Amazing staff. They were so helpful when my sled broke down and over-compensated me. I felt like they were family. Craig in the service department made my day knowing there are still amazing angels managing business. Thank you Big Moose and Craig

This is one of the best places to do business with. Always there to do there very best to help you. I had a flat on my Rv a few yrs ago and they changed it and didn't charge for it. Two fork trucks later they changed it. Tip the guys and on my way again. Even on Sundays when all is closed. Thank you.

Jake in service is the best! We were in Old Forge for a week of snowmobiling and on the 2nd day had a problem with my Arctic Cat. Took it in and Jake said he would do his best to check it out by the afternoon. About 1/2 hr. later, he called to say that it was ready to go. Something minor and just need the bendix cleaned. Additionally, he said "no charge" as they hadn't needed any parts and only took a short time. So we left them with what I hope was a generous tip and a "thank-you" "thank-you". Never dreamed they would be so accommodating! I would recommend them to anyone and everyone.

Had a awesome season with my new artic cat snowmobile .Want to thank Phil and his team ,took my new team artic cat hat on vacation with us . To Jamaica posted a few pictures on their website again thank you .

Friendly store staff and well stocked showroom. Klim and FXR gear as well as Arctic Cat and Yamaha. They always have gas and oil, they even sell Advil when the trails are rough!

WHEN YOU NEED A ARCTIC CAT PART THAY WILL HAVE IT OR GET IT ASAP. FOR THE SERVICE DEP TODD IS GREAT TO IN AND OUT WHEN PARTS IN STOCK . PHIL WILL GIVE YOU THE BEST DEAL IN TOWN ON A ARCTIC CAT . THE BEST CLOTHING DEPARTMENT IN TOWN GREAT DEAL. IF SOME THINK GO WRONG THEY ARE RIGHT ON TOP OF IT. TO MAKE IT RIGHT.

I don't go here a lot because I don't travel here always. My friend took me. The shop is clean the workers are friendly. Its a great place to go if you are a snowmobile owner.

It's definitely the place to go when your in the market for an Arctic Cat or Yamaha snowmobile, plenty of clothing, boots, helmets and gloves, also well stock with parts and accessories.
