Horrific service do not use. Took them 3 weeks to finish a screen door and would have taken longer if I didn t call a bunch of times to get an update. Lady at the counter had me come in a second time to tell her the dimensions for the doggy door because she forgot what I told her the first time in which they still got wrong. When I went to pick it up and told them it was wrong the guy said that s what I was told and just walked in the back. Poor service, poor communication, lack of business ethics. Choose another business that actually knows what they are doing.

I usually like to try and support small business owners of this type as much as possible. However, this was unfortunately not able to be done in this particular case. This company didn't vacuum anywhere near all the glass out of the interior of my vehicle. And when they replaced my rear window they chipped the paint on my tailgate in three different places. I happened to run into the woman who I'd set up the appointment with in Walgreens the day after the work was done. She remembered my name and asked how everything went with the glass replacement. I told her about the chipped paint and she said she would let the owner know. She said she was sure he would call me to apologize and try to make it up to me somehow. To which I said ok, and walked away. I never did get that call. But I did get to keep the chipped paint and the bits of broken glass that I had to clean up myself. Thumbs down for this place!

Great company to deal with, they used to be on east meadow ave and they moved to North Jerusalem road.Have had my screens repaired, car windshields replaced and house windows repaired with no issues what's so ever.I saw the other guys negative post and told the ladies in the office about it.They told me that when back glasses shatter or explode the glass particles tend to chip the paint around the window frame when they fall out and that it's impossible to get every fragment of glass out of a vehicle.It's unfortunate that some people are quick to blame others for something they caused.I can tell you that these are wonderful people that deserve 5 star reviews.

Asked to have two mirror doors for a medicin chest cut. Its been two weeks and still waiting.
