This is the best auto repair shop in buffal9 hands down. They are knowledgeable and honest. Don't waste your time with anyone else.We take our work trucks and our personal vehicles here. They are great people.

Honest and professional mechanics! They do right by their customers.Only complaint is that they are very busy but now I know why. My car gave them a ton of trouble (old Audi + electrical issues, 250k miles). They refunded labor and parts. Old part got thrown out so they let me keep the new one which was 3/4 of the bill!Quality team. If you are looking for mechanics you can trust then I highly recommend Licata's.

As an NYC to Buffalo transplant, I was very nervous when my car was giving me trouble. Am very glad I took my Honda to Licatas. They took a fair amount of time to accurately assess what was going on with my car, didn't try to sell me on an expensive replacement and communicated throughout. The garage is 25 minutes from my apartment in Hamburg but would go even further for this kind of service! Thank you!

Was rear ended and needed a collision shop fast. Licatas was professional and beyond helpful during the process. My suv was in and out quick. Communication was clear, great service and attention to detail. Will recommend to everyone.

I picked up my car from Licata s today and it s perfect! Not only did they fix what needed to be fixed, but they also cleaned my car. I had the best experience working with them. They were constantly checking in to let me know where we were in the process (thank you Kelly for that!), and also had my car ready a day earlier than originally planned. I m so grateful to everyone who works here for how kind they are, and for the excellent work they do!Services: Auto body & trim repair, Electrical repair

Quick and easy appointment. Professional, trustworthy, friendly and very knowledgeable. Never felt like they were cheating me into a service that wasn't needed. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Their office is clean and comfortable. They did a great job discussing what they saw on the vehicle and answering any questions I had. I would definitely recommend them to anybody looking for a mechanic.

I can't say enough good things about the people at Licata's and the work that they do. They've always been 100% helpful, informative, honest and friendly. I've had so much bad luck with vehicles over the years - major and minor - and they have never let me down. 10/10 would recommend!

I don't normally review a business unless I'm dissatisfied, but I have been here several times to have work done on my work truck and these guys always make sure things are done correctly and promptly. An honest business that deserves a great rating.

I had a wheel alignment performed. Dropped my vehicle off at the scheduled appointment date and time and services were performed to my expectations. Fast, Friendly, Professional, and reasonably priced. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for quality service.

I was referred to Licata's when the place we used to go closed down. They were so very kind and helpful!! They managed to fix everything in a week, it was a LOT that needed work! I really appreciate that they called and explained everything before hand, to give me the option of doing it all at once, but also telling me what needed to be done safety wise. I will continue to take "Weezy" there for future maintenance!! Thank you to everyone at Licata's Auto Service!!!

I was referred here from Blackforest. I got an alignment and then soon after had some new tires mounted and balanced. Great work with no problems! Very happy with the services I received.

Best auto shop I ve ever been to! Employees were very nice and 100% honest about the work needed for my vehicle. They saved me from spending hundreds of dollars on the wrong part that another shop said I would need. I would recommend this place to anybody, anytime! Whenever I need work done on my vehicle catch me going to Licata s Auto hands down.

I have been a loyal customer of Licata's for 10+ years now They are the only mechanic that I trust to do the job right, and at a fair price. You can get cheaper rates at other places, but the old saying "you get what you pay for" is true. They always take the time to answer all of my questions BEFORE they perform any work, and I have always been happy with the results. I am fortunate to be able to invest in quality autos (e.g. BMW and GMC Denali) and consider a good mechanic to be up there with a good Doctor, Lawyer, or Accountant. Licata's is on the top of my list and I highly recommend them to everyone.

I have used Licata s for work on numerous vehicles for multiple family members through the years with nothing but positive results and top notch customer service. If they don t know what the issue is immediately they take the time to learn and solve the problem. Patience will save you money and time in the long run. I would recommend this shop to anyone I know.

I do a good bit of my own automotive work, and I have been using Licata's for over 20 years for all my service that I can't handle. Additionally I have purchased several used vehichles from them.My 4 children and wife have also purchased their vehichles from Licata's and get all their service there.This is the best service facility I have found in Western New York. Knowledgable, honest, fair pricing and most of all the work is great and he warranties everything he does.I would recommend Licata's for all your automotive needs, big and small.
