I purchased a tonneau cover for my Chevy Silverado and put the cover on myself. Missed the foam end parts during installation, when I told service manager Garcia about it she said no problem bring it by the next day they would have a tech adjust it for me I was so please with prompt service that I received I will recommend friends and family to West Herr!!!

Outstanding amazing service! The best dealership I have been to in my 62 year life! When I asked their secret they simply said you have to treat people right I can not express enough how unbelievable West Herr was from making the appointment to servicing my vehicle! Steve Shellcross is by far of the best in the sales world. I leased my traverse 3 years ago and again this week a second traverse. Steve answered everyone of my calls this past year about the post covid market. If you are serious and know what you want with out the gimmicks he's your guy.

My car wouldn't start the night before. I waited until the next morning to call e Syracuse Chevrolet. At 8:30 a.m. I contacted the service department and since I was able to get the car working but I had a check engine light on they said to bring it in right away I brought it in within 5 minutes they started working on my car by scanning it with the computer they came out to me and said there are four minor codes that we found on your car it's not serious but since you're already scheduled for bring the car in on Friday you can wait for us to check it in fully then.Well I was very surprised that they treated me so nice The service manager was just great I can't believe the change in leadership and ownership at East Syracuse Chevrolet would have made that launch of a difference.Based on this experience I would say if you need a new Chevrolet go to East Syracuse Chevrolet their service is great

Bought my 2023 Tahoe here from a great salesman Alex. Unfortunately trying to schedule recall or backordered chip install has been a headache. I have called 4 out of 5 days to service to schedule an appointment,leaving a voicemail each time except the last since it kept ringing.

Went in for an oil and filter change and tire rotation, multi point inspection. Had a long conversation with my salesman and service manager and left much happier than when I arrived.
