Maybe the worst run place I've ever been. Two hours to change my tires even with an appointment. Staff were frantic, running around trying to get things done but having no idea how to do any of it. Management needs to sort something out for sure, very disappointing.

waited an hour and a half just to be told they aren't taking walk ups. also their app doesn't let you schedule appointments. and they don't answer their phones. what am i supposed to do?

Very poorly managed and has always a lot of wait time. They don't pick even pick up the phone and answer the call.

0 because they were inconsistent with the installation options about my tires so I went elsewhere and got a better deal and amazing service

I called to see if they could fit me in to get my tire fixed they said they had time, so I went right down. It was noon when I got there they told me they were not taking any more cars. I asked how many they had for the day, and they guy told me there were only two of them working, so they were told not to take any cars by the store manager. Mind you, I had called to make sure I could get in and was told yes. Now, with that being said, this was a waist of an hour of my time that I will not get back. Just go to a real auto place and save yourself the hassle.

Had to wait for an hour and a half as my car sat in the parking lot with new tires installed. Why? Couldn't say; dude working the counter is incompetent? Lack of communication? Don't know.Service: TiresService: Tires

They are cheap and you get what you pay for. Although there was nothing wrong with the service they are in redibky slow. Either that or they really don't know how long things will take. I was told 20 to 40 minutes for a tire pat h took almost 2 hours.

This auto care center is very horrible. I bought a set of snow tires last year. When I went back to put my regular tires, they said my tires were completely worn out, so I bought a new set of seasonal tires. They installed them and put my Walmart brand snow tires in plastic bags. Then, this year, I went to change the tires back to the snow tires. One of the tires was found demanged on the side. Walmart is saying it it not their fault. OMG, what they are saying is that the tire in the original plastic bag miraculously got damaged while it was sitting in my garage. Also, no video is available to verify it since it happened last July. This is absurd!

I WAS at this provider 3 times in about a month.They are friendly and helpful and Great in an Emergency. I had 2 flat tires in a short span of time. The place where I had my Road Hazard Protection NOT WALMART) was not the least bit helpful and they destroyed the sensors in my low profile tires among other problems.In an Emergency I went to Walmart, rather than gamble with driving home and getting towed to the other place. They replaced my tires each time and I drove home safely. I also had an oil change 1 time and Headlight Restoration (defogger) done. It really makes a difference. It also makes a difference to be treated with respect. They are opentill 8pm, which made them a hassle free Lifesaver.They do need to have their speaker system changed to hear pages though.

They are terrible. I called today to get an oil change. They were nice and said yes come in we aren't busy at all. So I came in right away. They went to lunch I said no problem I will walk around and shop until they are done. I came back a 1 hour and a half later and my car was still outside. So I sat there another hour. Another customer comes in checks in and they had his car already in the garage while mine was still outside. I couldn't wait any longer So I asked one kid to go bring my keys. They all were so rude and disrespectful didn't even say we apologize or anything I got my keys and I just left. I will let all my friends and family know about this and my neighbors out in jamesville. NEVER WILL I COME THERE AGAIN.

Rudest most uninterested staff you could ask for, but they fit us in at the last minute to get new tires installed. I don't blame them for being rude after watching some of the customers they had to deal with. Don't waste everyone's time thinking you can barter pricing at Walmart tire counter-just pay and go, people!

Don't go here even if the service is cheap, you're taking a huge risk.I never leave these types of reviews but hopefully this saves someone else from a similar situation.I had an issue during a tire change where they somehow punctured my oil pan. I had to get it towed to a shop that could actually fix this and it cost around 400 dollars.While I was waiting for the tow truck, I spoke with one of the supervisors in the auto area and he informed me they are insured by a company called "CMI" and basically told me "good luck" getting any results with them.He wasn't joking. I emailed this company for months and never received a reply (10+ emails). Every day, I would call and it would ring to the voicemail. Shortly after, I received something by mail telling me if I didn't claim the issue within the month they would be dropping the claim.The one time I was actually able to speak to an operator, I explained the situation and they hung up on me (I'm very friendly and would never act like a jerk to anyone on the phone).I would highly recommend supporting local business and not Wal-Mart who is clearly just trying to cut costs as demonstrated with this horrible insurance company they use.

Horrible!! They told me I had to make an appointment to get the tires put on. they told me I couldn't make the appointment until the tires came in from walmart.com and I should make sure that they really came in because a lot of times they tell people they're in but they're not. I had to call three times before somebody could find my tires and I even called walmart.com who just offered me a refund. finally had an assistant manager find the tires but I had to call that back the next day to make an appointment call back the next day to make an appointment and the guy told me you don't need an appointment the same guy who told me I didn't need an appointment for two tires I understand being short staffed but the service was horrible I expect more from Walmart

I will never ever go back again. In fact, I will never enter a wal mart store again. They could not find the tires that were ordered. I called to check on status later on and I was either on hold or got hung up on three or four times. Absolutely bad customer service. So unorganized and chaotic. Negative experience for me.

Excellent service, excellent guys! You don't feel being ripped off at this store. They do not play some tricks to get more from you. Everything is clear, no hidden anything, comparibly lower prices for nice service and expertise. I would not consider and trust other mechanics if something can be done here. Keep up with the good work!

I rushed to Walmart this evening when they were almost about to close. The manager RJ came to my rescue. He and his staff quickly helped work as a team and repaired tire and put it back on the car. I was very pleased and very thankful for helping me.

I wonder when they're going to realize that their garbage customer service is driving customers away.I had a bad experience the first time I went there, a few months ago, but then I decided to give them one more try and disappointed me again. They (the technicians and the manager) are rude, and I WOULD NOT trust them with my car.Someone needs to fix this because I am sure I am not the only one that thinks this. They make Walmart look bad.

Awesome, Oil change was GradeA. And me and my hubby was very satisfied. Even the Customer Service Girl Alexis was so nice and very patient. She had good recommendations on what type of oil change we needed. With a great deal. We definitely would recommend going to Wal-Mart Auto Care Centers for your oil change. We went on Bridge Street location Wal-Mart. The Oil Change was very satisfying. And the price was fair.

Went there to change tires and oil. They called me after 30 minutes to tell me that they don t have oil filter for my car and that I have to buy it from Napa. Tire change was fast and good. However, I went to Napa and got the filter and went back to them. Then they told me that they don t have oil for my twin turbo diesel car. They recommend DW-30 Castrol. I went back to Napa and grabbed DW-30. I drove back to them and they told me the one I should have gotten is 0-30 Not 5-30. They wasted my time and made me extremely frustrated since I explained to them earlier that I have to drive to Canada tomorrow. I could ve had changed it somewhere else if they had knowledge about cars instead of wasting my time. Not recommended at all.

Excellent service!! Will helped me and he was very nice and polite. I paid a quarter of a competitors quote. Very happy!! I will be going back there for all of my car repairs!

Would not take a good check ! And managment has no power ,other then to say ,we will call Police !! Bad Wal-Mart Bad ! I wonder how many Good Customer get the Police called on them ???? Sould look in to that , mangers have no power ??? Bad !!!!

They said they close at 5. I got there before 445 to get my car and they were closed. Other than that, they're pretty quick and reasonably priced

Never anyone at the counter have to wait 10 or 15 minutes everytime I go there..Last time I went there at 8:15 AM and was rudely told by a large man " You have to get here a lot earlier than this if u want that done"

Literally the worst customer service. Some woman named Angel "helped" me, if it could be called that. She was rude and acted like she would rather be any place but there. Not sure how the store has so many store of the month awards with someone like that working there.

I waited two hours to change the light on my Chevy car and at 2 o'clock they told me they couldn't make the change because the bumper had to be put out.
