Terry is the most honest person to deal with in regards to boats, Still lawn equipment, and repairs. His challenge is finding help as he has so many loyal customers. AND he has the most fair prices of anyone. Trustworthy always.

DO NOT GO HERE. I was given a chainsaw without an instruction manual, different than what I ordered online, and then chewed out by the owner because I gave him a honest review that he never answers the phone. He also still to this day never given me $100 worth of equipment. I feel sorry for Terry and pray for him everyday, but please do not go here to do business until things change. If STIHL automatically places you here, please change it.

Tried To Call To Make An Appointment For A Chainsaw Tune Up, No One Ever Answers The Calls. Tried Stopping Down (Late Afternoon) Multiple Times, No One Was There. After Reading The Other Reviews On His Page, I Know I Won't Be Back. Surprised He's Still A STIHL Dealer. Hope He Can Turn This Business Around While He Still Has It.

After 2.5 weeks for a 1 week job (saw tune up and chain sharpening) I asked to pick up my saw. I received an apology and was told it would be ready that afternoon. Great! I arrived and it wasn't ready. He said only the chains needed to be sharpened. A few minutes later I hear my chainsaw running outside on and off for a couple minutes. Then, the sharpening began. Ha- next time just be honest because now I can't trust the shop.

Me and my family have used this business on and off for over 40 years when needed and last year had a very bad experience with this business owner that changed my boat service provider. All I did was I try to find out the status of my boat as he had it for a while and the worker there gave me an expected date of completion. I called over 50 times at different times of the day and week hoping someone would answer the phone to just give me an update. He uses caller ID and he never answered my calls so I went in person to see if he was there and check on the status of my boat and he came over yelling for no reason because he was busy, needed to retire,had a lot of business and he was carrying on to the point we got out boat and took it elsewhere. I don t deserve that kind of treatment for asking a simple polite question. Mind you I never expressed being upset in words or body language, I was just asking him about the status of the repair. I would never take anything back to him again.

I have several options to choose from to purchase and service equipment for my 16 acre palace of yard pain. Terry's wins my business and has given me help to make my yard work easier. I am going up to look at some Toro Zero turns and get a free demo. Then I will know what zero turn will do my cutting. Comparing Grasshopper vs Toro at my house.If you are in a hurry this is not for you. If you like honesty and decency then they will be your cup of tea.

Great ppl. Kenneth Wheeler needs to understand that tech questions are never going to be answered with detail from a service professionals. If you can't afford the shop time don't try to waste a techs time talking. Simple as that.

Terrible people skills, any time i go down for work to be done or questions about my machines he just blows me off....... always "too busy". horrible people skills. wouldnt recommend this one to anyone.

Took a boat in in May..Called August..yeah yeah yeah..Nov..nothing dont..Dont take on work if you dont want/need it, cant do it or are just too unorganized to complete it. I would have taken it to some place that works on boats..

He has had my forewheeler for 7 months now called 3 months ago and asked when it would be done and he said 2 weeks and it is still not done 4 months later terrible terrible service
