My wife and I had been looking for a bigger truck after we got our new travel trailer.. after a few weeks of searching, this small town dealer popped up with a truck the suited our needs.. They responded to us pretty quickly, but someone was going to look at it that day.. Needless to say, they pass on it, and we got the call to come look at it. They made us feel at home when we came to look at it. We new it had some minor cosmetic issues but it was a great truck for the right price. They had no issues working with our own financing.. Brian and Heather, had nothing but a great working relationship and take time to get to know their customers and their needs. When we got our tuck home, we noticed a few minor issues and Brian had no issues getting them repaired. Glad we shopped around and happy with our 2012 Dodge Ram 2500 crew cab.. looking for a great deal, great folks! Sot stop on by and take a look.. why go to the big dealers, when you can go local and not just be a number. Pleasure working with dealership.

Bryan how they're have to be the nicest car salesmans you will ever meet.The truck we got is great we bought a one ton Dodge 2015 ram that has gave us no problems.would highly recommend.

We just picked up our truck from Westside Auto today. This is our second time going to them for a vehicle (first vehicle was for a friend). Brian and Heather are wonderful people to work with. They have quality vehicles for very reasonable prices. If you are looking for a no pressure, friendly, honest company, we highly recommend them. Erin & Todd

I first bought a car from West side auto in about 2011-2012 for my son. It was a cute little sporty Tiburon, which my son loved and it served him well for the couple years that he drove it. We got a great deal and I remember Brian being concerned that the tires were safe for my son, and put two new tires on it, no charge, because all he had was $2000 to spend and Brian wanted to make sure he was safe. I've returned to West side auto a couple of times in the last 8 years to try to buy another vehicle because we were so happy with his fairness and honesty, but both times couldn't find what we were looking for, (he's switched to selling trucks and SUV'S), but he's always tried to point us in the right direction of where to look. I just went back now that my daughter is looking for a safe, reasonably priced vehicle, preferably an SUV, and we bought the first car we test drove, because I'm fully confident he'll stand behind this vehicle, and is honest and trustworthy. I highly recommend this business!!

We shopped all over wny for a used truck. Most dealers acted like they didn t have time for us, were rude and had junk to sell. At Westside we found people happy to show us their inventory. They prices were spot on and they had quality vehicles. They were professional and personable and went over the top to make a great deal. The sale was flawless and they completely honored their warranty without any hassle at all. Thank you Westside Auto.

very friendly people. good quality cars and trucks on the lot. honest and upfront about vehicles. serviced car well before i picked it up. one minor issue couple days after i picked it up but they got it in as soon as i called and issue was fixed and ready quick. I would recommend.

Heather and Brian were great! Well worth the drive from Buffalo to Elba. Very friendly, down to earth and honest folks. Appreciate the good customer service and we love our truck!! Thanks Ya ll keep up the good work!

This Couple is simply amazing! What a Team! They know how to get things done at Westside Auto...and they made me so happy with my new 2014 Fusion and 2004 F-250! These deals they have are so amazing I bought 2. Thanks again!! I have my heavy duty truck and my commuter....Perfect! Rock on Soldiers!

Absolutely great people. Friendly helpful and caring. I challenge you to find a nice caring place to get a vehicle. Prices are down to earth and they are very honest and straight forward. Highly recommended and hope we do business again

Since owning my truck for a year i have had to replace the radiator, power steering pump (twice) because they somehow bent the pulley, ball joints, steering shaft. Unfortunately cannot recomend this dealership.

I would go back and buy another vechile from them anytime any day and would recommend them to anyone I just bought a truck and love it their fair on there prices and will help you out I had a small problem with my truck nothing that could have been prevented talk to them they had it done the next morning thank you both for your help and look forward to buying my next truck from you guys again thank you so much

Would not go back. Vehicle was not in as good condition as we were told. Had problems shortly after purchasing.
