Go-to place for low-priced tools and equipment. The store was clean and organized and the staff was friendly. Their products are not the highest quality, but sometimes your budget is limited, or you only need a tool to last a few jobs. Great place so long as you understand that.

Thenne that has read my previous reviews will know of the special project I've decided to begin that started with a few measurements and has since progressed nicely right into the actual buying of materials phase. I used to enjoy this part of my random projects but trial and error has made obtaining materials way too expensive this time around even with my Indecisive Phase discount taken into account and the appropriate adjustments made.Then it happened-I walked into the local Harbor Freight store located on Vineyard Drive in Dunkirk. There isn't a store of this type that can go price for price with Harbor Freight. And while I could easily say "the customer service was great", it wouldn't begin to describe the woman on register the evening I was wandering this store. We weren't the only patrons in the store at the time but it seemed as if it were supposed to feel just like that-and it really did thanks to the quality of customer service I received. I even felt comfortable enough for the short amount of time we were in HF that it felt perfectly normal for me to ask the cashier if perhaps she'd be willing to sell me one certain pegboard that was being used as a backboard for one of the displays since she didn't have any available for sale right then. This pegboard had a design resembling grass which would've been ideal for my project. She said she couldn't sell me things that actually M's made up the store but that I was perfectly welcome to go dumpster diving out back worry-free.And though I didn't find everything I wrote on my list of materials I needed and that impulse shopping made up the majority of the things I did buy, I never even flinched when the cashier told me my total. Oh, of course I knew all about Harbor Freight's low prices, everybody does. But until it's actually you that is opening your wallet and handing over your card or cash, one can only imagine how much relief is felt from your head to your toes just knowing you couldn't have gotten better deals anywhere else.After I left HF, I returned to two stores I'd visited earlier to return some items that I was able to get at HF for a fraction of the cost..I don't think anyone should go strictly forward using what I've written here as the law. They would be best served if they ran a comparison test of their own using Harbor Freight and any other discount store. I stand by my opinion and rate this store the highest score possible.

Great location! Awesome staff ! Sweet kind and genuine!! Great products!! Never ever had a issue at this location! I would definitely recommend this location. Due to the staff being so good and understanding and sweet ! No judgment zone. !! Won't talk down to you or act funny if you don't know exactly what you need or want. They will talk to you until you figure out what exactly you need or is needed !!

I will never buy these junk tools again. They are NOT lifetime warranty and some of the tools you have to hold the receipt for the life of the tools. Manager had a snarky little attitude after I just spent 2k in tools in a week with these guys. Go to Lowe s and buy craftsman with a lifetime warranty. This place is a joke

Really like this place. Tools are pretty decent quality as long as you aren't trying to break them purposely or expecting them to last forever. Keep in mind you get what you pay for so maybe the cheapest set they sell might not be the set you should buy.

Stopped to pick up some tools. Employees were very helpful. They directed me to what I was looking for. Checkout was quick. I had a couple heavy items they brought them out to the parking lot and loaded them into my vehicle. Some of their tools I would not recommend, but you get what you pay for. I would go back for certain items when they go on sale

Well I guess customers service goes out the window when an employee has personal issues with someone so they re polite but they hangs up on them. Is sad when you are making a phone call for a disabled person and hearing impaired as well to have one of their employees hang up on you because they have personal issues with you. I will say she was polite when speaking with me but she put me on hold and then hung up the phone on me. I let the elderly gentleman that I take care of know what happened and now he said he ll be taking his business elsewhere for now on too. I stopped shopping there because of her. Her initials are V.P

when i asked a associate where a item was, he grunted and took me there and said there that has to be them and took off. He wasn't pleasant at all . Asked th cashier about the othrer item and said i don't know.

Great place for the do it your selfer. Any tool u could think of. And they have very cheap stuff and also better quality stuff. So u can choose of your on a budget to get a cheap tool or if u need something durable and that will get used alot they have a better quality line also. Prices are great.

Love this store. They are cheap tools, but the have them all. So if ever your in a bind and there is an automotive or any other kind of tool that you may need most likely you can find it there.

I always find exactly what I m looking for at harbor freight. Their prices, especially with their coupons, can t be beat. The quality is the one aspect that is questionable.Some products are on par with what you d buy from Home Depot or Lowe s, some is complete garbage. Always be sure to look for reviews online and at YouTube videos to make sure it s a good product or one that you can alter slightly to make it excellent.I bought harbor freight s dual action polisher. Ran like garbage and was obnoxiously loud. I looked up a YouTube video of how to fix it. I repacked the gears with synthetic grease, the thing works amazingly well.

The place is very shady to me. There are always different employees when you go. Seems like they can't keep them. Quality products you can find are across the street at HD. You truly get what you pay for

Purchased the 36 LED Solar security Light #69644. After awhile the light didn't work so i took it down and water came out of it from the rain. Dried it and sealed around the glass and put it back up. Worked for awhile and the same thing happened, more water. So I sealed the outside case and put it back up. Doesn't work at all.

Lifetime warranty parts and tools for a quarter of the price of the bigger stores and tool brands and great customer service. Highly recommend!

Typical cheap tools if you need something quick. Haven't had any problems with tools I have bought there
