Excellent service. Was in a very tight spot 250 miles from home. Was actually tactfully guided away from buying something more expensive than I needed to by Max. At the same time, I was given the straight story on the real reasons exactly why some cheaper priced products were, well... cheaper. And was (again) guided away from those as well. Definitely saved the day.

Guys were super helpful here. I had a burned out fog lamp bulb, I got the part looked up and the manager even installed it for me and showed me how to get the access panel opened. Super nice.

I dealt with the manager today. She was very polite and knowledgeable. I hate big box stores because their customer service sucks. Not so here. This manager is definitely an asset.

I have been going to this store since the day it was opened..I have never had problems with the employees. Always helpful, considerate and friendly, until recently. For the last few months there is one or two employees that just simply don't wanna be there. When ur telling them what u need they are absolutly not listening cause they're to busy mumbling under their breathes about hating there job. So what happens is you end up with wrong parts and when u bring them back they act like u ordered them wrong..I'm sure the good workers there know exactly who I'm talking about..Hate giving 3 stars but once the bad apples leave u go back to 41/2..

This is an extraordinary place! Each and EVERY time I've come to this Auto Zone, I have received excellent, knowledgeable service, and patient, professional customer service. I myself have very little knowledge about cars, and each time I've come, I've walked away with new knowledge, and excellent, dependable service! This particular Auto Zone store brings super competent, high standards of service! I highly recommend bringing your cat concerns and needs to this Auto Zone! Just fantastic! Many thanks!

I stopped in today to get brake lights. One of the employees Mike went above and beyond to take care of my needs. He even came outside and helped change out the bad one.

Do you see brake shoes? I do. Called this morning, "are my parts in?""Yeah everything is here.""There's brake shoes that go with these.""Didn't you pick them up when you ordered thrm?""No i Didn't get them when I ordered them because they weren't in stock."Are you stupid? I have to drive a half hour to get there and an 1/8 tank of gas up over the mountain. Obviously I'm buying brake parts, you think that would be important, but apparently Autozone employees don't know anything about cars.Thank you for contacting me and apologizing for the situation. I know you guys can do better, I've seen it. Maybe it was an "off day" for them.

I stopped into AutoZone and needed a Battery for my truck, I didn't know if my alternator was bad or the battery, the sales department was on point that day because when I asked, they helped me troubleshoot the issue and we concluded that the battery was dead. So, they changed out my battery and off I went. Thank you for the quick and efficient service this makes a world of difference, the little things in life mean so much, "PLEASE KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK"!

I visit autoparts stores 3 plus times a week, used ellenville once as it was the closest, wound up doing the employees job looking for parts, every employee show zero intrest in finding the correct parts, lazy would be the best description for this place and its employees. Better off walking in the back and retrieving your own parts. In the end didn't even help me find everything I needed, (gave up and left)

Don't trust the staff. Apparently they are not well trained. Placed an order over the phone and was told some parts needed to be matched at the store after the primary part arrived. When I pick up the part another guy says the parts I was told to leave out of the order needed to be ordered!I suspect the guy working the counter just didn't want to go looking for matching parts and made up an excuse to be lazy.Several friends have had similar experiences at this store. The store's performance is beginning to look like a long term problem.At least I my order arrived sooner than expected.

Anytime I have visited the store staff have been helpful and accommodating. The manager Chris Q is great. He helped me recently with a product I needed and is knowledgeable.

I have been here a few times now. The first visit I was happy as can be. Since then I have seen it is hit and miss. I generally find out what I want on the internet, because I prefer OEM parts, once I find I go to auto zone site to see if they are available. Twice now and my most recent visit was handed the wrong part #'s, this time I walked back in and they immediately gave me the correct part #'s. So check before you drive away you truly have what you need. Clean well stocked location. Everyone COVID compliant. Good pricing.

Richard P. geeted me as I walked in. Quickly looked up my part. He knew the differences in manufactures I had to chose from (other than price). Did I need help? Why yes did. He has the thing installed before I could type this review! This was all for a simple wiper blade. Fast accurate friendly service at AutoZone. Give them a try in Ellenville.

I've never had a bad experience here. Today the staff took extra time to remove parts I needed from my core alternator. I think service here is top notch.

Salesperson gave me a starter for a 6 cylinder when I asked for a 4 cylinder. This mistake cost me 30 dollars more. When I confronted Salesperson about his mistake, he was rude. He offered no apology. When I asked him about a spark plug being the correct one he replied, "I'll let you decide since you know so much. "

It was very good, the gentleman who helped me was very helpful. This isn't the first time he has helped me and each time he gives his all. I even watch him with people before me and his is very professional. He is an asset to Auto zone.

Order parts for my car. Was told they would be there next day for pick up. I get there only 1 parts was there. So I reorder the second part again. Told it would be in on Saturday and again still no part.

The store was GREAT the staff was helpful but the website was horrible had hard time placing a order I called number on website they where helpful took care of one of my problems but I wanted to pay for the parts then have my wife pick them up on her way home from work but I couldn't do that

Horrible place, people work there are clueless. Asked for bead sealer and the guy working had no clue what I was talking about. They also sell cheap Chinese parts and overcharge. Do yourself a favor and go to napa down the road in town. Much better store. Only positive is they are open almost all the time.
