Best place around, Matt and Nate are awesome people! I don t know what to say, except, they worked on my car at the end of their day on a Friday, and repaired my tire, staying overtime for me, love them Tire was fixed and I was on my way. Then, We talked and they fixed everything that needed fixing. It was ALOT too! Thank you Chautauqua Auto for your kindness and working with me. You guys are THEE BEST!!! Work is awesome and they get it done asap.

So I purchased tires through the Walmart app. I made an appointment here to have them mounted and balanced. They begin to do the job and my tires are 16s not 17s like needed. The app showed they "fit my car" so I didnt think twice. (I shouldve checked 1st) Beverly took me and my tires, helped carry them and spoke with me to an associate about the issue. We ended up with only 2 in stock and she continued to carry my items and drove us back. (Mind you Ive never been there before nor did I know her.) They went above & beyond without me asking for help. Needless to say they have a new customer. Thank You for all the help today.

Brought my car to these scum bags and they took my brand new caliber off my car and replaced with bad ones I would not suggest taking no car here cause they well take yah parts off ur car and replace it with bad ones this car lot should not even be open they give out fake inspection nothing is buy the books and they suck

Very small dirty shop, mechanics are moderately knowledgeable at most, don't go for inspection, he will fail your car even if it is perfect, and argue about what he failed it for, even if u can prove it's acceptable for inspection. Very very slow also. But the work does get done and usually is good

Your vehicle will sit there for weeks untouched, you'll be told it will be done one day and then the excuses will start coming in. The worst garage I have ever taken a vehicle to.
