Amazing experience. I get my oil changed there and wash my car once or twice a month. I like the coupon discount they have going on. Plus the service is phenomenal. If you get hungry, there s some good food you can order while you wait for your car. I highly recommend this place

Finally got my car washed after a long time. Hi-Tek Car wash is right by Astoria Blvd & 82 Street. The staff are very nice and they do fast service. Overall I am happy with my experience here. They have a small food court in the payment counter. Place to sit, relax and eat. Price are not bad, they have different deal according to our preference.

Come here every month as a limo driver for oil change service. That's almost $170 every month not including car washes. The service is very bad the mechanics outside are very rude, always annoyed and looking like they are forced to work and they always beg for a tip. Every single time. Like we owe it to them. I request the management to either pay them well or hire a better professional staff. But I'm taking my business somewhere else! The only good thing about this place is the inside staff! They are nice, warm and helpful people!

Horrible service. Damaged my new wheels. Mentioned it to the owner he assured me it was like that before but I know I couldn t have done that myself it s not a curb damage from parking. He tells me he been there 35 years & he can bring his Aston Martin & put it threw & show me no damage. The point is it was damaged after I took it there. He wouldn t recognize that didn t even care to take a look or talk about a solution.

I go here all the time for 4 years now - I get my Tacos while waiting for a oil change or car wash - sometimes I just come for the tacos. Every time I go I get treated with respect and dignity.

Paid for full service but they only washed the exterior and even left some soap residue throughout the exterior. They didn t even bother to clean the interior. Such poor rushed service for the price.

The guys do a good job, and the place gets busy. I'm not sure what they use as soap or wax, but the car hold the shine for a nice amount of time

Damaged something in my engine when they changed my oil. I learned my lesson, I go to an oil change place in Manhasset LI, or do it myself with a Holt fluid extractor.Cost me a hundred dollars in a new part for my engine.Never again.....

This Car Wash is near by my House, that is the reason I go there, otherwise I wouldn't . Very poor quality work from employees and management.Vacuum inside , I don t get upset anymore. Just try and you will see.

I did car was with them. The guy was angry because I ask him to clean. He told me that he will call me after he finish. I found dust still there. I attached pictures for everyone. Nice car wash with nice guys work there.I just didn't like how they put the weather tech rubber mates on the seats after washing them but other than that it's cool. The entrance is right at the side street. The place has a car wash, a spy shop "they sell hidden and nanny cameras" and a mechanic shop.

They always do a great job! It s why there in business for so many years. I love the fact they have the bonus card after a 10th wash with them, the next is on them! Your staff knocked out my mirror cover, which is okay, but don t throw it back into my seat while the car is already moving inside to wash, my jacket and seat is all wet with the foams. Check your camera on 1/31/19 around 9:30am to 9:40am and they took some of my quarters and dime on my cup holder. How I found out? They accidentally touched my DAC button and some coins are on my seat

Good service. Car came out clean and well wiped down. The regular full service takes about 5-10 min all in including someone on the other side of the automatic wash wiping things down. It's free if you get an oil change at the same time. We didn't but the full synthetic looks well priced. There's a taqueria in the cash wash in case you want to grab a bite while you wait. There's space on at the end for them to leave your car if you're not there so you can go run an errand or two if you like which is nice.

I have been going here for years, not sure what happened. Bad experience all last 4 car wash I got. Car wash employees became very rude. The cleaning is no good any more. I paid for their hi tek 1 service. To find out there was no difference between that and regular. I don't mind paying extra if service is given. They did not wipe the back of my car. It was full of soap. When i asked for it to be wiped, the guy told me it's only for vip service. And then he handed me a towel to do it my self. What a experience. Management is not doing their job. Wouldn't recommend this place any more.

I have been coming here for years for quick lube and car wash. Never again will I return after this disappointing experience. I arrived at 5:40 and waited only to be told at around 5:50pm that they were not going to service my car. I could have been told once I arrived and not have me wait and waste my time. Time is valuable to all and the staffs disregard and disrespect is a shame. Nobody deserves to have their time under valued. You are providing a service to paying customers. I will never return or anybody in my household. Customers should be valued and respected. Never recommending again, and if time for you is valuable I suggest you choose another business to support.

Will be back for sure. They have a comprehensive list of services. The team cleaned my car very well - better than the ones in Elmhurst and Northern.

The worst paid $25 and I told them to clean the rims and carpet still dirty told the manager , yes yes and still dirty will never come here again . Be careful they will take ur money that u work hard for !!!!!!!

I always come here for the car wash, even since their prices were lower, not because of great quality but simply out of convenience. I also happened to do my oil change here but was surprised by their high price of $80. Albeit they include a free car wash, even with that it was more expensive than the offers I get at my Infinity dealership. Will come back for wash but not oil change.

It was okay. I do agree with some of the bad reviews. It was my first time here and probably the last one. I just happened to be in the neighborhood for a business meeting and was in need of a car wash. They guy that was drying my car and cleaning the windows did not clean the back windows nor the back window of my van. When I pointed it out, he just went in the vehicle and cleaned the two side windows in the back and didn t clean the center window. With a bit of an attitude, he asked for my receipt. I didn t have time to go search for the manager to complaint.

What a disappointment!!!! I honestly rather have mu kids wash my wash because I know I ll have to clean it again rather than pay something to have to clean it my self.

This place is a rip off never coming back they over charged me to shampoo the inside of my car and I asked for a full detail and they only did the inside, I m highly dissatisfied and don t recommend anyone going there
