They charged me almost 2,000 to get a few thing fixed on the car to tell me 4 months later that my car won't pass inspection that I destroyed it and to junk it. Mind you my appointment was at 9 to get an oil change I didn't leave there till almost 1:30. I went somewhere else and was able to get things done without being over charged and told to kick a good car

I ve been taking my vehicles here for the past 15 years! They never disappoint and are reasonably priced, everyone that works there treats you so nicely.

Great people, great service and the most honest and trustworthy shop I've ever brought mine and my families vehicles to. Highly recommended !!! Tuff to find these types of places anymore.

Absolutely horrible place to do business with. Every single person that works here has an attitude, and the most recent (and last) time we went there, the parking lot had no spots left so my wife went in to ask where they wanted her to park. The receptionist was on the phone and couldn't bother to look up and all the workers in the shop were screaming and swearing about where my wife parked. Awful customer service here. Rude, lazy workers. Go somewhere else these places are a dime a dozen, but at least the other places don't scream and swear at you.

This place is fair in their prices and quick in their fixes! I have been going here for years and 3 cars. They let me know what's wrong, what it costs to fix it, and let me decide what ones to fix at home. And what ones to get fixed there.

Anyone looking for a reliable, professional service for their vehicle go to this location and Bob will take care of anything needed to be done.This location is always busy for a reason, and its definitely worth waiting to be serviced at this location.

Got an alignment done in timely manner, which i appreciated, but couldnt print the alignment sheet out for me, and had a steep price for only 2 wheels.

Good but won't even entertain customer owned parts even after I offered to sign a waiver removing any liability of the shop. Still a no.

I brought my car in for an inspection. Oil change, and new brakes. They let me know I actually didn't need new brakes. They easily could have taken advantage and I'd have never known the difference. Very fair and efficient shop.

Always great customer service from Bob and his team. They are honest, and straight forward with any car issue you have. I ve been going for years since I showed up with a flat tire, they fixed and put it back on my car free of charge. They ve had a loyal customer out of me ever since. Highly recommend if your looking for a good local mechanic. Prices are fair and they will show you what is needed fixed and give you a quote before doing any work on your car.

Will recommend repairs you don't need and charge you too much for them. Wish I would have asked around the neighborhood before using them. Won't be doing it again.

Highly recommend this shop for any car repair. All staff are kind and respectful. As a woman, I feel very comfortable going here and getting work done on my car. We have recommended this business to multiple friends and family members, who have all had very positive experiences. Don t waste your time. Made a 10:30 appointment for a car inspection and an hour and a half later they still haven t looked at the car. They re excuse was we need a bay open. Waste of time.

Wiring broke off my starter, they fixed it but the faulty wiring had shortened the life of the starter, had the new one put in and back on the road the next day, I've been coming to kings for about 2 yrs, got my '08 Charger on the road, prices were reasonable and turn around was quick each time

I went to have a cracked oil pan replaced. I scheduled my car for an appointment with Bob. My car was repaired on schedule for a fair price. Bob was good about informing me of what was going on with my car when I called to check on it. I would definitely use them again.

I have been taking my cars here for 12 years. Bob is as good as it gets when it comes to taking care of customers. Fair pricing, friendly service. My wife finally started taking her car here after going to the dealer for years and she hasnt been disappointed either. We will never go anywhere else

Listen everyone if you need something or anything done on your vehicle please take it over to Kings on Broadway Ave in Lancaster, NY. They have the most honest workers. The owner Bob is the best. He not only is friendly but he is honest. Ive been to a lot of machanics in my lifetime and im sorry to say that most will lie to you if your a female. They will tell you other things are wrong with your vehicle and there wont be. They will charge you more than a man. But not Kings. They are honest and their prices are awesome. I got my back brakes and rotors changed today. It was very affordable. Im serious. My friend told me about them and she was right. Now Im sharing with you all. No matter the size of your vehicle. Doesnt matter. They are amazing. Even the police take their vehicles there. And we know they do a lot of driving and must be safe doing it. So what's good enough for them, is good enough for us all. Check them out. You will be glad you did.

I called an hour before closing as I had a flat tire and wanted to see if they could possibly plug the tire. I went right over and they spent about 40 minutes fixing the tire, came out and said my car was all done and said no charge!! .. They were so polite! Guess what? Daughter went in for a simple inspection had a 4 pm appointment did not get waited on for 10 minutes nobody came to counter even though they saw her when they did come they said it would be a bit well at 4:45 with no service I told her to ask for her keys and leave. This was so unprofessional the way she was ignored as if she was bothering them. Apparently when they came to the counter they told her it would be a bit and muttered something under their breath on the way back into the garage if you don t want to service people don t take appointments but to be so disrespectful of a young lady is uncalled for and just very sad. Would never go here again.

I'm a crooked mechanic's dream: totally ignorant about cars. Fortunately, Kings is always honest and delivers quality car care at the fairest of prices. I could definitely see another place taking advantage of my auto ignorance and charging me for work they didn't really do. Kings is the best -- trustworthy and quality work. I'm so thankful they're in my area!

Great and friendly service! Fair pricing too! Came in as a first-time customer for tires. My alignment wasn't far off so they only charged me half! Highly recommend them!

The only place that does not try to take you for a ride around here! I had my inspection done and wheels balanced for $40! He also fixed my car once before and didn t even charge me. Great place. I will definitely go back.

Very fair pricing for routine service work I have had done on both my vehicles. They seem to work on a wide variety of brands up to and including Porsche. 19+ rims on ultra low profile tires can be a problem for their tire machine as I found out though.
