Found the source of my issue with my lights and after spending 487 dollars at another shop and less then an hour later had the same issue happen again thanks to big 4 tire they got it and done right amazing people and will always bring my business there

No reason to not give 5 stars, but the fact that I got dinged almost 12% of my bill as "shop supplies" is ridiculous to me. It's a small lawnmower tire. What on earth "shop supplies" are needed to shove a tube into a dinky tire? I get that everybody is dealing with increased prices, but justify what shop supplies u needed for this job!!! Guess I'm "just being petty! " Otherwise, they did what I paid them to do , in a timely manner.

Previous experiences here were always great. This last trip was not as good. The problem was diagnosed, and I agreed to the fix. A couple of days later, I had to call and was told that now the fuel filter and pump also needed to be replaced. A few more days passed, and I was told that they had gotten the wrong fuel pump 4 times. Finally, it was done. The price ended up being higher for both services than they told me on the phone. The next day, I went to get gas, and nothing went into the tank it all dumped on the ground. The filler neck lines were not reconnected. I made it there right at 12 on Saturday, and at first, I was told I could leave it as they were closed, but a mechanic walking in offered to connect the lines. Perhaps it was just a bunch of bad coincidences. I genuinely don't like to leave bad reviews, so I won't say anything but the facts. As I said before this interaction, I would have recommended them to anyone. It has been 3 years since my last visit, so things may not be the same as before the pandemic.

I was in a pretty bad situation where I got TWO flats on my semi truck about 15 min after pulling it out of a collision shop it had been in for months. The owner, Bo, helped me out tremendously, even though it was near closing time. Got us in same day and fixed both tires without replacing them. Only took them about 45 min. We've been driving on them for a few thousand miles and they did a good repair. Semi tires are really expensive so they saved me quite a bit by being able to repair them properly. Most tire shops will just replace them or do a poor patch job. Their tire mechanics were good, knowledgeable, and friendly. Prices were better than others as well. 5 stars for sure. Highly recommend, as a trucker who's dealt with a lot of tire shops, this was one of the best I've been to.

Love the guys at Big 4. Been going to them for 20+ years! They're courteous, fair priced and timely. Can honestly say I've never had a problem with their service, at any level. They're wonderful.

Great service on my car that had many issues. I brought my older Subaru in for work to be done, kind of knew what it needed mechanically and with tires. I left it for a few days and they went over everything needed. Knowing roughly before going in what the costs were going to be, I found them thorough, sincere and fairly priced especially tires. Their honesty and reliability in their work shows! I believe in getting it done right the first time and have no doubt they believe the same. I Would highly recommend and would definitely return. Car runs like new again.

The big guy with the big Belly is very rude. I was looking out the a side of my peripheral he just kept making out his sarcastic marks talking underhis breath, shaking his head. He s rude, but I don t got to deal with him

I own my own bread business first time I've ever had anything work done here other than tires they did an excellent job they got me in and out and they were reasonable on their pricing and they did great work I would recommend it to anyone looking to get their vehicle repaired and I already have...Very few people out there you can feel are Trustworthy... I believe these guys are honest as the day is long if you're having problems with the mechanic give this place a shot I did and I was pleasantly surprised!!! Thanks again Steve for getting me in and out. In our business time is of the essence very satisfied customer will be back again!!!

Had a screw in my tire and called to see if they can plug it- they said yes and asked if I was waiting. I said yes I would wait but now it has been over 2 hours.. my complaint is that if a company thinks it will be over 2 hours then offer me to drop off the vehicle/ I had a ride, but never thought 2.5 hours is acceptable to be waiting.

Outstanding service once again at Big 4 Tire!I brought my car in on just a couple days notice to have new tires mounted and balanced, and to have a four wheel alignment. The team at Big 4 Tire completed the work in just a few hours, despite being obviously very busy. They then took the time to explain what they found on the alignment.Courteous, professional staff providing service in a reasonable amount of time... I'll continue to turn to them for automotive needs.

Great people to work with. Gave me a reasonable price to switch my snow tires on my car and they put them in a bag without me asking. Totally impressed. I also talked with them on some concerns I have on my car and they answered my questions. I feel they are reasonably priced and I find them so much more friendly than some other garages. Definitely will be back.

No coffee in waiting room. STAFF eats in front of and while helping costumers. Waited 6.5 hours for vehicle to be repaired a second time because repairs originally paid for were not done correctly. Car was never road tested after orginal repairs which would have saved me a second visit and the evil eye from owner as I questioned how this happened?? Second mechanic, Very knowledgeable, personable and efficient at diagnosis of faulty repairs. Only reason I would give this place any stars.

I highly recommend Big 4 Tire! Especially as a woman, people are always trying to take advantage. You can trust that there are no tricksters here. They talked me through frustrating issues and took the time to get it right. Look no further. Five Stars.

I went there to get tires switched out, and when I picked the car up and turned it on, there was 10+ lights on on my dashboard. I took it back and they said it was due to the used tires, so I bought 2 new ones from them. Again, I pick it up, and both tires are leaking so I bring it back...Apparently they broke a valve stem on 1 tire in the process and never checked the other leaking tire.On top of that, my bf brought his car to get a new water pump, spent 1400 and asked if anything else was or could be wrong with the car and they said no. A day later, the car doesn't start anymore so we bring it back in, now theres a new problem that costs 1,100 dollars.I do not trust the work these people are providing. I have never had to go back to a service place so many times in order to get something done. Very frustrating and not willing to compensate.

We were traveling thru back to Ohio and had to replace our RV spare after a blow out. Mike was AWESOME! Service was fast, friendly and the price spot on. He even took extra time to help us pick out great tires for our Dodge 2500 when we get home. Got tire issues? Don't hesitate to give this place a go.

I was recommended this place by a friend to have my new tires and rims mounted and balanced. They took great care of my new wheels to not leave a single mark or scratch on them and had them done within 30 mins which was nice considering they were busy. Very friendly staff and clean shop, I d recommend them for anything you need done. Thanks Big 4!

Brought my vehicle to this shop about a year ago with a non working cabin air blower motor. Staff was nice and professional. I was informed I would need a new blower motor, to which I agreed at a cost of a little over $200. Upon picking up my vehicle the new air blower motor was indeed "working" but little to no air was coming out of the vents. I mean it's a new blower motor, so this is as good at it gets. I spent all of last winter almost freezing, with barely any heat coming out of the vents. Not ready to spend another winter freezing to death I decided to check the new blower motor installed. To my shocking and unbelievable surprise, the new motor had been installed incorrectly and was spinning in the opposite direction creating little to no airflow. I mean did they even test it after getting the job done? Even a full refund would not make up for all the cruel freezing days I went through. I may return to this place again as mistakes happen, but please double check your work !!!!

Able to quickly diagnose electrical grounding issue and fix it. I've read horror stories of people with same issue having to take it to multiple shops. Very reasonably priced. Great PPE use and procedure as well

I recieved excellent customer service from LP in the east Syracuse 4 tired I was driving on a flat tire when someone at the light made me aware on the spot I turned into 4 tires my 1st time there my car was taken within 5mins examined and fixed i was on my way within 15 mins I felt no anxiety or fustration. Big thank you LP

I brought my truck in for a suspension repair. They were kind enough to grease the part until I can make it back in to do the full repair and didn t even charge me.Very happy with Big 4 Tire!
