Staff and team are awesome. I know they don't have many trucks. But I would definitely recommend for the truck buyer. Zac himself drives a truck so he knows what goes along with it. I bought something that technically passed inspection. But I went with Zac's recommendation on some new tires.2 weeks now since I bought the truck and can still call Zac to inquire about things. I would definitely give this place a 10 out of 10.

Great experience at this place!! I called about a car , went in the next day, test drove it , loved it!!!! Zack was great, he did everything in a timely manner. I left the lot very satisfied, I love my new vehicle! I would definitely recommend.

I came to buy my first truck at 19, I had it for 2 days and the transmission failed and I am out of a truck currently still, I would not buy a truck or anything from this dealership. The guy I bought the truck from said they have the best mechanics but my truck had black transmission fluid it it when it had went to the dealer after I could not drive the truck. Very unhappy and they are not willing to help me in any way. I was told good luck by the dealer ship and have not hear word sense then. Thanks Giant auto sales your the best. Do not buy anything from them.

Bought a car from here had it a week motor went, got new motor blew up trans because they didn't check the flywheel, new motor new trans and gone again absolutely ridiculous. Was supposed to have a warranty but never heard back, decided it was for the best.

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a nice 2015 Volvo from this business. Everything went smoothly from start to finish, and I was able to get a fair price. Tanner and Zak are both pleasant to work with and made me feel like a priority. I would definitely recommend this family owned dealership.

Bought a White 2016 Mercedes e350 earlier this month. Two things, car is great. Great price and amazing car. That's the most important part. However I've never picked up a car that was BELOW E for gas. When I asked them where the gas station was cuz I was gonna run out they said "down the street. So if you want a great deal with an empty tank, go there. I do recommend them.

My dad and I came here in January to get a beautiful 2011 mercedes c300. Tanner and Zak were very kind and helped us greatly throughout the process. They are great people and I would definitely buy from them again!

Went there to finance a car for 15,000 with 80,000 Miles on it, they ran my credit witch is pretty decent, they said unless I could come up it 10,000 they can't help me. So I went across the street to Kia of East Syracuse, they hooked me up with a car that was a year newer for 20,000 with only 45,000 miles on it with a 2,500 down payment! This place is a rip off and not worth your time to even stop in!

I was recently searching for an Audi Q5 and saw one pop up at Giant Auto Sales online. I have had no previous experience with them, but I have to say that they were a pleasure to do business with. Upon arrival to see the car Zak was hesitant to let me test drive it as he stated there were some issues that they had not been able to take care of yet as the car had just recently arrived there. I drove it around the parking lot and was assured that the issues would be rectified. So I made the deal and Zak made it super easy and pleasant. A week or so later(even with the Thanksgiving holiday that week) Zak called and said the car was ready. I went to pick it up and was thrilled with how it looked(on the outside) and drove. The interior had not been detailed as their employee that performed this function had unexpectedly quit. Zak agreed to fix one last interior item the following week. He called when the part came in and then when the car was back there, he detailed the car himself. WOW..... who does that.... go the extra step to make the customer happy. Kudos to Zak and all his crew at Giant Auto Sales. You have a customer for life.

Mark, Zak & Tanner great customer service. We've purchased 6 vehicles over the years and will be purchasing our 7th without any hesitation. Curt is one of the best mechanics second to none. The best purchasing experience. They honor their warranties and bend over backwards to make sure any issue is resolved. Fair and honest... Very hard to find in this industry

My fianc� needed a new car so we decided to check this place out. He found a car he liked, we were told everything would be replaced (like the battery) before he took it home. Not even a month after he had the car there was issues. He s brought it in a few times and kept being told nothing was wrong. The other day he decided to get an oil change at another place and was told that the battery is horrible condition and clearly WASN T replaced. It needed to be changed ASAP. Reminder, they told us they were replacing things, which included the BATTERY. Before he got it changed at the other place, he called here and asked if they would do it. They quoted him $300 to change it... Being furious is an understatement. Will never go here again.

I bought a 328 bmw last year car still runs like new .zak was really good at first time when I went to look.he fill up my gas tank and gave my first oil change for free.. highly recommend and I will still be purchasing vehicles from him ...thank you zak and teamMujo M.

We have purchased 6 vehicles from Giant Auto.Each one was a great experience. Giant Auto is our go to dealership when either my husband, myself or our two adult sons need a new used vehicle.Price, service and experience are all A+ .I trust Zak because he knows what he is doing.The process is smooth and I know the vehicle will stand the test of time !

My SUV broke down and I needed a vehicle to get to work fast.I asked people being new to the area what is a good used car lot.I was told that Giant auto sales was a good place.The folks at Giant Auto Sales treated us like family.They worked hard to get me a good deal and financing with a good bank.They made sure that the vehicle was to my satisfactionI would highly recommend getting vehicles from this establishment.Dave

DONT GO HERE !!Thought I was getting a good deal got ripped off! I bought the car and NOT EVEN SIX MONTHS LATER there is so many things wrong. Ac, hall joint, tires, gas leak. Don t let this place rip you off.

Went into Giant Auto Sales after totaling my car. Set me up with a beautiful 2011 BMW 328i. Unfortunately, it developed a steering problem within the first week. They fixed the issue with no charge even though it wasn t covered under the warrantee. So much fun to drive and I m pleased with the purchase. Great car for a great price. I will be stopping back again soon for an oil change. Thanks guys!!!DJ

Took my 20 year old son there after buying a junker from the classifieds. Found a great, reliable car for him right away. I have bought new and used cars from every dealership in central New York...these guys are the best overall. I will recommend them highly and would go to them in the future and for servicing. They even gave the car an oil change, detailed the car, and added a couple of new parts before we left...no extra charge. Unheard of on a used vehicle. Extremely satisfied with purchase...son loves his new car.

Do not go here! Bought a car in April, it started leaking coolant recently. I tried to contact them, never received a phone call or anything back. Turns out it's a 1100 fix. Also to figure out the oil pan is completely rusted out, so that will be more on top of it. They do not want to be liable for anything but will sell you junk.

Working with Zak at Giant Auto Sales was amazing. I love the car I bought and he made sure the process could be as smooth as possible, even during reopening from Covid. I would recommend Zak and his dealership to anyone in the market for a used car.

We went looking for cars in our budget and had trouble else where. We went to giant auto sales and met Zak told him our budget and what we where looking for, and boom he helped make it happen and Im now back driving around in a great size family car the 2014 buick enclave. It was such a quick process and Zak made it super easy, which was less stressful and my family is greatful. Would recommend a bunch of times

I thought that this would be a really great place to buy a car. It came recommended to me by a coworker. I worked with Zack, who I understand is the owners son. I bought a 2007 Mazda CX7 from them about 2 years ago. It took them 3 weeks to get the car to pass inspection so that they could sell it to me. After I picked the car up and drove it off the lot, the check engine light promptly came on 3 days later. After calling and explaining to Zack that the light came back on he encouraged me to bring it in to have the code read. Here is the first problem, They would not let me near my car while they were reading the codes and they cleared them - So I could not have another shop read them and have the car looked at. They told me that it was nothing and that I shouldn't worry about it. WELL the engine light came back on not even 2 days after I took it to them. I brought it back in and the same thing happened. I wasn't allowed near my car while they read the codes and looked it over (in the parking lot, mind you) They again tell me it is nothing to worry about, they clear the codes and I go on my way. About a month after that THE TRANSMISSION BLEW. Leaving the car absolutely undriveable. After financing this car and still having most of the loan left, I was truly in a bad spot. After bringing it up to the Owner (Zack's dad) They still refused to help me, even though they sold me a bad car from the beginning. Anytime that I called or my mother in law called - we were treated with disrespect and talked down upon. Even after another garage proved that they sold me a car with a bad, sludgy transmission and left me with a car that to this day - does not drive, they refused to help.

The car I bought was great, no doubt, and is by far the best first car I could have dreamed of if you know what to look for in a "good" used car. However, after the point of sale, the staff is helpful but not always the best. I blew a fuse and the phone charging ports in the car didn't work, and Giant quoted me $69.95. Brought to a specialty shop and got the fuse replaced for $20.

They sold us a lemon. They either knew something was wrong with it, or they purposely sabotaged it. They tried to push the extended warranty option very hard, but we didn t take it. Now we are being informed that the car is going to cost $6000 to fix. Don t ever buy a car from this place.

Very professional and helpful. Can t say enough about these guys. They are truly professional. They stand behind the cars they sell. Had a exhaust leak was quoted me over $900 to fix it and these guys did it for a fraction of the cost. Thank you so much.

I was talking with Zach for about 4 days in regards to buying a vehicle i was really interested in. I got approved for the loan from my bank and i told him all i need is the purchase agreement sent over and i would be able to pick up the car when i got off work. He sold the car the very same day while i was at work and THEN gave ME attitude about it when i called him frustrated that he sold the car. Never going to this dealer again. Waste of time.
