GNB always does great work. I've been going to them for 3 years now and they never oversell or push anything. I just leave my car and pick it up - it's an incredibly smooth experience that I sincerely appreciate.

GNB has provided excellent and reliable service for the 9 years that I have been taking my cars to them for service. Their expert service is beyond compare! They are committed to getting the job done in a timely manner with proficiency, transparency, and great care. They have gone beyond the call of duty and service to make sure that I am satisfied as their number one customer. I would recommend GNB Auto Repair to everyone I know who owns a car. Went there for a squealing belt. They are very inexperienced with troubleshooting so they said I needed 2 belts 2 pulleys and a tensiometer. Basically everything in that system. I never told them that 1 belt and 1 pulley was replaced a year earlier. They charged me $85 for their poor troubleshooting skills to see what s wrong and hit me with a bill for $675. I paid the $85 and took the car to a reputable place and charged me $275 for a pulley and a belt. These people will defnitely fix the problem you have but it will cost you for part changes that don t need changing.

We've used GNB for the past 6 years. They always do a thorough check of the car and provide a report with pictures of all the issues. They have done good work keeping our 18-year-old car running smooth and safe! Communication is great. Great mechanic shop, those guys know exactly what they are doing and are very honest and you can trust them to what they are telling you. I highly recommend them. If you have a problem with your car go to them and you won t be disappointed, great shop!

Superior health check on my vehicle plus I always review photos taken by mechanic and usually accept recommendations. Professionals, to the Max.It's still the same.Tires rotated on this visit on 08/31/2023. Next visit for Octobers inspection. Good service. Neighborhood and beyond, this establishment will leave you pleased and satisfied.Recent visit to replace worn tires. All four were installed and calibrated to the highest level of performance.Again, this establishment is top rated because the talented mechanics, Owner and office staff know what they're doing.Am I right? (new and old customers, know I am) ..so, don't waste time, going around in circles on Northern Blvd just come by from Astoria Blvd. and leave your car, in professional care! OK?Service: Tires

Joe and his team are great auto technicians.I drive over from NJ to get my car serviced at GNB. I trust him and his team. Love the detail and pictures in their reports.Nothing in life is free, but finding an honest and trustworthy person today is difficult. It's nice to know that an exemplary technician/owner exists with those attributes.Thank you for taking care of the vehicle that takes me from point A to point B, and then some. Keeping my existing car running is important. Everyone at GNB has been very helpful every time I needed, specially Joe and Jay.
