sum this up the pride that they had working on our truck is second to none. They nailed my big 3 (quality of work, pricing and timing) and had an added bonus of a personal touch, constant communication as well as hitting on all of the "little things". Thank you.

We have been going to A&M Auto for a few years now and I do not hesitate to recommend them to everyone I know. I am 100% confident I am getting honest diagnostics, quality work, and fair prices. Amy and Marc are very easy to work with and go out of their way to make sure their customers are satisfied. We recently had a car/deer incident and they took care of the insurance aspect as well. It has been a long time since I felt like I had a relationship with a mechanic and I have that at A&M.Services: Auto body & trim repair, Auto maintenance

Quick, honest, easy to work with. Have been searching for a new mechanic since the last few either missed major issues or tried to sell me replacement flux capacitor and turn signal fluid for my Toyota truck. These guys were easy to schedule, quick to communicate, cooperative with trying to pare the must-fix down to a more manageable budget, and very patient with my extra pain-in-the-butt aftermarket accessories. As a woman it is often a struggle to find honesty and good service in the car business so these guys will be the first on my list when my truck needs attention again. Highly recommend Donna in the office who was very attentive to my circumstances and needs. Mark in the garage was great at explaining what was necessary and helping me to make a plan. Another of the service guys who's name I didn't catch put up with my cluster of a headlight problem without a complaint. Highly recommend and will be seeing them again!Services: Electrical repair, Exhaust, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Wheel alignment

Great quick service on collisions, oil changes, and inspections! Brought my car in for collision and it was done perfectly in less then a week! Friendly and knowledgeable staff! The waiting area is very clean and welcoming! Highly recommend to anyone in the buffalo area!

Great service great work, mark is the best mechanic around hands down, keeps it straight with you gives fair price and extremely great work. Been bringing both my vehicles here for 2 years now and never had one issue .

It was a pleasure doing business with Amy & Mark. The place is very clean and professionally run. Waiting room is very nice and welcoming. Very fair and reasonable pricing. A&M Auto will be my first choice for any auto repairs from here out.Thank you guys.

Have found the shop that will service whatever car/truck we will EVER own!! Recommended by a friend & now a customer for life. Upfront, complete transparency and just plain NICE...have my business!! Vacuumed out my car without service performed..just a bonus, holy cow!

If you need work done on a vehicle I highly recommend A & M automotive on bullis Rd Elma. Honest, trust worthy, fair prices. They potentially lost a $1600 job to make sure I was taken care of properly. In the end they got the job because of their customer first approach. They even picked my truck up and dropped it off. Amy Faulhaber-Mercurio and mark Mercurio do a great job

Another great mechanic shop is located on Route 20 in Evans and they are so well regarded as superb mechanical technicians that they repair all of the Evans police cars and have also a great reputation for many years I highly recommend this place 4 any of your engine repairs or Automotive repairs! On the corner of Route 20 and Main Street in Angola New York is their location!
