I always get my oil changed at the Valvoline on Vineyard Dr. Dunkirk, NY location. The staff is friendly and efficient. I am usually in and out of there in under 30 minutes, this visit was no different. I also got new wiper blades today.The location is convenient and the cost is very reasonable.

On of this best Valvoline I have been too (and you definitely can t say that about every location). They explain everything as you wish, and don t pressure you into a purchase. Staff is welcoming, informative, effective and fast!Gabby, was a wonderful help and took the time to answer any questions. Devin and Mike completed the work and allowed me to know what was going on each step of the way. Here , I know my car is in good hands.

My oil light came on during a quick 500 mile trip to the Fredonia area for a funeral. I know I've got an issue with my oil cooler, but I didn't have the time over the short weekend to repair it, so I figured I'd try a quick oil change to hopefully help the problem. These guys don't use the gravity/draining method, they have a suction device that pulls the oil out, and that likely helped because I believe my oil cooler might have some old oil gumming things up. Well, it worked! Drive home was great with no oil lights. Best of all, they squeezed me in a few minutes before closing. What a good group of guys!

I have been a customer for several years. They always do a great job. Suggest but never pressure for other service. Always friendly and make me feel wanted by their business. My RAV 4 now has 175,000 miles and runs great. Came by in July for an oil change and safely inspection, my inspection was refused because I wasn't due until August, tried in August and couldn't do it because of alternator problem finally in October I speak to the new manager who says come back after 2:00 and I'll get you in... He promised me excellent service from here on out I get there just before 2:00 and now it's first come first serve and I'm sitting waiting already 20 minutes with an empty bay. So first they refuse the service and then make me wait to make it right!

Michael did an inspection for me on 11/18/2023 and I was in and out! He was so polite and kind. 100000000/10 recommend going there and I will be back for all my car needs!

The guys were super nice, asked a couple questions about my belts and brakes and they answered them for me. Would definitely go back! Although it was $110 for a Normal change which was pretty expensive for me but I d rather have good customer service and pay a little extra.

Valvoline is the place I count on to make my life easier because they are FAST! I recommend them to everyone for oil changes and inspections. The staff is very kind and never pushy with additional services, though always providing suggestions when needed. To the people who say it s expensive, maybe it is a little more for an OC than your average shop, but where else can you be in and out in 15 minutes, without needing an appointment, able to show up on a whim because it s a good time for you? I don t know if anywhere else in the area.

So I ve been doing my own oil changes for the bast year on my own and it only cost $30.00 to get the full synthetic oil and filter that Valvoline uses but yet that charge over a hundred dollars per oil change. It also sucks that the owner doesn t care about his employees and he forces them to convince the customers to buy more products that they don t even need yet. Poor ownership has cost them some really good employees and it has cost them customers as well and will continue too. I will never step foot in any of the Valvolines that this owner owns. I ve gone to one in Florida and it was 1/2 the cost for an oil change than this one.Service: Oil change

I've been going there for 3 years. Every time I pull in there I get greeted personally. 100% attention of whatever attendant is taking care of my car. Small talk which makes it so much pleasant. I will continue to keep going back there they have the best staff that I have ever seen across the country. Highly recommended and the kids know their stuff. I will take my 2022 Dodge ram 2500 or my 2013 Chevy equinox they take care of all my cars.

Guys are very friendly and helpful only do simple things like tire rotations, oil, filters and checking your lights. They do take used oil if you need to dispose of it. And do everything while you are in your car!

This was the first time I've used this service and I am very happy with it overall. When I called to ask a few questions the day before I went the customer service rep was very informational and happy to answer all my questions and then gave me a coupon! I went to the Dunkirk, NY location The employees were very friendly and knowledgeable. The service was super fast and they don't try to push a bunch more sales on you. I will definitely be returning.

Quick service, in and out in under 15 minutes. Kinda pricy. $110 for a synthetic oil change. Check Groupon for a $30 off coupon.

Very fast! Went for an inspection but lost my key for the tires. Staff told me where to get a new one... got a new one, same day... got the inspection. Great team of people, very friendly and professional staff.

Went in there with my cousin's car they pointed out a few things that were wrong even though I knew how to fix them, they wouldn't pass an inspection. However the staff was awesome loved everybody there they work with me I fix the windshield wiper can replace the light bulb. They turned around re-inspected by car and then told me certain things about the state that I didn't know.Took my second car in there they found the problem is that I missed and told me they could fix it for like 30 bucks where I thought it'd be like 1,500. These people are awesome and I will continue to be there every time I need any service on all five of my vehicle

Little disappointed, got there at 930am, wanted a NYS inspection, was told to come back at 1030 when the full team was there. I can understand but your business times don't have these type of exclusions built into them, and I had to start work later than expected because of this.Other then that the, the tech who handled my service was kind, courteous and listened, also quick and efficient. Couldn't ask for more.

I stopped by here on a cross country road trip. This was a good experience with technicians that were attentive and did a good job. There recommendations were reasonable and they were spot on with the services my car did and didnt need at that time. I appreciated the friendly staff as well as the honest service. If I was in the area I would go here again.

Inspector and staff were very professional and friendly. Inspection was done in a timely manner and checked everything. Had to get some new windshield wipers, better that than a ticket. They had them on hand and were installed within a matter of minutes. Would recommend.

I came in here for an oil change, the technician told me I had a "crack in my radiator". I went out and bought a new radiator, settled in my shop with my tools and could not find a leak anywhere. I should have checked after I pulled out of the shop, but I assumed he would know what he was talking about. Your business probably should not scare people like that. So disappointing.

Stopped there for full synthetic oil change. My usual shop could not get me in. I asked to leave after being told it would be $110 for the oil change after tax.BTW $60 at my usual shop.

Mike the store manager was a tremendous help after my brother came through his shop in an emergency. He was driving across the country moving his family from Illinois to Vermont. His jeep was over heating and causing him issues. Mike and the mechanics at the shop got him in right away with no hassle. Topped off all his fluids, pumped his tires full of air, and changed a few filters. They didn't charge him a dime to do this. This day and age it is tough to find honest and dependable people. I highly recommend the guys at Valvoline for any of your needs! Thanks again Mike for helping my brother and his family in a tough stop. Greatly appreciated!

Great and quick for NYS inspections. Only issue is you call to see if there doing inspections on a given day and you think your talking to the store and your actually talking to corporate. They say yes we are and you go to the location and no they're not.

Just had a oil change. Great service friendly people. Not a bargain. But you get what you pay for. Thorough honest and a good job. Never have to get your butt off the seat. Can t get better than that.

First time I came here the manager on duty tried to lie to me and tell me that conventional oil doesn't work in my car. I called her out on it and have never had an issue since. The service is always fast and they are very helpful.

Tried to get my car inspected 12/30/17. Called in the day before to make sure they could do it today and they said they could. Got there at around 10a.m. and they told me I needed to get tired first before they would inspect my car so I did. Returned thier at noon and I was told that the inpector was on lunch and would not be there for an hour and half. Returned there again at 1:15 and waited 30 minutes before anyone acknowledged me just to tell me the inpection machine is down. I was never able to get my car inspected. I trusted these guys and they completemy let me down.

Super friendly manager. Staff forgot about our car even though we were sitting out front. Took over an hour for a 20 minute oil change. They were apologetic and knocked a few bucks off but wasted about 45 minutes here.

Edit: Manager reached out to me and explained everything. Was prompt and friendly. I was treated fairly and given a good deal thanks to Groupon.I do in fact recommend VIOC for an oil change.
