I was a loyal customer for the last couple years and never had an issue with them until this week. Took my car in for an exhaust issue. Nancy told me they d repair the flange. Got it back later that day and realized I paid almost $200 for a total hack job. Talked to Nancy the next day and brought my car back in seeing if we could work something out because I was not gonna pay $200 for that. Nancy and her mechanic got nasty with me almost immediately about it after I told them it was a lazy repair. Saying things like well most people don t look under their cars and well is it quiet? The amount of pride they took in their hackjob repair was insane. Thankfully they gave me a full refund, but I will not be coming back for anything else ever, to say the least.

This establishment was SUPER fast doing the maintenance on my Enterprise fleet vehicle, and ZERO hassle when it came to the paperwork. A+++ experience, I highly recommend them.

Was in an accident two and a half months ago. Passenger side rear. Suspension had to be rebuilt. CarStar and Weilands had my car the entire time. My car was perfectly fine before the accident. No issues. So I go to finally pick up my car to the exhaust being incredibly loud and there was knocking on the front end. I was told the insurance company would not cover it. No evidence of course. I pick my car up a second time. Asked for an estimate on the exhaust repair. Was told that they have to run a diagnostic on it. To see and hear that there was a hole?? The woman I dealt with said that it s normally $100 but that she would see if they would do it for her as a courtesy. Took my car to my mechanic same day. Had my exhaust fixed. When it came to the knocking my mechanic asked where my car was repaired after the accident. I told him. I was told countless times by them that nothing on the front end of my vehicle was touched. I was then informed by my mechanic that ALL of the bolts holding my engine cradle were loose to the point that if I d driven much more I could have had a serious situation on my hands. Also that there are marked used parts on the front end. I m still curious as to what the hell happened if there was no reason to touch ANY of that. Maybe to get more money for repairs? Take parts? I have never gotten the run around like I got from this place as my family and I have been customers for years.I will never go back. My car was brand new when I got it. So where did the used parts come from?? Stay away from this place. I NEVER leave reviews but I felt compelled to do so after reading another review with similar issues.I will never return to either of these shops again.

Wieland Automotive has been our "go to" shop for vehicle repairs for over 18 years. The 'shop' is HONEST, RELIABLE, and their maintenance TECHS are of the highest quality.We've gone to Wieland for regular maintenance (oil changes), to diagnostics, inspections, brakes - you name it. Over that length of time, IF there was ever a problem WIELAND's made it RIGHT.Wieland's has ALWAYS backed their work - most of all, the Wieland TECHS have ALWAYS given us HONEST feedback on the repairs needed and/or the overall condition of our vehicles.Nancy has ensured we get the best price possible for QUALITY replacement parts - and over all of those years she has always gone the EXTRA MILE to help us with our family vehicle needs.We've trusted Wieland's with over 8 cars over those 18+ years. Now my ADULT children use Wieland for needed vehicle repairs, and to REFILL their PROPANE tanks.Speaking of propane tanks - Small propane tank are engineered to hold 4.2 gallons of propane - SOME "exchange" places will swap out your propane tank, if you WEIGH them, you may find out that they SHORT FILL (to about 4.0 gal of propane) the tank you are getting. WIELAND's has NEVER short filled ANY of our propane tanks - I always check the weight. More PROOF you can trust this shop.

Stopped in this morning for a NYS inspection only to find the quick lube section closed. The customer door was open so I went into ask if they could do an inspection. I was told yes, if we have a bay available. I was in and out in less than an hour. Thank you and I will be back for all my automotive needs.

Told them what needed to be done the didn t take notes. They ran a unneeded diagnostic to find out what need to be done was what I said( charged me for their incompetence). After 3 days of waiting for a couple hour repair took the vehicle back to find out they didn t fix what was said. Also lost bolts to my door and never replaced. Had to go back for a third time to get the bolt replaced from the first time taking it there. Was a loyal customer for years and multiple vehicles. But this was a giant grade ache and cost me more in time and missed work. Will not go back.Service: General repairs & maintenance

They're Straight Shooters I got bad news from them and I still love the service I had. I fancy if you have a problem with anyone at this shop it's because you were being rude to them first they are perfectly delightful people. And I will be returning special shout out to Lucy, Joanne and Mike. They're phenomenal people that treated me with respect and kindness.

Great mom and pop type service station. Have had all my oil changes, inspections and service done there for years now. Highly recommend the friendly staff there!

Wow- An awesome place- I came in for an inspection and was greeted pleasantly with a "no problem-get right on it- just pull the car around to the doors " attitude. I was wrong not getting the front desk girls name-but she was really a fantastic worker as others came in while I waited and she handled each with ease , calmness and personality. The inspection was prompt and the technician also pleasant to speak with. Again-names! But I am new to the area and have found a "go to" service station that I know I can trust. I also saw their list of prices for certain jobs and they looked more than reasonable. Plus they got the King all over the place! "Thank you very much". Yep I will be back.

Wieland Automotive has really helpful and courteous staff. Don't hesitate to go there for help with all your automotive needs. They've never made me feel stupid or uncomfortable! Not to mention, extremely affordable compared to dealerships. Highly recommended!

The service is impeccable. Sue and Nancy were awesome. Joel and Dan treated us with respect. The environment was pleasing and the costs associated with the work were on par. I have since referred people to this location. I will return...even of to just say Hi!

I've been coming back to Wieland's for over 15 years for oil changes, inspections, and the occasional repair that I can't handle in my own garage. They've always been honest, reliable, and economical. The owner is always on site and is a great guy to talk to. And Nancy provides exceptional customer service!

I've been going here for oil changes, inspections, maintenance & repairs since I first got a car. They're always honest and up front about anything car related that you might need. I have never once had a problem doing business with them! My father, mother & brother have all been going here for years, all without a single complaint. I would recommend them to anyone. Honesty & integrity are a rare thing to find in an auto repair business these days but when it comes to Wieland Automotive. I trust them!

They should fix boats because you are going to spend another thousand. Over priced and they like to do things their way.just like the other google review stated! Also they go out their way to make sure they can get more work out of your vehicle at your expence,and you are going to pay.i wonder if they play with IRS like the google reviews and peoples vehicles.

Used the Quick Lube this morning. Excellent experience! Quick and very polite service technician! I love Wieland for all my vehicle repairs and maintenance, but now I'll be sure to use the Quick Lube too!

Started coming here years ago on the recommendation of a coworker after I mentioned all the work the repair shop I was using at the time said I needed.Came to wieland and they gave me what I needed not what the other shop thought that it should have done.Great place for repairs and never had any problems. If it needs repair they give you the price ahead of time, they do the repairs and you are on your way.They also do oil changes which is separate from the repair shop so so just pull in without an appointment.Always a friendly greeting by everyone who works there.With free Wi-Fi and coffee you can't go wrong.Have been recommending to anyone looking for a good auto repair shop just as it was recommended to me years ago.

I need an inspection and I was able to walk in on a Monday morning. It took about 40mins total waiting time. Friendly and quick service. They have a decent waiting area. No WiFi. The bathroom are really clean and elaborated. I didn t service my car, just inspection.

I live about an hour away and was dropping someone off at the airport when my car started to overheat. Luckily, I was right near Wieland Automotive. They were able to quickly look at my car and give me a temporary fix, so I was able to get home safely. Very thankful they took the time to take care of my car and understood the situation. Wieland's is professional, courteous, and honest. Thank you!

Best place to get your car fixed by far. Super fast, never beyond what you'd think the cost would be, always pleasant and no b.s.! I only take my car here, to genuine people. 10/10

After I bought my car there, I made the decision to go there every time I needed an inspection or to get my car checked out. They have great customer service! They come in the waiting room and tell you everything that's wrong with the car! I always suggest this place to all my friends! 5 stars!

Went to this shop 5/29/18 to get my vehicle inspected and when the mechanic pulled my car into the shop he hit the bumper of our car on the lift. He then decided to try and fix it and didn't therefore I have a huge gap were my bumper was detached from the fender. He also scratch the bottom of our bumper and they sent us to the shop next store to get it buffed out. The women at the desk was very nasty when I told her I wanted to stand and watch my car because he ruined our bumper she said I could watch from the window and that I could see just fine from there. Needless to say my car didn't pass inspection and I was still charged after they damaged my car. I will never be back to this shop and wouldn't recommend it to anyone!
