Title: "Exceptional Service and Unbeatable Selection at Jackson Heights Auto Zone!"Review:"I recently visited the Auto Zone store at 3050 77th Street in Jackson Heights, New York, and I can't say enough good things about my experience. My car needed a specific part, and this location was the only one among several vendors in NYC, including other Auto Zone stores, that had it readily available for same-day pick-up or next-day shipping.The online ordering process was a breeze, user-friendly and convenient. Upon arrival, I was taken aback by the size of the store. It is enormous, with an impressive selection of automotive parts, all nicely displayed and accompanied by helpful signs. The store also boasts a large parking lot, which is always a plus in the city. I also found the store's Free in-store services like battery testing, battery charging, oil recycling, and the Loan-A-Tool� program when I got there.Despite the summer heat, the store was a refreshing, air-conditioned, immaculate haven. But what stood out to me was the staff. They were not just friendly but highly efficient and knowledgeable. The salesperson who assisted me expedited my online order promptly and helped me choose the correct Freon bottle for my car. She was polite, professional and made my visit all the more pleasant.It was around 6 pm when I got there, but the lines moved quickly. No long waits, no unnecessary delays. A testament to their efficient customer service. This Auto Zone location goes above and beyond in selection, cleanliness, convenience, and customer service. I would highly recommend it to anyone needing automotive parts and will be returning for my future auto needs."

This Autozone was one of the best ones I ve been to recently. It seems like others are either understaffed or the staff there isn t helpful. That wasn t the case for this location. I was greeted and immediately helped by a nice representative by the name of Apple. She was patient as well as very knowledgeable and informative on my particular issue and the options I had! I ll be returning here for all my Vehicles needs based off the great service I received.

I have shopped at Auto Zone before, but unfortunately I had an unpleasant experience at this location. My car battery had died, but I was able to get it jumped from my home to drive over to Auto Zone to buy a new battery and have it installed. When I asked an employee about this, he told me that he would not be able to install a battery because it is raining (which is able to be done, despite rain). I then asked him if I would be able to get a jump so I could drive my car back home. The employee replied that he does not even have a car . I found this also confusing, because even if he does not own a car, Auto Zone should have the equipment necessary to jump a car. I then had to call AAA in the parking lot, to come help me with my battery. When they arrived, this employee came outside and said, Oh you re still here? . He was able to see the helpful AAA technician change my car battery, despite the rain.It was a very disappointing and unprofessional experience. I hope future customers are not treated in the way that I was.

If you re looking to go and get help from a regular cashier you are in the right spot!!!However if you need help with something as simple as connecting a computer to your vehicle to find out why your check engine light came on go elsewhere!!!You guys should only offer a service if the staff is willing to do it.

One of the young workers there was very helpful. Took the time to help me find what I need and explain the difference between the different items I needed. Great service!

Now it's gotten better. But need more worker's to ask questions to. Parking is great and not to much car or people traffic. Clean cut and hazard free and have a handicap bathroom also bathroom is clean when i stepped in. Workers are friendly and knowledgeable in there work area. But need more workers theres only 2 or 3 around wheni was there im notgoingtosay there wasn'tmore or less im just sayingwat i saw when i was there i dont know if they was on break or wat. So 2 people at 2 registers and the 3rd sometimes ain't around so if you need to ask a question u have to wait until the person is finished at the registers to ask a question. So it would be better if there are more people stationed around the zone so if you're at a certain area there would be a friendly knowledgeable worker eager to help and give service with a smile

I get ur closing but it's 8:30. Says u close at 10, I walk in and u wanna start giving me attitude and not checking me out for 30 mins. You need to reevaluate yourself as a business and the people you hire to represent you. And don't reply to this saying to email you blah blah blah. What's done is done. I've been coming here since it opened but forget it.

Went to get battery and they're giving me the battery without the red vent cap. Arvinder and the other associate, make a big deal telling me they cannot give me what is supposed to come on the battery to block off the air vent, from another battery. Absolute idiots! The guy doesn't even know what the cap is for. These ppl should be working at fast food restaurants! Willing to sell me a battery for $300, without its components, but not willing to take off another battery. Autozone is the worst! the customer service lack of is insane.

Came into this store yesterday by far the worst AutoZone I've ever been to. Bad customer service ,sales associates take their time and don't want to help you, manager Heidi s. Walks around with her phone by her breast having loud conversations while she should be helping customers instead. Also, talking very loud and rudely to employee's .Very unprofessional.

Worse Auto Zone Store in town with Very Bad Attitude Employees. At that time there was no customers at the store, I was looking for help but the employees Ignored me, I felt racism.

They literally have very little in-store which defeats the purpose of going to a storefront. Almost everything has to be ordered which is incredibly annoying I often find myself traveling to other stores like Advanced Auto Parts to pick up simple and quick things like Auto Parts at an Auto Parts Store

Apples is an amazing supervisor along with other team members at her location. She really knows her stuff and she goes out of her way to get you what you need. I'll be visiting this location more often due the great service

Carlos Luckham was amazingly helpful. Not only did he help me find the right battery for my car he went further by installing it for me and I can t thank him enough for that. Definitely will be coming back.

I had a really disappointing experience at AutoZone. I went in for a battery replacement, and I was told that there was no one available to test my old battery or replace it. It s frustrating when a store specializing in auto parts and services can t provide basic assistance. I won t be returning there for any future automotive needs.

These guys do not ever pick up their phone and if they mistakenly do, they'll put the phone aside and leave you to wait forever. So frustrating! Idk how they do business.

They were very helpful got to move quickly I made it about showed me the cheapest things and I thought I would have spent about $30 more if it was good as a woman to come to a place and know that Man will help you out if they try to make you spend more

I visit this store frequently and always felt that they need to train their associates more on customer service. Some of them are very reluctant to help and I have faced this on multiple occasions. Some of the managers are nice hence the two stars. I hope they'll work on it.

Best Customer Service Ever Carlos Lockham is one of a kind. If you want to be treated like the only customer in the store this is the Auto Zone Employee you must ask for. Carlos attention to details saved me thousands of dollars. When my F Pace error message said I needed coolant , not only did Carlos make sure he had the right one, he poured it in, checked my oil then checked my windshield wiper fluid which was so empty it took the entire gallon. While he did all this Carlos gave me a tutorial every step of the way. Appreciation doesn't start to explain how I feel. This young man was not only raised Right, He makes The Brand Auto Zone SHINE.
