Kudos to your employee Gavin who I met just before closing time at 9:45pm on 02 June. I was returning from a wake in Northport when my tire pressure warning light came on. After Gavin pumped my gas he offered to check my tires and adjust the inflation because I did not have enough change for the air compressor to do it myself. I really appreciated Gavin's kindness and professional attitude.

I caught a flat this weekend down the road from here. My car did not have a spare, just a fix-a-flat kit that did not work. I had no idea what I ran over, but the tire was not repairable. I was with my two boys, and roadside assistance was not helpful at all. These guys took me in right away and repaired the tire as best as they could, so I can at-least make it home safely. I could not be more thankful. They saved me a tow and an entire weekend of going back and forth to the dealer. They were very straight forward, honest and friendly. What more can you ask for in a shop?

Pretty good place. The staff is really friendly and I had a good purchase inspection done. All the staff is very knowledgeable and these are people who won't starting finding faults with your car to get some extra money. Highly recommend this place for your car needs.

Setauket Gulf is the best of the best. I m 29, since I was 17, I have owned 12 vehicles and they have serviced every single one. Currently they have kept my 1992 town car in pristine condition for several years. They don t want to spend your money or waist your time. Dropped off my car for an inspection. When I got there to pick my car up I was told they couldn't pass my car because front tires were worn out an inch from the inside and they will pass my car if I buy 2 tires from them! Tires had 20k miles on them and more than half tread left! And what kind of person decides not to pass my car and then still charges $37. You must be very desperate for money to do that.

I've been taking all our cars there since we moved to Long Island. In my opinion, their prices are reasonable and the guys working in the bay are the best. They're knowledgeable and honest and have always given me good and reliable service and advice.

Been using these guys for both my cars for several years now. They always do the right thing. Haven't overcharges me or told me the car would be ready, and then it's not. Which in my opinion is the worst. The mechanics have worked on BMW's and Audi's that I have owned and know the cars perfectly.

Had my GEICO inspection peformed here. Fast and easy. Also the staff were willing to help me install a front license plate. Extremely friendly.

John the mechanic is very knowledgeable and does top notch work. I'm so happy to have found this place because it's near impossible to find a solid mechanic these days.

very bad. It wasn't repaired at all, but I still received the money, told me to repair it in other places, and checked it for me. and no refunds.

GAS IS ON THE EXPENSIVE SIDE. OTHER WISE ITS PRETTY CLEAN THERE.. I USED TO GET MY CARS FIXED THERE ALSO.
