I took my Mercedes 2019 S Class here recently after having some bad experiences with other mechanics and hearing what amazing work they do. I have to say I was so impressed with their professionalism and friendly attitude. Matt and James was very on point with keeping me in the loop with what they were doing with my car the entire time they had it and fixed everything in a timely manner. Jeff the owner is such a nice guy and very personable. The receptionist Jennifer was very nice communicating with me. I ll definitely tell people to come here because they truly care about their customers and it shows!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic

I have a 2014 Lamborghini gallardo lp560-4 and I wouldn't take it anywhere else for service but here, Matt my technician was super knowledgeable about the LP platform and gave me the confidence that he knew the car in and out, he kept me in the loop throughout the whole process of the decent size service list that was needed and they executed! Also all reception staff was very welcoming and great with communication!Easy 5 star Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto maintenance, Oil change

Went in for a routine brake change for my European vehicle, but left with immediate issues. Had to take it back to the porsche dealership for assessment of damages and found out that they have caused 800 in damages in regards to my brake system. This establishment was suppose to call me back to resolve but never received a response back. I confidently give them a 1 star for now until a reasonable resolution is met. Theyre nice people, but this happening is not cool.Service: Brakes

Went to have an inspection done for my insurance and Zachary the sales manager was amazing! Can t say enough positive things about my experience here, he was very kind and the whole process was quick and easy.

This is their new location. Have been getting my cars serviced for twenty years. Gary, Dave, and the rest do great work. They know how to actually fix cars.Fixed my Timing cover, Head gasket in a "93 Saab 9000 CSE Turbo really well. The timing cover was part of the head gasket and was leaking Oil. Dave was able to fix oil leaking timing cover without removing the Cylinder Head. He die cut a portion of a new head gasket and obtained a used timing cover and Fixed, no leaks and no large bill.Have done all the regular work like Tires, Oil and brakes, on my Porsche 944S and I also had a Lincoln Continental.

Love Village Auto Imports!!! They do everything from insurance photos, to wheel alignments to all mechanical repairs and needs!!! Service was inadequate. Car had a, major issue, 10,min after leaving their facility for a routine oil change . Car had to be, towed and 1400. 00 dollars, later I had. To get new engine, parts and the shop who did the repairs said things, were put back incorrectly.. Never giving this facility my business again and, I've already on encouraged others to avoid this, location at all cost..

Horrible service by sales staff,sold car out from under me after I had appointment to come look at and had already taken the day off from work.horrible way to do business with new customers.buy frpm somewhere else where they have integrity.

HAD TO HAVE PICS DONE FOR INSURANCE. MY INSURANCE DID NOT RECEIVE THE PHOTO INSPECTION THAT WAS DONE IN EARLY JULY. MY HUSBAND CALLED TO INQUIRE ABOUT THIS. THE WOMAN WHO ANSWERED THE PHONE (THE SAME WOMAN WHO DID THE PICS.) WAS INCOMPETENT AND RUDE . SHE TOLD MY HUSBAND THEIR RECORDS ONLY WENT BACK TO AUGUST. REALLY? WHO ONLY KEEPS RECORDS FOR 2 MONTHS. FURTHERMORE .I WOULD NEVER SET FOOT IN THERE AGAIN
