The best auto mechanic shop I ve ever used. Nick and his staff are very professional and courteous. I can alway rely on them to give me an honest diagnosis and quote me a fair price. I have used this repair shop for over 20 years! Even though it's not always easy to get an appointment, Nick and his team will take care of your vehicle with fairness and integrity.Too bad I cannot take them with me when I move away from the Buffalo area.

Nick is a honest man,Outstanding customer service with the mechanics they are very friendly honest,fair,will recommend to you what you Honestly have to be fixed on your vehicle No head games No nonsense straight up Honest work,quality service. My family has been coming here for generations. It's so important to have a mechanic you can trust.Last month our battery died in the driveway leaving my son and his mom stuck. Nick drove over, jump started it, and drove it to the shop. Replaced the battery and brought it back. Really went above and beyond. I highly recommend!

We've been using Lumias as our mechanic for both of our vehicles for several years and have always received excellent service! Steve is great to work with and doesn't overcharge for every little thing. We found Steve through word of mouth from members of our Fire Department, and we couldn't be more thrilled to have an excellent local mechanic!

Just an overall great business.I took my car to Steve after another auto shop gave me an exorbitant estimate for my car. I was given an honest opinion at a significantly lower price. (A lot of things from the previous auto shop did not actually need service).If you do come here, it's kind of hard to see, especially at night. Just a heads up.

Steve is the type of mechanic you can take your grandmother to. He is very honest and fair, and you don't need to worry about unnecessary work to be done. I've had had him work on several vehicles over the years and have always been happy with his work.I once had an issue with a different mechanic who didn't actually fix my gas line problem. Steve showed me the problem and gave me the option to get the other guy to fix his mistake or he [Steve] would do it after trying to get the problem fixed with the original guy, Steve repaired it without a problem.

I have been a customer of Steve Lumia's auto & truck repair since he 1st opened up shop over 30 years ago. He's honest and trustworthy, always explains what's wrong, and does only the repairs that are needed. His pricing is fair and doesn't try to increase the cost to the customer by doing unnecessary work.I won't take my vehicles anywhere else.I also used to bring our company vehicles to him for service, and never had any problems.I highly recommend him and his entire staff for quality work at reasonable prices.This reviewer is also known as Wampo S.

Excellent!! Honest and thorough with items needing repair. Pricing competitive with other auto repair places, great communication and convenient hours. This is our "go to" auto repair shop for our cars and trucks.

Steve replaced the oil pan on my 4WD Jeep recently and did an excellent job. Friendly service and quick turnaround time. Highly recommend Steve Lumia's Auto!

No bull shop, if you don't want to get overpriced and have to fix things that aren't broken, you should come here. If any of my grandmother's were still alive I'd have sent them here. Best in The Business !

I needed a new fuel pump, that cost twice as much as the most expensive one I could find online. They preceded to fix it without asking me if i wanted the work done. I didn't even know what was wrong with the car until I walked in to pay the fee of over $500. I was robbed and refuse to ever go back. If no stars was an option, I would definitely have to given it to them.

Great place and great mechanics.They will listen to your concerns and give you a better price on work than any other shop around.They took me in after I told them a problem I h as d.Ive been coming here for around 15 yrs and wont go anywhere else.

Great place thats local and gives fair prices. The fact that they only recommended what needed to be fixed was a blessing! To many places like to fix that extra non existing problem to suck another buck out of you! Will continue to use there services for years to come!
