I have never had a more wonderful experience at a Dealership and that experience began even before I got there. There website and listing was informative and there were plenty of great photos of the vehicle I was interested in. Johnny, my salesperson, was as nice and knowledgeable as can be and Michael and Eugene were VERY accommodating. Thank you, Gentleman! I love my new Jeep Wrangler Rubicon.

I bought a Dump truck for my business thinking it was a solid, and functional truck. Such a mistake! I'm starting a new year and I'm still investing in a truck that hasn t worked once since we bought it, like 4 months ago. Every week is a new issue (we have the bills and receives to prove it). When they sold me the car the sellers took forever to make sure the car was "in perfect state" and it was as shiny and beautiful as a brand new truck, on the exterior. Inside was just a piece of junk with tons of paint to make it look better.Just while doing the first trial ride, I had the first of many issues and just blocks away from the store. We had to call the store and the owner came screaming, in a rush to get rid of that truck. By today I have spent more than 3k on reparations. Beware, that place with its second-hand cars are a real nightmare for any naive buyer.

From the moment I picked up the phone and talked to Eugene and Johnny about the vehicle I was looking for they made me feel so comfortable. Every step of the process was smooth which is a huge deal when you're dealing with the stress of buying a used vehicle. They didn't put the pressure on, they just helped me through the process and treated us like real people. I would definitely come back and buy another car from these guys.

Went here after losing our Nissan Pathfinder in an accident. I read the reviews and saw that their selection was pretty diverse. I went up and we met with Johnny. He was straight forward, listened to us, gave us suggestions, and was able to get our loan approved and had the car ready for us in two days. We ended up getting a 2014 Chrylser 300 AWD with the v6. If you are in the market for a used car and don't want to be hassled, give Michael's a shot. When it is time for me to transition out of my truck, I will be giving them another call to see what inventory they have. All in all, this was a positive experience due to the quick processing, knowledgeable team, and good selection of used vehicles. Totally recommend checking them out if you are in the market for a god used car. (remember to tell them Craig DeLong sent you if you decide to buy a vehicle)

I will never go anywhere else to purchase a vehicle after dealing with Johnny and Mike. You guys are how dealerships used to be! Michael s Auto Plaza was absolutely superb and exceptional with their customer service and finding me the right cars that I desired with in the past 3-4 months . Back in late August, I needed to trade in my 2016 Nissan Rogue SV with 183,000 miles. I was just inquiring about looking for a Honda CRV that I wanted. They had a 2017 CRV on the lot with 50,000 miles in mint condition. After a few days, I immediately received a surprise phone call from Johnny that made my day. Johnny made my stress go away with putting me in my new CRV come true including making it as birthday gift for me before my birthday in September .Unfortunately, 3 1/2 months later in early December 2022 prior before Christmas, I slid into a telephone pole on black ice and my 2017 Honda CRV was totaled. I immediately called Johnny and told him about it and he told me not to worry they would have a car set aside for me. I wanted to get another CRV so went to a well known Honda Dealer in the area to purchase a great deal on a 2019 CRV but I had to come back to home at Michael's and Johnny and Michael worked out a deal I was unable to walk away from and as of today, Johnny and another staff member delivered my new car to me. I am in my new car a 2018 Toyota Rav 4 LXE with 18,000 miles and my favorite color PURPLE. Cant make this story up folks. This is what happens at Michael's Auto Plaza. Michael's always comes through for you and goes above and beyond to make your experience the BEST. If you need a dealership to fight for you, looks out for you for a new car or upgrade your current car. Michaels Auto Plaza is the place to do business. Their sales team and owner Michael treats you like family and you will not be disappointed! When you go to Michael's "They make dreams come true!

Me and my Fiance came to Micheals from CT because they had the exact truck (Ram 3500 Cummins Turbo Diesel Regular cab) we were looking for. We came up to test drive it and check it out. The staff was so great and helpful, the salesman, MIKE, that helped us through the entire sale was just amazing. So nice, so helpful, wasn't pushy what so ever! They had the entire truck detailed.. minor things that we noticed fixed and everything ready to go for us later in the week when we came to pick the truck up. The entire process was so easy and unstressful. Our CT plates and registration arrived 2 weeks later as he said they would. I've never had a better experience anywhere buying a car and would def go back to them in the future!. There has been absolutely no BUYERS remorse with this purchase. Couldn't be happier. Thank you!!

Purchased a 2018 suburban premier impressed with the vehicle and pressed with the staff got me a better rate than the last place that I went please on how the truck was cleaned everything was taken care of. Johnny was my salesman professional. Good experience with buy another car from them
