Told me to come pick up my car, when I got there the car wasn t finished. My car was still was making the same sound it was when I dropped it off after the accident. My dash board was stuck on multiple errors and I was extremely uncomfortable with driving it which I expressed and was told by the mechanic to just get over it and turn up the music to drown out the sound. I was then told to only leave a positive review even though this wasn t a positive experience what so ever! Never in all my times of being in an Accident and having to get my car fixed has a mechanic told me to pick it up before the cars actually finished. I couldn t stay I had to go to work and they took the rental car so I had to drive my broken vehicle back to work. They then called me a few hours later to set an appointment to finish the car told me it was going to be 30 minutes to fix today and waited for over an hour! Extremely disappointed and frustrating would never recommend this experience or company to anyone!

I was involved in an accident. The other driver was at fault. His insurance company set everything up with me through Gerber Collision. I couldn't have been more happier. From the two young ladies up front, very sweet and kind with wonderful conversation and explained everything to me. You the estimator Brian he saw every detail and explained everything. The workmanship on my car e as amazing she looks beautiful again. Thank you so much to everyone at Gerber Collision on Northern Blvd in East Syracuse. I highly recommend this team and if I'm ever in need again for Auto body repair this is where I will be going. Thank you from Robert Mauzy and my beautiful 2023 Honda Accord called Nikki.

This place exceeded my expectations. The staff were friendly and helpful. They created a timeline for the completion of repairs and finished it earlier than we expected. After getting my car back every aspect of the necessary repairs looks better than before and they washed and painted it so you can't even tell anything happened. Stop by for your vehicle repairs and I'll guarantee they won't disappoint. Thanks Gerber!!

My wife was rear ended with damage to the rear driver side. Took it to Gerber and could not have been happier. From start to finish the staff was friendly and very efficient.We got updates on the progress of the work being done almost every day. I have never experienced that from an auto body shop. The car was done earlier than expected and was cleaned from top to bottom.We would and will recommend Gerber to everyone we know!! Please if you need any work done on your vehicle do yourself a huge favor and go to Gerber. Thanks again for a great experience.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Body & Trim

They they did a great job repairing paint damage to my roof. They were super respectful and understanding on a couple of minor issues after the repair. They fixed the minor post- repair damages free of charge and provided a rental. They have a great working relationship with enterprise and Safelite right next-door.

Possibly the best car repair experience I've had. They called at each step of the way and detailed any issues they ran into. The text notifications were fantastic. No surprises and fantastic customer service, they even fixed an issue with a different part of the car while they repaired my accident damage

At first I was very pleased with Carubba Collision in that when I brought my car in they looked it over from top to bottom and found small bits of damage that neither I nor the first collision repair place I visited saw. However as the repairs progressed more and more delays kept happening. First they didn t complete the tear down on schedule so the parts were not ordered on schedule. Then they delayed again and explained that the wrong mirror cover had been received. When I called one day before the newest completion date to check the status and see if they could finish it 1 day ahead I was called back later to explain that the tires they received were in worse shape than my already damaged tire and it would be delayed further. They finally called me a few days later while I was at work and left a message saying that the incorrect mirror cover had been received again and that they wanted to have me come get the car with my original, damaged, mirror cover and when the new correct cover came in and was painted they would have me come back and make the switch. I had communicated to them from the very beginning that my job has odd hours and they could call my fianc�e. They did not call her. Instead later that day they called and said my car was done and that I still owed my deductible. I was not in Syracuse until the following Wednesday at which point I picked up my car and when I brought up the fact that they had continuously delayed my car and had it at their shop for almost 5 weeks, longer than I had had the car since purchasing it, they stated that there was no amount of my deductible they could cover. While the car looks great and they did a fine job making it look new I was very displeased at how long it took them to complete the repairs on just a little over $2000 worth of damage. I had two friends get in much more costly accidents and their repairs were completed in a much more timely manner elsewhere. I will not be bringing any of my vehicles to Carubba Collision nor would I recommend them to anyone.

I am very pleased with the work they did. This was the first time using them too. Excellent customer service. They had a loaner car ready for me when I dropped my car off. Their price for repairs was cheaper then the other collision places I got quotes from. I really like the life time warranty that they have on the work they did as long as I own the vehicle. I would highly recommend them to anyone for body work.

Gerber on Monroe Ave was the best collision experience I have ever had. I brought the car in on Monday and it was done Tuesday. The office staff was top notch. So professional. I will take my car there again and again

This place was great! I was not without a car at all. They have Enterprise rental cars on site so that when you drop off your car you are into a rental car within minutes. Same speedy process when picking up your car. The repairs on my car were amazing. It looks brand new. Extra bonus is a thorough cleaning outside AND inside.

Had my vehicle for 7 weeks and when I went to pick it up I was t happy with the assembly so they kept it another week and was perfect when I went back to get it. They even covered the cost of my rental car so it didn t come off of my days with Geico. Excellent customer service! Would have given them 5 stars if they didn t have my vehicle so long. But they really did make every effort to get it right. Highly recommend!

Excellent service. Fast, reliable, updated me throughout the time my car was in their shop. Handed the car back to me before schedule, clean and driving well. Will definitely bring my car back here if I require collision repairs again.

I was reluctant at first to take my car to this shop (never heard of them) and now my "baby" needs to be fixed after a rear end collision. I thought the dealer might be able to do better. NO WAY!!The employees were very friendly, helpful, professional and compassionate. It really makes sense to have Enterprise, Geico Adjuster and Auto body shop in one convenient location.I picked up my car tonight and I was extremely pleased. They did a great job,not a speck of dirt inside or out. You can't even tell I was in an accident.Kudos to a great organization, most of all the people!!

Carubba Collision exceeded my expectations not only with the repair itself to my car, but they also buffed out some exterior marks and cleaned up the cabin, at no charge. Additionally, I was emailed the status of my repair job every step of the way, letting me know exactly when to expect the work to be done. Every staff member I interacted with was optimistic and professional. Great job, everyone! Thank you!

Several months ago i made a trip from Ft Drum because of this service center s reputation. I am very pleased with the work this team performed on my vehicle and the quotes/prices are reasonable. The dents in my front/rear driver doors were removed and there is no visible damage. Everything is clean and aligned.Also, the customer service was excellent!The team went above and beyond by diagnostic testing and transporting my vehicle to Cantech Auto (without trying to nickel & dime for fees) to help resolve another unrelated issue.

Over the last few years my wife and I have had Carubba Collision on Northern Boulevard perform repairs on our vehicle. On each occasion we found their work to be excellent and their customer service to be outstanding. I took my car to Carubba this morning to get an estimate for repair. I met with their customer representative, Fionn, and she had one of their estimators, Jack B, look at the car. After doing so, he told me that it was a minor issue and took care of it this morning - free of charge. When you add such honesty and accommodation to a business that does excellent work and has great customer service, you get Carubba.

Very courteous staff. They finished the repairs on My truck 4 days ahead of schedule and also an additional cosmetic fix beyond the insurance claim. I paid out of pocket for this and the price was very reasonable and all repairs came out looking like brand new!I would definitely use Carubba's again and will recommend them to anyone I know in need of collision repairs or cosmetic touch ups.

Outstanding and rapid service! They worked seamlessly with my insurance, provided a brand-new compact loaner at no cost, communicated closely with me, and had my car ready a week ahead of schedule. Washed and detailed.

You could not ask for anything better. I drove my car in falling apart after hitting a deer. I walked out with a loaner vehicle and knowing that in a fairly short amount of time my car would be back to looking like brand new again. The staff is absolutely incredible, the place is so clean its hard to believe the kind of work they do. I just can not say enough about this place. I had never heard of them before and now it is the only place I would go.UPDATE - well 6 months later and my paint is bubbling and rusting. They said I must have dinged my door and that caused it. Really. Your paint job was terrible. Good service does not make up for crummy work.

Had a rust issue that resulted from some body repairs done a few years back by a Gerber location in another state. I was really impressed that the Gerber here in Syracuse worked with the other Gerber location to honor the warranty, and fix the problem, and they even covered all costs including a car rental. Bottom line, these guys stand behind their work and so you can feel secure in knowing that.

Excellent customer service! Excellent body work!! Always kept me in the loop while my vehicle was being repaired. They walk around the car with you and explain what they did and make sure you are completely satisfied! Thank you Carubba Collision!!

I had an absolutely terrible experience with Carubba Collision. I dropped my car off on a Saturday and they suggested it would be ready around Thursday. They did not got me a quote until Friday. Three weeks later they called and said the car would be ready to be picked up in two days. Two days later they called to tell me they hadn't even looked at the mechanical problems. It took a month to finish the repairs the. When I got the car back there was absolutely no gas in the car, there was an extremely loud squeal coming form one of the bearings and they had broken a piece of trim off and just set it in the cup holder. I will never go back.

By far the best place I have ever encountered. The best employees and manager. Beyond my expectations and so unexpected in this day and age. The manager was extraordinary. He made sure my car was safe to drive before giving it back to me, even when it wasn t an issue I brought it in for. I will never go to another repair shop. This place was absolutely amazing!!! If I could give it more than 5 starts I would all the way around.

Finished my way way quicker then I ever expected and it looks new again. They even washes it and had it in the garage so I don't have to brush it off. Very good customer service front and back. Will go back if we ever have to get a car fixed.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

I just picked up my vehicle. My bumper needed to be replaced. Geico referred me to Carrubbas. From the moment I stepped in there til the minute I picked it up was a smooth experience . I dreaded the time it would take for an accident that was not my fault. Geico and Carubbas Collision couldn't have made it any better. Pleasant employees who worked diligently to get me taken care of quickly with getting the loaner to returning it. My cars interior was cleaned as well as the exterior. I felt like I was driving it out of the dealership. They went over and beyond. I would definately recommend them .
