Ty, you are the best! I m in the hospitality business. I know my Customer Service team can make you AND break you. That s why I m reaching out to say that Ty made my Life Storage experience a great one. What a great Manager! The facility is top notch. No complaints here.

The manager Ty is extremely organized and meticulous, his military background is evident in how he deals with you and the care I witnessed demonstrated for the property.Though the property is dated, it s well cared for and extremely secure. I have rented at different storages for 3 decades and know a good facility when I see one. These people are running this location text book.

I ve have used various self storage facilities locally and in other states for decades, and can honestly say my experience at Life Storage in EH has been the best. The property and buildings are always clean and well kept. The property is limited access with coded gates and many security cameras. And the manager Ty, is amazing! He is always friendly and goes out of his way to be helpful. He is frequently present on the property, and returns calls promptly when he isn t. I have been a happy customer for many years, and don t foresee that changing anytime soon.

i have been a customer at this life storage for over 7 years now. i find the new management to be great. the elevator works all the time now!! the place is very clean and well kept.

Excellent storage facility, clean and well run storage facility and fairly priced! I Highly Recommend this facility!!Much thanks to Ty the manager! He has been absolutely awesome since the very beginning of our storage search process, super knowledgeable, very friendly, great communication and takes the time guide you and explain everything to you. It's pretty clear he has your best interest at heart, genuinely helping you to make the perfect choice for your particular storage needs and have an excellent ongoing experience as a customer!!

The most well-run facility I've ever encountered. Ty runs a tight ship and it really makes a difference. Professional, intelligent, caring and just plain good company as well. The team here - especially Ty and Luis - takes pride in the buildings and grounds and are an absolute pleasure. This location will always be the first place I go to when I have storage needs.

We ve had the space for 2 and a half years and Ty was terrific from start to finish. Took great care of us on the way in and on the way out. Great combination of clean and well maintained and easy access.

Very safe and clean facility; The manager Ty Hook is great very kind and friendly. He was very informative about my unit and the contract. Amazing place I definitely feel my personal belongings are safe here.

I rented two storage units for my boss . The store manager Ty Hook went above and beyond to accommodate me.He was polite , professional and fortunately had lots of patience showing me many units .I would highly recommend using Life Storage in East Hampton

Great location, very easy to get in/out of, safe and secure. Also, the manager there is incredibly nice, helpful, and quickly responsive. The rates were really good, but I would honestly still use them if there were a bit more expensive because it was such an easy experience. Thanks!

Ty is the best, the customer service was beyond 5 stars, I would rent again at that same location without hesitation, he needs raise and his own location or two, good man and has much respect from me and my family.

We have used 2 of life storage units for the better part of 3 years. The acting manager, Ty Hook, was professional and extremely courteous. Whenever we needed some help, he was always there for us. Great guy to deal with. We would highly recommend life storage for any storage needs. Clean safe and very well run especially the East Hampton facility.C C

After explaining my needs and being assured by both someone from corporate and Ty, the facility manager, that what I needed to do was completely allowable (take the items from my house as we were downsizing, post them online for sale, and coordinate pickup), I signed up for a large 10x25 space without hesitation. On first glance, it seemed like it would be a great fit. In the end, it was an absolute nightmare. Ty created his own rules, was difficult to deal with, suggested that we were loitering, made up imaginary fire lanes, and effectively made the space we paid a lot of money for unusable. Interestingly, the feedback I heard from professional movers that were frequently moving people in and out of other units in the facility was similar - he selectively enforced rules and was generally a jerk. To top it all off, Ty let me know that 'corporate' had instructed him not to renew us as tenants at the end of the month. Reaching out to 'corporate' entailed two calls to regional manager Robert Cicotto that never yielded any actual time on the phone (he didn't call me back) or resolution. We moved out and have never looked back. There aren't a ton of options in East Hampton for storage, but any/all of them are better than this facility and it's management. 10 out of 10 would not recommend.

Excellent facility, quality team in charge. Ty Hook, Associate Manager, went the extra distance to help us with our car storage needs. He is efficient, friendly, a true gentleman. I highly recommend the LifeStorage in East Hampton.

Manager Ty Hook has been very helpful and has gone above and beyond the call of duty. I have spoken to him on the phone and seen him in person. He is positive, friendly, and willing to help me determine which practical and payment options fit my needs at Life Storage. While in the office, I heard him speak with other customers explaining how he and Life Storage could accommodate their storage needs and budget options as well.
