AWFUL!!! I wish I could give them ZERO stars!! My husband s 6 year old truck that he bought here new, transmission went. Joe Basil of course found corrosion on the transmission lines so the warranty was voided. Really how does a transmission go on a 6 year old vehicle?? It just passed inspection there too. The truck was towed to Joe Basil and it sat there for 8 (EIGHT) days before anyone even looked at it. My husband would call and just receive a text saying it was in line really ? Eight days?? They had no loaner vehicle available we were told there was a wait list for that too. I went there twice to ask about the vehicle. Once was early morning and there was about 6 service salesmen at their desks. No lie I walked in and out of the 6 men there 5 were stuffing their faces with doughnuts!! Let s just say none of them really needed to be eating any doughnuts. The man that waited on me was rather large. When I walked outside and peaked in the service garage I noticed workers standing around smoking cigarettes. Maybe this is why it took them 8 days to look at my husband s truck. They are too busy eating doughnuts and smoking cigarettes. Joe Basil must be paying a small fortune in health insurance for their UNHEALTHY employees. I m so happy I bought a Toyota. They get you in the same day, and given answers. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this dealership or service center!! Stay far away go somewhere else!!

i took this lemon truck to them for a brake issue were the braked wouldnt stop the truck do to a service bullitin if the air pump failure to whick could have killed me and my grandchilfren ridding in the truck. they told me ill still have to come up with several hundreds of dollars to repair it . they put the faulty part in the truck and want us to pay . they robbed my brother on his truck after 3 weeks the egine went they made him waite over 3 months to fixe it. they should be shutdown they are dirty shady dealership. and know i am suing this company for endangering my life and refusing to fix there junk vehicleServices: Transmission, Electrical repair, Auto A/C recharge, Auto brake repair, Brakes, A/C installation & repair

Was there with my Equinox Friday because I had a other tire split on me. 2nd one in about 2 months. Was told that day alot of Equinox's are having flat tires. Was told the last time I was there that they're having problems with the certain Michelin tires that are on the Equinox. The first time I was there I had new tires put on same brand and the new one split. Is anyone else having problems with these tires ?

Some auto shops can be sketchy, especially some that are connected to the guy that sells you the car. So far I've found honest customer service and my vehicle hasn't shown any issues post services. It is a new car and the services I've received are connected to the vehicle purchase I did last summer. Though so far great efficient service!

I went to basil for a oil change I didn't have a appointment but they took me anyway,I was done pretty quick. The service Representative was very knowledgeable and friendly. Very good job

1+ hours for an oil change. Transit rd basil service center called me stating my first oil change was free and I made an appointment for 1pm. They took my truck at 12:45 and I m still sitting in the waiting room at 2pm. This is why I go to Valvoline bc I don t have time to sit for 90 minutes for a simple oil changeService: Oil changeService: Oil change

The experience I had today was very inconsiderate and unprofessional. I arrived to see a used jeep liberty at 5pm after making my appointment at 1130 am with custiner service rep Alisha, only to be greeted by Sales man Cory with an awkward smirk on his face only to say "yeah we just sold that jeep a few hours ago". "Didn't someone call you?" I told him I received no call at all which was odd because Alisha had been in communication with me so frequently the past week�or so. I was really upset that I rushed there from work with my children. Took 45mins to get there in the traffic from the westside of buffalo just to be brushed off. No one bothered to call me in Hope's to stick me with some quick sale to boost their sales goals for the month. I guess everything is just numbers and sales to the Basil company. Very disappointing and frustrating experience to say the least. But the worst part was getting an email at 8:38 pm from the same customer service representative Alisha asking me how did I like the jeep, with photos of the jeep and if there was anything she could do for me. Like seriously? There is zero communication and consideration skills at this establishment.

I have Drone Mobile on a vehicle and I see when the engines on, doors are open, Alarm is armed and vehicle voltage on the battery. Everything they said contradicted what I saw. Especially after two conversations on the second day of the second time in 2 weeks they had the truck. They told me they don't know what's wrong with it multiple times. magically an hour later on my 3rd call of the fourth day it's all set, when the vehicle was armed the night before and never touched again. Keep in mind this was the second week I had to bring it back to them. They had it for 2 days the week before. I'm not a mechanic but I have the engine code reader from Harbor Freight. The $12 device told me what was wrong with the vehicle. It took them 2 weeks, two separate trips for them to figure it out. And what my Harbor Freight vehicle reader told me was exactly what was wrong with the vehicle. NOTHING MAKES ME MORE UPSET THEN BEING LIED TOO.

I'm not a fan of this place, but my father insisted on having his car serviced here. Waiting room is very nice, but the service is kinda slow.

I called in regards to replacing an under warranty battery that was purchased at Basil. I spoke with a service member and the guy was rude as well as didn't listen to what I was saying. I'll never go there again.

The guy who I had helping me was awesome but the manager there undermined my intelligence and give me a low value on my car I would not recommend going there with that manager on duty he said to give me 7,000 for my car even though my car is worth $10,000 from multiple dealerships

Tried to sell me a $160 rear differential oil change on my 34k miles front wheel drive 2018 equinox i said yes to see what they would do and the guy did come back and say it is not serviceable

I paid 78 dollars for a oil change is that right? This is not a place for women. The crook tried to up sell everything he could. I wont be back!

The wait was so long and the cost is way too much and having to pay for tire rotation is wrong. That should be part of the inspection or service.
