*Had to come back and edit my review . I didn't want to do this because they were very nice. But I cant look past what I've dealt with since having them service my bike. Brought my bike in to get the wiring set up and a suspension kit completed and looked over. I wanted to make sure this bike would be safe for me to drive. I was so excited to drive it. Picked up my bike drove it home. By the time I got home none of the lights worked. Next day, bike wouldn't turn on at all. Brought it back to get serviced, paid even more money. Picked it up only to have the same issue happen next time I tried riding it. Except this time in addition my battery terminal had melted. Had a friend fix what kustom works electrician couldn't and I was finally ready to enjoy my ride. First day driving it to work, the bolt holding the swingarm comes off. I'm going 30mph while my rear tire is wobbling and hanging on for dear life underneath me. I lost control, and took a fall. Damaged the bike, damaged my leg and missed work.Thank you Kustom Workz. All around Phenominal service . I had a project bike that I could not complete on my own. This was thee only shop around willing to help me out . The bike turned out amazing . Pricing was very reasonable , and service was relatively quick given the amount of work it needed . I highly highly recommend going here if you need your bike serviced . I can't thank Don and his team enough for the help.

Just got back from Kustom Workz with 2023 Scram in tow. I researched and test rode the Scram while in California. The dealer in Cali did not have the color scheme I was looking for....called KW and put a deposit down while in Cali. Transaction was seamless and super easy!! Don was fantastic to deal with. Easy going knowledgeable. Also very giving when it comes to the "extras"))) I would not hesitate to do business with these guys again!!! Thanks Don!!! Actually got a short ride in before the sun set.

Great group of knowledgeable gentlemen at this shop; took care of my Himalayan super fast, fixing my stalling issue and getting my brakes done under recall in a days time. Always a pleasure stopping in to talk, fondle the bikes, and shoot the breeze. Very reasonable pricing as well if you need a break from wrenching on your bike.

Went to my first "kickstands and coffee" motorcycle event here today. Lots of fun just talking motorcycles for hours with new people who all have a love of motorcycles in common. And lots of cool bikes to see. Looking forward to coming back next year for more of these Saturday morning rallies.

Had an absolutely wonderful time buying a new motorcycle from them. They were welcoming from the start. If you are interested in motorcycles, but afraid you won't fit in or the "motorcycle people" will reject you then this is the place to start. They care about everone who walks through their doors and treat you like one of their friends from the start!

What a pleasant buying experience. Pricing on point and great guys to do business with today. Don was very helpful and responsive to requests for information and expedient with providing a quote. We bought the Royal Enfield 2022 Meteor 360 in yellow. Being a novice I was immediately at ease after practicing for half an hour at the nearby school. We ended up putting over a 100 miles on by the end of the day. Very approachable bike that is sure to make even the most loyal of Harley owners smile ear to ear! Great bang for your buck. Even found a little tool kit stored in the side compartment! Lots of thoughtful details and just enough tech. This bike will stay in our collection for years to come. I highly recommend this brand and the shop!

RE Buffalo (aka Kustom Workz) is the only place i take my Himalayan. From Don out front to the crew in back, they re just a different kind of shop. I live basically equal distance from RE Pittsburgh and the one in Cleveland. I ll gladly drive further to get to these guys in Buffalo. Highly recommend.

The only Royal Enfield exclusive dealer in the state (so far). Good selection, and the transaction was smooth. They don't gouge for freight and set-up as other dealers seem to be doing these days, either. On the downside, they took a full week to perform a fairly simple service on the bike. That would have been ok, but when I called after a few days, they gave me a "don't call us, we'll call you" line. Good experience overall, the new Royal Enfields are superb motorcycles, but the staff needs to improve on their communication skills and maybe hire another guy to work in the shop.

Absolutely wonderful experience at Kustom Workz! Don and Jensen were very knowledgeable about the Royal Enfield models and Royal Enfield history. I was allowed to test drive a Himalayan and an Interceptor 650. I was very impressed with the ride and build quality of all of all the Royal Enfields that I test drove and looked at. It was very interesting for me to see accessories such as the Royal Enfield crash bars, the Givi three point attachment crash bars, the Royal Enfield handguards (very nice), and even a Corbin aftermarket seat for the Himalayan; although, I found the Himalayan seat to be great. It was really nice to be able to see all of the Himalayan colors first hand. Kustom Workz had a very large inventory of Royal Enfields on the day my daughter and I visited. The Pine Green Himalayan looks amazing in person, as do all the other colors. My daughter, a new rider, fell in love with the Meteor 350. Again, I was amazed with the fit and finish. As Jay Leno, an owner of numerous Royal Enfields says, they are great bikes and a great value as they are priced very affordably. The fact that Royal Enfield backs them up with a 3-year unlimited mileage warranty really speaks to the trust they have in the product they are making. Don informed me that should any warranty work need to be done, it can be performed at any motorcycle dealership. I was present for the delivery of a Himalayan and an Interceptor 650 while I was at Kustom Workz. Both new owners, experienced riders that had owned numerous bikes previously, seemed super happy with their new bikes! I was particularly happy with Don and Jensen accommodating my daughter while I test rode bikes! They really went out of their way to provide her with momentos of her visit such as t-shirts, a hat, and delicious coffee along with a lot of very practical new rider advice. Again, it was a really enjoyable visit, and my daughter and I will definitely return as I get closer to deciding on the Himalayan plus accessories I wish to purchase.8-10-23 Update: I purchased a Pine Green 2022 Himalayan in March. Love the bike! I've even come to love the exhaust system. That was the one "weak" point in my eyes when assessing the purchase. I find the bike has plenty of power. If at some point down the road I decide to "upgrade" the exhaust, Delkevic provides a complete de-catted stainless steel DIY system for under $300. Right now, I am very much enjoying the quiet stealth that takes me in and out of offroad sites before anyone knows I've been there! Don, Jensen, Nick, and another tech at the dealership whose name I don't know yet have been great to work with and are VERY knowledgeable about Royal Enfield and RE bikes. I had them do the 300-mile service as I felt the idle and/or throttle position sensor needed adjustment. The valves were within spec, but they did increase the idle by approximately 200 rpms, reflashed the ECU, and put in the recommended Motul 15w-40 synthetic oil. The bike woke up like crazy as a result! Very torquey and idles smoothly! I have made some minor adjustments to lever, mirror, shifter, etc positions, and added a mesh cover to the seat pads to allow for easier movement in the saddle. The bottom line is that I am VERY happy with the Himalayan and with Kustom Works Royal Enfield of Buffalo and will happily continue to give them as much business as I can! The Himi and the dealership are great, IMO!

Very good customer service. I felt no pressure to purchase anything.I had a tire wear down to the cords earlier this week. They were able to get a replacement tire and install within 2 days! Given the problems with supplies recently, this was impressive.

First rate service across the board. I purchased a 2020 RE Continental GT from Kustom Workz. Don was fantastic to work with. He took care of everything for me ahead of time. With a 5 hour drive just to get there, it was nice having all parts of the sale attended to quickly. They had my new bike loaded and heading home in no time at all. I couldn't ask for a better dealership to do business with. I've found my new home for everything RE.

I purchased a Royal Enfield Meteor today and I was extremely happy with the whole experience from start to finish. They staff was knowledgeable and friendly, and they made me feel comfortable as a new rider. They are clearly excited about bikes and helping people find the right fit. I highly recommend them for any purchases or services!

Great if you want to buy a motorcycle, not so great if you are trying to get your motorcycle serviced at a reasonable cost.Brought my brand new motorcycle that I had purchased a week prior back for its first service interval of 300 miles. $510 after tax. They charged me 4 hours labor at $95/hr , oil filter $12.50, and $75 for the oil. All the bike needed was to change the oil and check the valve clearance. The only reason I went and had them do it was because I wanted a service record in case a future warranty claim had to be made. I could have done it all in my driveway by myself in about 2 hours. Best part was when the guy at the counter said that I was the second of this model bike to have this service done, so that's why it took so long. I shouldn't have to pay for the mechanic to learn on my bike. I should be billed for how long the service is supposed to take, not how long it actually takes. Any decent mechanic shop charges for how long the job is supposed to take, not just a number they pull out their behind. I did some searching and the service I had done to my bike should have been in the 300-350 range max, not 510.I also thought it was unprofessional to not give me a quote for how much the service was supposed to take before it was done, and they should be more upfront with their customers about how much they will have to pay before being hit with a surprise bill at the end.Thank You Kustom Workz for price gouging me.2 stars because the sales guys were very polite and helpful with all of my concerns and the bike was returned in good condition.

Update: Always great customer service. I keep coming back.Original: Came in looking for a Royal Enfield Classic 500, was surprised to find not just one but 4 different colors of the exact bike I was looking for. Scott gave me an awesome deal on the demo model, a Desert Storm edition, which was hands down my favorite. They made everything go smoothly, and were very professional. Financing was super easy and transparent. I will definitely return for all my service and any future bikes.

I am not exaggerating when I say this place doesn t even deserve one star. The experience I had today was unbelievable. I went in with cash in hand to look at a bike I d seen on their website. The site recommended calling to schedule a test drive, but when I did, the person on the phone seemed confused about why I was calling ahead and said to just come on in. I drove an hour to get here, to walk into the showroom and not even get so much as a greeting upon walking in. There was a younger girl working, and we asked who to talk to if we want more information on a bike outside. The girl told us there isn t any information available?? We were confused and she literally said that they were bought at an auction, there s no information on them. What? She very clearly couldn t care less about customer service, and there was no one else working in the showroom. In her words, it s literally only me, which she clearly was unhappy about. We asked to test drive the bike, and she gave us the keys, put a plate on it and walked away. I m not joking! It was dumbfounding. While my boyfriend drove the bike, I went back inside and asked the girl if the owner of the shop would be around anytime soon and she sighed, telling me that he won t be around this week or next week either. When I asked about financing, she told me some strange information about how the third party the shop uses has horrible rates so she suggests getting a loan from our bank. My boyfriend came back from the test drive and she asked zero questions about his experience. We put the keys on the counter and left. Extremely disappointed because we planned on driving the bike home today and would ve if it weren t for this horrendous experience. To be clear, there weren t any other customers in the show room or on the phone while we were there. Just an absolute disregard for customer service. I highly recommend you go somewhere other than this terribly run place don t waste your time!

It's been a month they have had my harley now, everytime I call they are "putting it together"(was told this 3 times atleast). Until the last time I spoke with the company I was told by the owner I believe... He personally was going to pick up my part and I'll get a call back tomorrow... or so I was told. Before this I've asked them if they're having problems and they told me nothing keeping it short saying I'll get all the details when I come pick the motorcycle up. I understand shops get busy, parts are on back order, and not everything is an Ez fix". Too my knowledge it was the regulator and or stator that needed to be replaced as the battery was not charging during run time. The strings of frustration come from being told 3 separate week's the motorcycle is being finished and they will call me tomorrow now with 1/6 actual call backs it didn't happen. After calling again then being told they are go to get the part had me question the honesty of the people ones told me it was just about finished 3 times over. I was also told the mechanic had it together at one point and to take it back apart because of a gasket (things happen thank you for letting me know whats going on) yet a week later I asked what was going on with the bike I was put on hold for them to eventually tell me they have no answers. No exaggeration I dropped it off on the 20th of July and still have no answers the 20th of August for a less then 4 hour job at max. I had and appointment at harley 15 days ago (aug 5) had i skipped going to KW and waited I would have payed money instead of my time and frustration. Hopefully the experience is not this way for everyone and I just happened to get the worst, or there's some misunderstanding. None the less being absent from my bike for 30+ days gave me more time then needed to write my review as I generally never bother, best of luck to all.Sincerely, One Unhappy Customer

Don and the guys at custom works were very professional and they went the extra mile to get my electric issue solved on my 4wheeler. They don't just do motorcycles, very reasonable and I will recommend them to anyone.

I had a terrible experience with this place. I called 2 weeks ago to have a smart start that I already had installed in my new vehicle. I reviewed my vehicle and the module with them on the phone and they told me it could be done. I made an appointment and put a $25 deposit down "because of the time of the year" that I was told would go toward the work on the car. I went to the appointment and they took my module and car and I left. 15 min later I got a call from them staying the module I had was old so I would need to spend $100 more to get an upgrade. I declined due to not having the money then. I came and picked my car up right away. I was told my credit card would not be charged the deposit and I was never given a receipt for anything as no work had been done. 1 week later my card was charged the deposit and when I called today, I spoke with John the manager who refused to issue me a refund saying the recipe cites this. He has no explanation for why I did not get a receipt that day. He stated that they did do work on the car before they looked at the module and realized it was too old. If a company was more concerned about customer service and less about money I imagine they would have looked at the module BEFORE working on a car. In addition to this, the original price quoted to me was $50 mote than what my mother paid to have a smart start module installed in the same exact car 3 months earlier. I will never be going back to this place, customer service is not a priority to them. They clearly only care about making money.

Brought my bike in for some simple upgrades. The good news is that they came in on time and on budget. But the bad news, is that they broke the fender, spilt brake fluid all over the new air scoop discoloring it, and left the rear brake pedal detached. When you pick it up and point out to the guy "hey, you broke this..." they reply "well, that's the way you brought it in." Right, because the week-old air scoop clearly would have already been damaged? I am trying to get in touch with the owner to see if he'll make it right by paying to replace the parts his guys broke, since they clearly don't care.Edit: It has been nearly a month since I've reached out to get in touch with the owner. I was originally told by his sales team that he was on vacation, and he'll get back to me soon. They asked me to send pictures of the damage, which I did. I haven't heard anything back yet... I feel like they're ignoring me because they do not like this candid review; oh well.

I am biased, I have had so many bad experiences at dealerships that I just quit buying from them. That being said I took interest in the Royal Enfield motorcycle and had not many options finding a used one so I could stay out of the dealership. So I went to Kustom Workz in Depew, NY to see one. Right off the bat I had a very different experience in the showroom. The staff made me feel welcome and no attitudes. I test drove 2 bikes and bought one. They were very fast and efficient and had my paperwork done before I got to the dealership. It was literally the definition of "sign and drive". I also had some custom exhaust installed which was no hassle at a great price. Their leather and helmet area was clean and organized. Great experience, great people and great value. Highly recommended dealership for a great value and top tier service.

Highly recommend! great customer service and techs! Brought in my 08 Suzuki gsxr I just purchased to have maintenance and an inspection done that I had just purchased. During so they found it had no low beams and that the harness was melted behind the bulb. Come to find out I had some serious elcteical issues. Someone had installed aftermarket lights and spliced into the harness using just electrical tape and no insulation.....wich ended up melting multiple spots in the circuit and the relay! They had me back on the road in no time and work is top notch! These guys can do it all super pleased with how everything turned out!!

Took my subaru in to them because my remote car starter stopped working they were able to find the issue quickly and fix it in less than 10 minutes. Great service and were not looking to pull a fast one on someone that is not mechanically inclined. 11/10 reccomend to anyone that has an issue with their remote car starter!!

I was hoping to get some preferential treatment for being a good customer, nope. I purchased 2 new bikes within 2 years from them. I was cruising in the area and was hoping to get an inspection. I was told I had to make an appointment, mechanics can't stop for it. I did mention the bikes to the woman at the counter, still, appointment. Asked for Mike (the owner) he's not in. Maybe I'm old fashion thinking that I spent 30k there and was hoping to get squeezed in.I hit up MotoZ on the way back, the owner Jeff was working on a Aprilia shop was packed, he stopped to inspect my bike not to mention gave me a missing nut for my bike I would've had to special order (no charge for the nut) that's customer service!I never review but it just left me salty. Mike at Kustom always seemed fair too bad his policies and employees don't share it.
