Let me tell you if you want good customer service good communication between the customer and the team you gotta go and check these guys out they were so awesome they went above and beyond to make sure that I was a satisfied customer and I would like to say thank you Kat W and Scott C Keep up the good teamwork

Excellent customer service over the counter but the prices are too high. I recommend ordering from rockauto and having the part dropped off at your door step. United auto supply is a direct supplier for rockauto so it doesn t make much sense to me

They have a lot of parts and the guys at the counter are fairly pleasant to deal with. However, even though they have a decent amount of parts, they dont have them all in stock so you'll usually have to order and wait. They say they'll call you when your parts come in but they never do. If you try to call you get to some like headquarters and have to be transferred over where 9 times out of 10 no one will answer. So youll drive down just to find out either your parts have been there the whole time and you could have done your repair or they havent come in yet and ask for a call when they do which wont happen and leave you in a cycle of driving down to check instead of a simple phone call

Syracuse area store: at least four guys standing behind the counter yucking it up & having a grand time while I stood waiting to be acknowledged (about 2 min) at least three of them saw me. The guy sitting at the counter finally turned around to help me. Told him an oil message had come on in my car and I needed help getting and putting in the oil. He said we aren't allowed to go outside. So, I went across the street to Auto Zone and they were more than happy to help me.
