Excellent service. I drove in from out of state to visit family and had issues with my vehicle on the way in. Walczak's took care of my father's vehicles in the past, and he took great care of mine today. I can drive back to Florida safely later this week thanks to the quality service from Dennis and his crew. Thanks

Always there, even last minute, to take a look at my car. They're the only place to provide doggy therapy while you wait! Highly recommended.

Well if you know Mr. W, All is good because he dont pull no punches..he wants you happy the same way you do. And with the top techs he has is well over 100 yrs. Of experience between them. You gotta try them out.. TOP NOTCH service!!

Called for inspection guy was kinda rude idk if he had a bad day but he was insisting I leave my car and pick it up next day and I told him I couldn't do that so I'd just find another place and he was said something like I don't understand what the problem is just drop your car off and we'll get to it when we get to it. And I told him I was going out of town I couldn't leave my car for a unspecified amount of time especially if it's over a day 2 days, he responded that it wouldn't be in the shop for more then 2 days unless something wrong was found with the car so I should just come and drop it off so they can see what's wrong with it. I went to Valvoline and they did it in less than 2 hours

They never told me my car wasn t able to be fixed, leading me to keep my car at their shop for days, waiting to hear back. I have some things left in my totaled car that they WONT GIVE BACK TO ME. I ve been waiting for weeks.

I am new to the area and working from home so when I am finished with work they would be close. They drive my vehicle to my home of no cost to me. When they inspect my vehicle they did not fix any thing until they spoke to me first.

For a mechanic shop it's amazingly clean. The confidence and friendliness instilled by the front desk assured me my vehicle was in good hands. I had an expensive repair on an older car (05 Pontiac Grand Prix) and they made sure I wanted it done because the repairs cost more than the car was worth. The only down side was my HVAC didn't work when I got my vehicle back. This is the only mechanic I'll go to from now on.

Quick hassle free service, had my inspection in and out, good friendly service. I called ahead and spoke to someone who forgot to put my inspection in the computer whoops, when i got there unexpectedly i was still treated with respect and courtesy. The inspection was evem done quicker then i thought so i made it to work early, thanks guys

Was recommended by AAA and that we would get discounts as well for being AAA members. The employee was rude, they put in a refurbished part when a brand new one is only $15 more. When asked about it on the phone was yelling and unprofessional saying he could of charged me more but still did not give any discount that was talked about. I will make sure that the terrible customer service that they provide will not go unnoticed.

After coming here for a second opinion, These guys were very honest.Unlike another shop I left that quoted me $1685 and told me I needed a headgasket. I. Came to walczak's where they told me what was really wrong with my car I picked my car up the same day with a bill of less than $300! If not for their honesty I would have junked my car.

They picked up my car from an accident, they were quick, we had access to the car to clean it out, they delivered it to the repair shop and all with a friendly and helpful demeanor. Great guys.

My muffler was getting loud. I took my vehicle here to get it checked out. The staff was very friendly and fast. Got my car up on the lift and showed me why my muffler was so loud. It had a huge hole in it and near the catalytic converter. They gave me estimates on the parts and the labor. I never felt pressured to have any work done here without looking elsewhere.

Very dissatisfied with the treatment by the business in general. Been a mechanic for 20 + yrs.. brought vehicle to the business for repair. Was told fuel tank would cost $1500. And that the sending unit and fuel pressure sensor would need to be replaced on the fuel tank that was never even removed for inspection of these parts and told they needed to be replaced when they were in perfect working order. The tank itself was $200.00 and was all that needed replacement. Was almost intarigated that my truck was a plow truck and.."don't I need it to plow with" in an almost intimidating mannor to try and strong arm me out of $1500.00 for an, at most...maybe $500.00 repair???... Stay away from the business. The whole transit Rd. Stretch in depew is full of grimey thief's..beware

If I can give them 0 stars I would. My 71 year old mother just had a crankshaft sensor put in for a 04 Sonata. Charged her 101.00 for apart I can get for $48.00 so they can get it even cheaper, it was 359.00 total. The part is now bad, her car doesn't run, She called Walczak's this morning and they can't fit her in for a week, her car is not running, she works at a nursing home where people depend on her and they have the nerve to tell her she will be charged $99.00 for a diagnostics test? Which she already got from advanced auto and Orange dog garage telling her to take it back to these people since the part is under warranty. Make this right and fix the part at no charge so we can all be on our way. I'll wait for a reply.

Stay way from this placeI went for state inspection and they gave me estimate of 1200 and ask to change shocker etc then I went to Honda dealership and they said car has no problems except 2 control rods worth $50

It took them 5 days and still didnt give me an estimate . left standing water inside my car for 5 days . horrible service never go or recommend to anyone ever
