Bought a car from here and getting service for years. They have been upselling a lot in last couple of years. Upon their request I got new tires the brake service,Rotors and pad. Was pretty much doing what they advised and finally realized they have not been fair and maybe these guys are recommending stuff for the sake of more sale. I was advised to get my cars radiotor replaced plus break service. I this time got 2nd opinion and found there is no leak in the radiator and break did not need service. Last year only they put new break pads and rotors. It had a minor squeaking which would wear off automatically as per the 2nd opinion I got.Advise to all to please get 2nd opinion before spending a lot of money on your car based on untrustworthy recommendation by Romano Toyota Service.

Have been using Romano Toyota for many of the service events on my Tundra. Gone are the days of scheduling an appointment within a week or few days. As of late appointments are booking out farther than a week, as such i have had to go elsewhere for service. It's hard to find good service departments with technicians that are looking out for the customer and safety of the vehicles put in there care. Many service centers find more to fix than what is scheduled or the vehicle is in for service of. Romano is no different you just need to be more aware of what is excessive and what is warranted when the tech suggests a repair. Having potential use of a loaner is a big plus. Just plan to schedule way in advance if you need a repair and a loaner.

The staff is rude and their service is horrible. I had work completed there which I had to bring back due to a concern. They over charge for services, and one example of this is their oil change and tire rotation service as my fiance was charged over $100 for the same service she and I pay roughly $80 for at Burdick. I filed a complaint with Toyota Corporate as my experience at their dealership was so poor . I would have given a zero rating if I could. Save yourself the trouble and go to Burdick Toyota!

Pros: I have received good service here in the past.Cons: I recently went for my inspection, and they suggested I replace my engine and serpentine belt right away. I waited and decided to get a second opinion at Driver s Village. This shop told me that both were in good condition and nothing needed to be replaced.

My mother said she had an appointment for a state inspection at 8:00am. I offered to take the car in for her...she's 91. I arrived at 7:50 to find out her appointment was to drop it off for an inspection. I said, that's hilarious...an appointment to drop it off. That's like being invited to apply. Anyway, I was told it would likely be all day. I declined, went down the road to another dealership (Kia), and the inspection was done right away. I was out the door in under an hour...

As a retired tech i can say older cars aren't fun to work on, rust, corrosion etc. These guys had my 2008 Camry out in less than 7 hours. That was replacing the cat converter and them doing a oil change. If your toyota breaks down ask for Frank, tell him bob Davis sent you.Services: Exhaust, Oil changeServices: Exhaust, Oil change

Woman in the waiting room at Toyota Romano. Didn't wear a mask and talked/yelled on her phone for like 35 minutes straight (sometimes Mandarin, sometimes in English). She only put the mask up after the employee came to tell her her car was ready. An employee came in 20 minutes after she left (had cleaner in his hand) and didn't clean anything, just pushed her chair in with plastic gloves. Don't sit in the chair closest to the vending machines.
