You don't see customer service like this anymore, engine light came on, I pulled in and the staff immediately went out and plugged in their diagnostic equipment even though it was pouring down rain, the codes checked out all right, it ended up being nothing to worry about, but they still printed out a lot of helpful information for me, including a service schedule for my vehicle, just in case I have any problems in the future and he explained potential issues to me for everything he printed out, I hope I don't have to fix anything on my car soon, but if I do, I'm absolutely coming back here, I think the employee who helped me was named Julio, but my memory is fuzzy, whoever it was, you made a very stressful moment better, and I greatly appreciate it, you've earned my future business!

UPDATE February 2024: Once again Kyle surpassed expectations. Got me what I needed for Brakes and pads, along with a few other things, and got me on my way. Always with a smile and a kind word. Keep up the great work Auto Zone - you're doing it right! Kyle was the best. Friendly, smiled, help me find what I was looking for. You should have more employees like him. Also helped me join the rewards program as well. All-in-all a great shopping experience.

Had an issue with my hood closing due to a latch issue. Lucas came out to assist me with it and Kyle saw so he came out as well. Between the both of them they did a fabulous job. Something so small that meant so much. They got the latch on my hood to open up and close and now I feel safe in my car driving with my family. Would give ten stars if I could.

Cameron B. was excellent, got my headlights set up, and gave me some interesting ideas about other aspects of my car. I have been to this location in the East Greenbush Hannaford Plaza several times and always get the best service.

I enjoy going into this AutoZone because everyone is so helpful and respectful. I also was pleased to see that most of the staff that used to be in Hudson is in this store now. It made me comfortable.

Pretty good service, however it was disgusting to see the way the manager was verbally abusing his employees infront of customers. Imagine what its like when people aren't arround, no wonder they have a help wanted sign.

The light in the back of my car went out, so I went to AutoZone in EG because the customer service is excellent. The service guy, Zack, not only had the bulb I needed, but went out to the car and replaced the bulb!!! I'm very happy with Zack and AutoZone!

Buying from here has been great! Customer service was top-notch (shoutout Lucas Fox). Employees are knowledgable and very helpful. I'll be sure to come to them for auto parts from now on!

Go anywhere else. Prices are cheap and the staff is nice... but only on the phone. Once you go inside to pick up your pieces the prices are always a different price than quoted, the staff seem they'd rather drop dead than hold a conversation. My favourite part is when struggling with instaling a piece and they offer to put it on for you, but when you show up "well you know this is your fault right, i cant install that for you. Touching your car is a liability ya know"

My car broke down in their parking lot. The people they were very helpful and friendly. They had the parts in stock and they were very reasonably priced. I was there for about 2 hours borrowing tools from them installing the new parts that I just purchased. I will tell everyone to shop there because of their kindness and their good pricing.

Friendly fast and good humored. Highly recommend these guys when you need something. They ran my CEL code, told me what it was, what the urgency was and different possible fixes - offering no false hope, just a personal recommendation on how they would approach

Stopped in to pick up some general maintenance stuff and the associate Jeff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and helped with all my needs, hope to deal with him again next time.

Placed an order online for some wiper blades for in store pickup. I get an email stating my order is ready for pickup. When I arrive everyone is confused about the order and they only had one of the two blades I ordered in stock. They also tried to give me some no-name generic blades in exchange for the Bosch blades I paid for. A complete waste of my time.

Usually theyre great. Yesterday my car mirror broke, bought the replacement glass (although I was quoted a different price over the phone than what the actual price was when I got there, almost double the price I was told over the phone), tried to install it. It wouldnt snap on and slipped out of my hand and broke. I called them and asked if there was anything I could do, not expecting much, but they offered to replace the mirror for me for free since I just purchased the new one, and install it for me so it wouldnt happen again. They told me to come around 9 AM today to get it replaced and installed for me. I went in today, at 9 AM, the mirror was there but the associate working was EXTREMELY rude. He almost didnt give me the replacement mirror and flat out refused to install or have one of the other associates install it for me to prevent it from breaking again. We explained what we were told over the phone and he told us "Well, you know its your fault the mirror broke. I dont even have to give you this new one, and i'm not touching your car. Its a liability." But yet we saw another associate in the parking lot installing parts on another customer's car...All in all, I was very disappointed today. Usually they're great at Autozone, friendly and helpful. But not today.

The customer service is great. I came in with two lights that I needed replaced and the employee helped me right away. Price matched what I needed since the cheaper one wasn t in stock and offered to help put the lights in :)

My old car was grateful! Up until recently i had a 2003 Mitsubishi. It had 164K miles on it and I had a few things happen that took me to the people at Auto Zone.'New battery, head lights, help with windshield wipers.When i go into a car place I start talking by saying, "Hey i'm a girl. I know nothing about this car stuff!"To their credit the people who helped me there were patient and reasonable. I trusted them immediately and they were so great. They put in my new battery and the head light.My old car was pretty beat up and sad looking but no one made a face or talked down to me. Now i have a nice new car and even if I don't need to go there as often, my rewards card is in my wallet all the time and I know if i need them, the people at Auto Zone will help me. Thanks guys!

Have everything u may need. Staff is always nice. Parts arent super high quality, so they may need to be replaced again a year later. But, for wipers, oil and other little tgings, this place is great

Very reliable you can get any car parts here to replace parts that broke for your car, you can set up an appointment to get your car fixed or get an inspection very easily without any problems what so ever and I highly recommend going to this place.

Horrible prices. Wanted to buy a fuel pump did not have it in stock .wanted $310 and had to wait 4 days to get it. Go to eBay and buy the same pump for $32 . Sounds like AutoZone is marking up on there drop shipping

call this store to order flowtech exhaust tri-y there website said they sell that exhaust they had no idea what it was or what they can get after this call to that store I will not be call there for any kind of part I may just buy oil there if they know what that is !!!!!

Unfriendly staff who are unwilling to help you. Advance Auto Parts is a much better place than this one where they always treat customer with respect and dignity, but not at this place
