I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the outstanding service provided by JJ Towing, and I cannot express enough how grateful I am for their professionalism, expertise, and genuine care for their customers. My journey started in Las Vegas, where I was retrieving my truck, and it took me through a series of unfortunate events. A fuel line broke while passing through Texas, and due to negligence in the repair there, the same exact issue occurred again in Dunkirk, NY. It was an incredibly frustrating and stressful situation, but JJ Towing turned it into a positive experience.My truck was in dire need of attention, and I was fortunate enough to have Steve, one of their skilled mechanics, work on it. Steve did a phenomenal job, and his expertise was evident in the quality of his work. What truly stood out, though, was the interaction I had with Joe, the owner of JJ Towing. Joe is not only a seasoned professional but also an incredibly honest and friendly individual. Meeting someone like him in the towing and repair industry is truly refreshing.When your vehicle breaks down on the interstate, you often feel vulnerable and at the mercy of the repair shop. However, JJ Towing restored my faith in the industry. Not only did they provide exceptional service, but they also proved to be fair and reasonable when it came to the bill. Trust me when I say that if I were a local resident, I would entrust them with all of my trucks without hesitation.

JJ towing will be my first call here on out. I'm working away from home living a hotel outside of Jamestown New york. I called 10-12 different tow companies in the area and they were the only ones available. Very professional family owned company.

Great service, good communication, fair pricing is only a few things to compliment here. In addition to road side service after hours nursing our Freightliner w/ trailer back to his shop Joe was efficient is getting needed parts quickly and getting our driver back on the road. I appreciate having a company I can count on even if it s a question I m unsure of, they have always been there to help. As the Owner of Hadley Trucking, we will always use JJ s as our #1 go too. They re the best. Was stranded with battery issues for my semi. Called roadside, which usually takes around 3 hours. JJ towing service made it here in an hour. Not only did a great job, but was quick (in and out). These guys don t play and they mean business. Great and Reliable Company.We had an air-leak on one of our 18-Wheeler Tractors. I found JJ's Towing online and we are so very pleased. Staff was very pleasant and professional. He called me back within 5 minutes as he said and was able to get a technician to my truck within 30 minutes. He saved the day and made it painless experience. Great pricing as well. Joe was great from JJ s. He was able to help us out after blowing two tires on I-90, he also gave us some valuable information on whether or not we would be able to carry on with the rest of the trip. Have used JJ's a number of times for heavy truck service both in shop and on road. Excellent people to work with. Fast, efficient, and friendly. Skilled mechanics that definitely know what they are doing. Will continue to use them in the future without hesitation. Wish I could give them 6 stars.

Small mom and pop business, very friendly, showed up in the time frame they said to tow me, was as quick as they could be with waiting on parts, dropped me off and picked me up from a hotel, after my truck was done and paid for it wasn t building air like it should so he went to work on fixing that issue. I can say I am extremely happy with the work and people here! Thanks for everything!

They are liar. My driver stuck there in Angola,NY. They Told us they charge $375 per hour when we called the for tow but When they got the job done they bill us $470 per hour and also charge 2 hours extra. Won t recommend them
