We needed a maintenance service after driving 5,000 miles because we were told in CA that we need oil change every 5,000 miles. Here they told us we don t and in a matter of a minute the guy solved our issue with the maintenance light.

Wanted to extend a big thanks to Sean O Brien for helping me through the process of purchasing my new 2023 Toyota RAV Prime. Sean is patient, kind and extremely knowledgeable. Thank you as well to Pat Esposito (service advisor) who was always professional and helpful when my last RAV needed service. This was a big reason I returned to Romano. I would recommend this dealership to family and friends for sure!

I had been looking for a car for over a year. Mark Santana was my sales rep and he was wonderful. Answered all of my questions, offered knowledge of these new age vehicles that should be able to drive themselves... Never felt pressured, offered to help locate a car if the ones on lot weren't what I was looking for. Highly recommend Romano Toyota.

Ordered the car over the phone and received delivery within a week! Perfect vehicle exactly as described and everything we were looking for! Marshall was most excellent and clearly worked very hard to make sure all my requirements were met by the deadline, and even called the owner to push paperwork through ASAP. He worked diligently while being exceptionally personable. And its Toyota, so of course a great car! Either way, Marshall deserves your commission and a raise from his boss - my next car will be from here too!

Very impressed with my experience at Romano Toyota. There are obviously other Toyota options in the area, but a big reason I bought from Romano was based on the excellent experience my Sales Person Marshall provided. He made the transaction easy and really took his time to answer all my questions. He was very responses over email/text, and walk me through all the new features of my vehicle. If you are shopping around, check out Romano s and ask for Marshall.

The service staff is always great. However they are usually understaffed which can make it take some time to get your car dropped off in the morning. They also offered me the lowest price of all the area dealers on my trade in, but they were the only ones that had the truck I wanted.

Phenomenal experience working with Zach Lugert. I highly recommend going through him. I had an out of state registration and despite NY being difficult to run through that process with, he made it a breeze. Even talked my insurance through how to structure everything. 10/10.

Buying a car can be stressful, but Zack Tesfai made it a far more enjoyable process! Hands down the best guy I ve dealt with when buying a car. Super patient, not pushy, and knowledgeable. I couldn't have had a better experience purchasing a new vehicle. My sales consultant, Zack Tesfai, went above and beyond to make sure everything went as smoothly as possible. This was my first time purchasing a vehicle from Romano Toyota and it was a great experience. Dan Holliman was my salesperson and was terrific from beginning to end. Dan is very personable, informative, and a great teacher in showing me how to become familiar with all the new for me auto technology. I am ecstatic about the new car. Dan made the whole process easy & stressless. I will definitely recommend Dan & Romano Toyota to friends & family and would purchase another car from this dealership.

I m not sure where to even begin this place has been a let down in more ways than I can even keep track of. If you re taking your car here for small things, fine, but if you have even a remotely complicated issue expect your car to be gone at minimum 3 weeks. Two separate occasions my car was dropped off to rectify an issue with my remote start that hasn t worked since I got the car in July. The first time I picked it up because it was still semi nice out and I wanted to drive it before it got snowy. I then brought it back for what was quoted a 1-2 repair that AGAIN turned into 3.5 weeks. In between the first and second time the part in question which they had already determined needed to be replaced, physically broke. Even though they knew and acknowledged that part was already malfunctioning, because the display had broke they charged me full price for the replacement. Even after it took them 3 weeks longer than expected to rectify the issue. Not to mention two other issues had I mentioned on MULTIPLE occasions needed to be looked at were not even touched, even though the car sat for days at a time while they waited for Toyota to tell them how to do their jobs. All I was met with was oh sorry we forgot after having my car for almost a month.There is not a member of that staff that is trained on dealing with customers, all glorified paper pushers. All the way up to the service manager are devoid of people skills and empathy, even when I was explaining the issue with my engine and how concerned I was with the safety of it the service managers first response was we don t have appointments for two weeks .I would say avoid this place at all costs.This place is run by and employs literal man-children that are incapable of admitting their mistakes or that they have zero idea what they re doing. Even their own body shop and sales guys know what a disaster they are. The deeper I dig the more I realize it s pretty well known throughout cuse. EmbarrassingGodspeed and plan accordingly because I m not quite sure anything happens promptly or properly in this place.

Babar Mazhar went above and beyond to get us the information we needed to make our car leasing decision. The vibe from all staff was very positive. Great experience purchasing a 2024 RAV4. From their website -which was easy to navigate ,to the web contact Leah who was extremely personable and professional - then to our appointment with our salesperson Dave, it really was an easy transaction. Definitely will be using Romano for service and for future car shopping.

I called sales and talked to Leah. I inquired purchasing a new tacoma but it has to be a manual transmission. She stated they can not order one at this time. I asked if we can do a search and possibly dealer trade one if available. She dismissed my inquiry and explained to me a child both dealers would have to agree with strong rhetoric it isn't going to happen but invited me to come in anyways to sell us what we didn't ask for. We were contemplating getting a TRD tacoma or a wrangler. This short conversation has inspired me to strongly consider the wrangler. Not a good move from someone who buys a new fun car every two to three years. If salesman doesn't wish to sell customers what they ask for, maybe they should seek another career.

My Family and I have been purchasing Toyotas and Mercedes from Romano for years. Great experience with Sales, especially the streamlining they ve implemented to prevent the Salesperson from running back to the Manager for pricing, financing etc. Dave Santone and Mike in Finance are incredible.The bad experience is a simple oil change? I had an appointment this morning to drop off my vehicle. My Husband totaled our other Highlander last nigh so I asked if I could wait? The girl said No, No, No! We re too busy for that? I remember a time not too long ago when everyone waited.The oil change took about 20 minutes. What happened to service after the sale? I work with Customers all day every day. Unfortunately, we will be replacing our other Highlander from Burdick Toyota. It s too bad that your Sales can t keep up with the demand of Service Department.

This is the second RAV 4 that I've purchased from Romano Toyota. Great dealership all around and Zach Tesfai is the BEST salesperson. I've dealt with Zach when I purchased both of my cars and he's so kind and patient, with a great sense of humor. He made the whole buying experience easy. I love my new RAV 4, thanks Zach!!!

I recently bought a new Toyota from this dealership. 15 minutes out of the dealership, all the car's sensors stopped working and then I realized the back up camera didn't work either. So I had to wait another two weeks while paying interest.Before buying the car, I asked them about Toyota's graduate rebate I saw on the website. I told them I had just finished a graduate program and asked if I qualified based on that. The person who sold me the car told me I did after getting up and checking with his manager. But I realized after I signed the contract that they haven't applied the discount and called them. The sales person was nice but after that I got a call from Andy in finance who first told me I should've filled some paperwork no one had told me about (they do of course charge more than a thousand dollars in processing and handling fees though), and then said that I was lying because they would never forget that. Bold claim especially since theyd just sold me a new car without a working back up camera.TLDR; Hondas are more reliable but If you really want a Toyota, go to a dealership who doesn't lie to you about discounts and calls you a liar when you call them out, and exchanges faulty cars.

I am very happy with my 2020 Toyota Camry that I picked up today at Romano Toyota. Babar Mazhar did an excellent job with the entire process , from selection of the right car, expediting the trade-in of my old car, financing, and having everything completed in under a week so I wouldn't be without a car.Babar explained things as we went along which helped make me feel more comfortable. I appreciate the professional service I received, and I thank Babar and his associates at Romano for all they did to help with the purchase of my lovely car.

I've been with Romano Toyota for over 20 years and plan on staying with this dealership. Everyone is very helpful and concerned. I returned again and purchased a 2023 Venza. This is my 2nd hybrid car. Zack Tesfai is a wonderful sales representative. This car has all the features I could ever want and more. It even has a panoramic fixed moon roof with one- touch frosted glass control. With 1 touch of a button I can make the glass transparent and let the sun shine in. If it rains I just press another button and close the shade. Thanks Zack for all your help!!

After years and years of owning vechicles from the Big 3 we decided to go with Toyota .Have heard many good things about Romano and decided to give them a shot. Everybody there was very friendly and helpful was introduced to Baber Mazhar and we couldnt have asked for a better Salesman . Told him we where looking at the 4Runners and he was very helpful and knowledgeable .The man knows his product folks and we are very happy with our selection. Recently I purchased my new Toyota from Romano. My salesperson, Anthony Cox made the entire experience completely enjoyable, which was different from what I have encountered before.
