Quoted me $250 for transmission filter and fluid change. Dropped my truck off on Monday night was told I could pick up the next day. Got there 15 minutes before closing and was told they just put it on the lift and that it would be done the next day. So I was without my vehicle for 2 days. Then they tried to charge me $475! The dealer only chargs $250 for this same job. I refused and they lowered the price.My truck has shifted poorly since. Turns out it WAS A QUART LOW on transmission fluid!Nice job pro tech

Scheduled an inspection appointment at the beginning of the week for Thursday. When I showed up to get my car inspected I was told that there were no scheduled appointments. (I had scheduled an appointment early in the week.) there was no offer to fit me in that day or any time in the future. The atmosphere was also very unprofessional as the workers were watching inappropriate videos where you could hear the profanity. No one greeted the customer and did not come across as friendly or wanting to help the customer either.Service: Vehicle Inspection

Called a week before, the tech told me I need to come 1 week later (totally fine) I d have to leave the car or if I wanted to stay with the car I d have to bring it at 7am, got there at 7am no one was around finally someone showed up 7:45 that wasn t aware I was even in the schedule nor could find me in it, told me I had to wait until 9am because they couldn t get a hold of the main mechanic. I rearranged my day and nothing got done so a day wasted. Please be more professional with your scheduling.Service: Wheel alignment

Had a leak in the a/c on my car.Took it into pro tech. Got right in. they did a recharge with dye. told me to drive it 2 days and call back. It lost all of the recharge. Brought it back in and they kept it for the day. By 4pm they had the car a/c repaired. Have driven it for over a week in 90 degree extreme humidity weather and over 500 miles of travel. Still keeping the car at a comfortable setting of 68 degrees. Extremely pleased with the service and repair to the a/c system. The staff John and Nick were awesome. I highly recommend Pro Tech Tire and Auto to anyone needing service for their automobile. Friendly, professional and attentive to your needs.

Performed oil change, state inspection, and tire rotation.Took about an hour.Informed me that I still had winter tires on, having forgotten from not driving too often, this was great.Also, let me know that I should get my brake fluid done, with the current mileage on the vehicle.

I brought my car here for an alignment a while back. Unlike other places that more often than not have a "set the toe and go" mentality, they spent the time to do a proper and thorough alignment. They have a very nice Hunter machine, and printed one of those print-outs showing a passing alignment when done, took the car for a test drive, and put it right back on the rack and spent another 20 minutes tweaking it and test driving it. Even though it had passed alignment specifications, they weren't happy with the initial alignment and continued to tweak it for a more nominal alignment. What garage does that?? Furthermore, when John rung me up, I tipped him an extra $20 because I was so impressed with the quality of work. He smiled, and said, "I'll give that to the kid." He brought it right back and gave it to the guy who did most of the work on the car. These are great honest people who care about the quality of their work. I'm glad I found this place.

Everytime I visit friends in the area I inevitably have some auto quirk that I need help with. Going to a place in a new area can be very intimidating, but these guys are hands down the most friendly and hard working bunch I've met. They really go above and beyond to make sure you're good to go. I brought a trailer in here to get its bearings repacked. When the repair was going to get more involved because one of the bearings had seized up, they called me straight away and told me the price and options, and I really appreciated the transparency. They also gave me an extra coupler pin on the way out as I forgot mine. I just wished I had these guys where I lived!

Called late in afternoon and explained to owner my car needed to be aligned...we discussed what was going on when driving. Asked could I bring car in tomorrow morning beteeen 8 and 9 and leave for them to work on. By 4pm was driving home, car handling fine. Very thorough in explanation of what to expect when dropped off and what was done when picked it up. I was treated as a knowledgeable adult not just a wonan as most garaged do. Very pleased!

Protech does amazing work, always there when I need them! They have done extensive work on my F250 diesel pickup and it has been flawless. The staff is very knowledgeable and you can't ask for nicer people. Glad I never have to go back to the Ford dealer after finding this great business!! i went first time to this center. Met john and explained about my AC problem to change compressor. He immediately checked the price and told me the price which is really half price than the showroom price with life time warranty. He is very honest and made me happy.

Always repaired correctly the first time around. John listens to your concerns and always addresses them. Their top priority is to make sure that there customers are driving away with a safe vehicle. I highly recommend this repair shop for your piece of mind .

Friendly, worked with me when I told them I don't have a lot of $$. Gave me a ride home as I was without a car. Vehicle was ready when promised & is running well. Felt confident in their diagnosis & the work completed. Answered my questions without making me feel stupid. Shop is clean, waiting area is small but sufficient. Would recommend them & also go there for repairs again.

I was towed off 90 to this shop. My tow driver was amazing and is affiliated with this company too. I received a quick diagnosis from them this morning when they opened. The staff has been kind and responsive!

Blew a brake line on our motorhome just south of Albany Sunday night....after a rather shaky trip to their shop we spent the night in the yard until they opened Monday morning at which time 2 guys quickly and efficiently made repairs and got us on our way home! Will dave their card and recommend them to any and all our RV friends...

After stops at 2 other auto services, Johnny at Pro Tech finally diagnosed the chatter and shimmy in our Mercedes and rearranged his schedule so repairs could be made next day to minimize the delay in our cross country trip. Pro Tech is the best!
