I called for an oil change, but asked about something else. They were able to get both fixed, and even taught me about what the issues were. Excellent customer service and excellent staff! I've gone there for a couple years now and they are fantastic! The only possible downside is a smaller amount of staff leading to slightly longer wait times, but what are you going to do. I'm never in a rush, so it's no big deal. I decided to wait in the lobby for my repair and they were very cordial and nice. The manager was very friendly as well. There were I believe three people working when I was there, and they were all friendly and great. I truly trust them with my vehicle.

Whether it is a scheduled appointment or an emergency stop in, Mr. Tire is always accommodating. Sylvia at the Depew location is always friendly & informative! I used to go to the dealership for oil changes, brakes & tire rotations but after a missing lug nut incident, I switched to Mr. Tire. I would never go back to the dealership for my truck care!

Terrible experience with Mr Tire's finance company that they use. Sylvie assured me it was quick and easy to finance my repairs through their company. "Everyone loves it and you just pay it back over 12 months" so I financed $900. Fast forward 12 months, I call the finance company to get my final payment amount, & they tell me I owe them $985 (more than I even borrowed after making 12 on time payments) then the phone operator laughed at me when I asked what the interest rate was and told me 194%!!! At this rate it will take me 4 years to pay it back, and the $900 I borrowed will be $4500 by the time I'm done paying it back.When I informed him that was illegal in NYS, you can only charge up to 36% interest, he again laughed and said "it's a good thing I'm in Colorado then " & hung up on me. All further attempts to call the company go unanswered. I of course blocked my debit card that day, and the next day they reported to all 3 bureaus that I had never once made a payment on the loan so my credit score dropped 150 points in one day. Over a $900 loan!!! Consequently my home equity application was denied due to poor credit. A simple car repair has ruined my life. Thanks so much Sylvie. Really helpful. I highly suggest you don't go here, or if you do at the very least don't finance with their EZ Pay finance company, and don't listen to Sylvie who obviously is un-informed at best about what she is talking about.10/7/23 Your generic, "Thank you for letting us know about your recent visit" reply to my review, was both unempathetic to what your company has done to me, and insensitive to the content of the review. Try harder next time.

I highly recommend this location for all you're repairs friendly respectful and very understanding from the manager Tim right down to the service technicians. First Class Service At Mr.Time!!

I had such an amazing experience with Mr Tire. I was able to easily make an appointment to get a same day inspection. The service was awesome! Every employee I interacted with was helpful and nice and they got me in and out within a half hour

I've had issues at other garages in regards to sales pressure, or treating me as inferior as a woman. Mr. Tire is excellent. Chris was nice and communicative about my car AND my car was ready in less time than originally predicted. I feel like a valued customer and I'll come back for sure!

I had a tire losing air slowly and I scheduled a repair at Big Name Competitor of yours. When I arrived at my scheduled appointed time, I was told they had not confirmed my appointment and could not help me. I scheduled the repair with Mr. Tire for today and was treated with the upmost respect, my car was taken into the shop within minutes after I had arrived and the tire repair was finished very quickly. My Thanks to Nano and Craig for their professionalism & quickness of the repair along with their outstanding customer service. I will always come to this location for all my automotive repairs and highly recommend you to all my family and friends. Thank you!!!

Came in to get my tires valves removed because I didn t know you shouldn t put aftermarket metal cap which erodes. They were knowledgeable and friendly. They were able to save all 4 of my tires sensors. Will definitely be coming back for my car cares.

I brought a tire to get a slow leak repaired. When I picked it up I was told the valve stem was replaced. I still have a slow leak so I checked the valve stem and it is the same one that was always on I can tell because it is shorter than all the others like it was before and it had break dust all over it. I have not driven the car since getting the wheel fixed . THEY LIED about performing repair services. What else will they lie about when you get your car repaired there?

Had a snow tire appointment for 9am, that was made the previous week. When i got there they said they still needed to order the tires and wouldn't be in for a couple of weeks. This should have been done before my appointment so I didn't waste my time and plan around an appointment you didn't even have tires for. Will never return. Clearly don't know how to do your own job correctly.

Great experience. I just needed an inspection and oil change. They didn't try to up-sell anything and the woman working the phones and counter....SO NICE and kind.

Had an oil change with these guys for the first time today. My whole family brings all their cars here, so I figured I should give them a try too. My experience was WONDERFUL. I was in and out in less than a half hour and the customer service was impeccable. I didn t catch the name of the man who took care of me, but he was so friendly and helpful. I will definitely be coming back!!!

It s hard to find a place that you can trust with your vehicle, especially being a female. I used to only go to the dealer but this place is conveniently by my job and I love it! The staff is very friendly. Whenever I call to make an appointment there is no problem and they stick to the appointment times unlike some places that overbook! Quick, reliable service and reasonable prices which surprised me because of the location. I definitely recommend getting your car serviced here.

Raheel is absolutely amazing, he is the store manager. He goes out of his way to make sure me and my daughter are taken care of when we come in for our oil change. He goes above and beyond and his staff is always super friendly too. I definitely recommend anyone to come here for any of their far needs. They are fast, friendly, efficient, and just overall amazing. Great stuff every time

Despite being busy they made time to squeak me in for a quick job on my Nissan Pathfinder.While performing the Initial service they found another issue that was a quick repair and resolved that also. Very pleased with how friendly and hard working they are and can recommend them with confidence.

I just got a free oil change. They came up on my smart phone and stated that if I installed their app I would receive either a free oil change or free wipers. This is the second time I have visited them for an oil change. Both times I left very pleased. Mike, the manager is very polite and friendly. I've heard him be honest with customers about repairs. There are no high pressure tactics whatsoever! I would recommend them to everyone.

What a wonderful experience! Sylvia, the assistant manager, is extremely friendly and professional. The technicians are very efficient! I got an unexpected flat tire, so I called Mr. Tire to see if they could schedule me in. Sylvia researched tire options, secured a tire from the warehouse, and scheduled me in all within 45 minutes of my initial call. The technicians had me in and out within 20. All around great service!

Tim, the Manager provides good Customer Service, he gets the job done.Service is efficient, and productive. Satisfied 10 stars regarding my vehicle . I also failed to mention as soon as I called Mr Tire , Tim fit me in for appointment very same day, unlike other places. While I was there, i did not have to wait long hours, out within a hour. Excellent !

I've come here a couple of times just for oil changes and have always found the great friendly customer service. However, this time my car decided to give the guys a little twist, and Mike the manager was very helpful. Craig the technician / mechanic was extremely knowledgeable. For the service and prices, there is no reason to go anywhere else.

I had a rear light stay on due to a switch that I didn t even think about. They took all day and tried to figure it out. I m a HVAC technician and I had trouble figuring it out myself. Tim and I communicated thru the day to diagnose. They where very busy and did the best they can on a Saturday. I recommend them for excellent service and communication.They are great and buy tires and brake jobs from them. Excellent service

Overall absolutely AMAZED with this place from the start!! From the second I called the manager was willing to work with my schedule and help me out to get my car done!!! So that was already awesome AND THEN when I got there everyone was so nice and he even made me a fresh pot of coffee!! And my car was done in amazing time as well as the price was just unbeatable!!! Overall amazing place I m going to continue going there!! Thanks guys!!!

I went here to get my car inspected. The woman at the counter was very nice and service was fast. She didn't go over the print out with me but did give me a copy.

Had a problem getting my caps off my tires. People try to tell me they'll have to remove the wheel put in a new stem and replace the sensors wanted to charge me for two tires a total of $200. I would not recommend this place they're nothing but ripoffs. Had the job done at Dunn tire for $36.
