Guillermo was leaving for the day and saw me at the Air Machine. He stopped his car and jumped out to help me and actually found a nail in my tire. With out missing a beat he patched my tire and checked the other three. Not knowing there was a nail I would have wound up with a flat on the side if the highway. The owner of this station should be proud to have an amazingly kind hardworking person working for them.

Crooked mechanic vibes over here -Denied my gf a car inspection for 'bad windshield wipers' & 'rusted brakes' (which makes no sense bc brand new pads last month and they work great!) Load of garbage if I ever heard ! I've only ever heard horror stories coming from here.I DO NOT RECOMMEND

Don't use repair service at this station. I brought my car in with a slow leak in one tire. They repaired the tire immediately on a Saturday. The tire went flat overnight. I brought the car back and was told the tire was bad and needed to be replaced. I suggested that maybe it wasn't the tire but a cracked rim. I agreed to replace the tire because Edgar told me it was the tire not the rim. I waited two full days (instead of the one I was assured). After the new tire was replaced it had the same slow leak which I found out driving on the LIE. I took the car to the dealer and was told it was a cracked rim. Edgar doesn't know what he's doing and the premium for the convenience isn't worth it. He argued with me and overcharged for the tire.

I believe I have a story that will top all others! I brought my 2 year old car in to Edgar for an inspection. When I returned he said it failed because it needed new brakes which would cost upwards of $500. I found that hard to believe so I took that failure notice and brought it in somewhere else (without mentioning that it had failed) and the car passed no problem.About a month later I brought my car in to the dealer for service and asked them to look the entire car over. I again did not mention the breaks because I wanted to see if they would come to the same conclusion as Edgar. When I picked up my car the service bill was for the oil change and fluid refills only. I started to ask if they had happened to look at the brakes and the technician said, " Hey Lady, whoever did your last inspection is a scammer. I came across the failed slip in your glove compartment when we were looking for your manual. I went back to take another look at your brakes and THEY ARE FINE!!"EDGAR is a crook and should be put out of business! I wish I could give 0 stars!

Well, I thought my story would be a good one, but apparently Edgar is already known for what he is: a surly, disrespectful, crook with a very poor idea of what it takes to run a business.My windshield wiper was replaced about 2 and half months ago. It broke about a week ago.When I had my oil changed at the Hampton Oil Changer in Southampton (love you guys) Charlie pointed it out; when i told him I paid almost 50 $ for wiper blades he was horrified.Went back to Edgar to ask him for a refund and he couldn't have been nastier, practically laughed in my face and just walked away.Never go there; I wouldn't even use their bathroom.Fantasized about the different uses I could find for that wiper a propos Edgar.

There is a little food Mart inside with all kinds of chips and junk. Gas is pricier than most gas stations, but what do you expect you're in the Hamptons?

Edgar seems to be a reoccurring problem. Let me tell you my issue with him and this establishment. About 2 weeks ago I took my rim in for a repair that he estimated would be done by today (8/2/16). I arrive and the rim is not fixed he said it was unfixable. I call another repair price and they said they can fix it for less than 1/2 of what Edgar quoted me on. Edgar's price $250 new price $120. So I ask Edgar can he change the tire... He charges me for 1 hour of labor. I called my boyfriend he says it doesn't take an hour to change a tire. So I tell Edgar what my boyfriend said he said "call president obama" as an African American I am highly offended at this point. I now have a pending small claims case in East Hampton Village against Edgar and East End Auto Corp.

I went to Georgica Exxon station and bought gas. My car, which hadn t been started in a month, wouldn t restart. I had a booster box at home, but that s a mile away. So I asked Edgar if he could jump my car. He said he would do it for $35! The car was already at the station, but he was going to charge $35 to start it! I walked home and got the booster box. I am instructing my family to never, ever go to Georgica Exxon for anything.

Very rude guy works there Edgar. I use to be there customer but I m not supporting this business with one single penny.Rude, dirty talking crook Edgar that should not be talking to customer like he did.Bad experience will never come backI ll like to write a review to Exxon corporation not sure how to get in touch with the right department but will def look I to this. Shame!

Not very receptive to feedback that will help future customers. Be wary at these gas pumps! They are not marked properly. Manager is trying to rip off customers.
