Wouldnt bring my cars anywhere else for body work/ paint work!They do a great job and they are always on time and within budget.Traveling an hour to get here is a no brainer.I will travel for great work and that is what they perform here- GREAT WORK!

After another Collison center couldn't seem to fix my car right I got sent to Harts. They fixed it in one day and set up my rental car for me. Everyone is super nice and they even washed my car! I'd reccomend this place to anyone.

Laurie and Alex went above and beyond on my trucks repairs, I couldn t be happier. Looks brand new again. I would definitely recommend them to all my family and friends!!!

Absolutely the best collision shop in the world. They did all the coordinating with my insurance and got my car repaired much quicker than I was even expecting. After the repair the car looks better than it did new. Could not recommend more.

I had a tree fall on my brand new vw golf r. I was hesitant to bring it to get repaired at just any body shop. I reached out to my fellow car enthusiasts who recommended Hart s Collision.I am very impressed with my whole experience there. They repaired my car back to its original state flawlessly using all OEM parts. Laurie and Alex were always very friendly and only a text away with any questions/updates.I would strongly recommend Hart s collision, especially if your car is more to you then just a way to get from A to B. I was devestated when my 2 year old car was damaged and was nervous to hand it over to any repair shop. Hart s came highly recommended and they delivered. Absolutely amazing job, the car looks brand new and they did it so quickly! Laurie was very friendly throughout the whole process. Thank you all so much for the great experience!

They took my call for an estimate on such short notice, set clear expectations on how long it would take to fix my car they got done & it looks great! The even cleaned the interior to boot. Highly recommend here. Great people and friendly staff

Hart's to the rescue again. Not that I like car collision repairs, but these guys are awesome. If you have a car repair issue DO NOT go anywhere else. Laurie and Alex should give lessons to other businesses on customer care, caring, cost, and dare I say work that makes the car look better than before the damage?? How do they do that?? You can tell that the people working here care about you and your vehicle. Laurie specifically kept me up to date with everything my insurance company was saying in regards to my claim. The people that did the repairs on my car were very thorough and kept my car interior clean which is not my experience with other car repair businesses. I recently had a car accident and had checked out several local shops before deciding to choose Hart's. I can confidently say it was the best decision. The communication and customer service that Laurie provided was the best that I have ever experienced from any business. She made sure to get back to me in a timely manner and answer any questions I had. She also sent photos of the progress of the vehicle which was much appreciated. My car was repaired sooner than estimated and it came out so impeccably! It felt and looked like it was brand new both exterior and interior. I've been going to them for years and will certainly continue to do so. It's incredibly difficult to find an auto repair shop that is reliable, honest and reasonably priced that also does great work, but this is definitely that shop. I've recommended them to several people and they always tell me that Hart's quote was significantly lower and the work is always great and finished on time. They're always available to schedule a quick inspection and the final price has always matched my initial quote. I highly recommend them.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Laurie@Harts was super pleasant to work with from start to finish.. I googled body shops and saw the reviews from this shop, so I decided to stop in and have an estimate done. She was very professional and efficient. She had emailed me within a couple of hours the estimate. Once I decided to do the work, and brought the vehicle in, I figured it would be at least a couple of weeks.. again to my surprise she said it would be done by the end of that week!! It was finished as promised and what an amazing job they did.. I m supper Happy with the way it turned out. I would def recommend bringing them your vehicle, I couldn t have asked for better service! I recently filed an insurance claim for my wife's car. She was upset that her car got hit and now we had to go through the process of getting it repaired. My uncle had some work done by Hart s not too long ago, had a good experience and was very happy with their work. Upon talking with Laurie, I booked an appointment and they were able to get her car in quickly and work around our schedules. When I went to pick up the car my wife was pleasantly surprised as it looked as though there was no damage to begin with. The car was washed, tires cleaned and buffed. It looked GREAT! The owner went above and beyond to fix a TINY chip that my wife noticed (which the insurance company did not cover). He made sure that she was happy with the end result by taking the car back and fixing the MINOR chip she noticed right away. We're very happy that we chose Hart s instead of going anywhere else! Hart s stayed within the estimate provided by my insurance, had a superb quality of work and went above and beyond to make sure that my was beyond happy with the end result. They are very deserving of their 5 star rating!!!

We had work done there 4 times since 2018. Front end and hood repairs, rear bumpers and rocker panels that were rotted out look brand new for our 21 year old restored Oldsmobile! This family owned independently operated business is always worth going 3 counties over for high quality communication and precision.

I had been to Hart's several years ago but, fortunately, had not needed a body shop since that time. A few weeks back, one of our vehicles was rear-ended and, so, I called on Alex and Laurie. They were absolutely wonderful during the entire repair process and, once again, they did not disappoint with the quality of their work. It is absolutely flawless. The car looks like brand new! Their expert and compassionate handling of every last aspect of the repair earns them five stars in my book. Highly recommended!

Great customer service! Available all the time by phone or text and got my car right in! They were very accommodating and did all their research before I got my car in. While in the shop, they kept me up to date on everything going in with my car. They also did a great job working with the insurance company. My car came out looking brand new. We struck a deer with our 2020 Toyota Prius on our way back to our home in Eastern MA and ended up at Hart's Collision for repair. Our experience with them was excellent. Being remote we could not easily be there in-person. However, they handled all of the insurance details and performed the repair in a professional manner. We are very happy with the result - the car looks and feels as good as new.Service: Body & Trim

Alex and Laurie never cease to impress. Always performing top of the line work. Had to get some painting done to make some scratches disappear and they did exactly that. The car came out looking fresh off the lot, brand new. Alex and Laurie are the best in the business. Once you take your car here, you won t ever need to go anywhere else.Service: Painting

Some businesses are using the pandemic to get away with predatory, dismissive and/or unsafe practices. My bestfriend waited more than a month to get Hart's Collison to repair damage to the side of her car, and replace a damaged tire. In the mean-time, her car sat unmoving in a parking lot.Fast forward two months, and she has to get the dollar store quality tire they installed on her vehicle replaced. It is unsafe, and it was recommended that SHE PAY to replace it immediately.What was supposed to be a brand new tire is costing her even more time and money. I hate to see the stress and financial burden this entire ordeal is placing upon her household.Hart's Collison was the location the insurance company gave my bestfriend as herdestination option. Therefore, Hart's Collison was the location that got to direct her vehicle repair nightmare. It's not okay. They owed her better!!!Services: Tires, Painting, Body & Trim

I was hit by a deer which caused a large amount of damage to my new truck. Management was able to bring me in quickly and explain everything that needed to be done and they worked directly with my insurance company to keep the price low. They were extremely nice and helpful and the job was done right. I was unable to pick my truck up the day it was done and they even offered to drop my truck off to me at work or wherever i needed it dropped off. Overall i am extremely happy with how the team managed my personal vehicle.

I had to deal with Harts when my daughter totaled one of our car. The tow truck brought the car to Harts as they were close by. While I didn t have any work done (since the car was totaled), Laurie couldn t have been nicer. She recommended a junkyard and was patient while we coordinated removal of the car from their shop.Sometimes you just get a sense when you are dealing with good people and that s how we felt when dealing with Harts. Wouldn t hesitate to bring my car there for service next time we need it.Tom S.

If you need body work done on your car this is the place to go. Not only do they do high-quality Bodywork they also know how to deal with customers and they understand customer service. They also dealt very very well with my insurance company . the communication was there for every step of my repair. Sorry for the rhyme. They get my five star rating

I ve been to Hart s twice so far with two different vehicles several years apart and they will absolutely continue to be my go to for auto body work. Both times they were extremely friendly, accommodated my schedule and communicated well, were priced very competitively, and most of all: they did excellent work. Highly recommended.

Had 3 great experiences with this business and then 1 very bad unprofessional one that left the owners throwing a hissy fit. They took money from my insurance company that was to be used towards interior detailing and then the guy they were going to give the detailing job to said, according to them "no thanks" they then took it upon themselves to do a mediocre job. When I mentioned this they got super defensive, called my car "disgusting" then wrote and physically threw a refund check at me and told me they "didn't care". Absolutely unprofessional.
