I would highly recommend this collision shop to anyone needing work. They repainted the hood and doors on my 2020 Highlander and they even buffed out the rest of the car. It looks brand new!! They also completed the work (as well as put on a trailer hitch) in under two days. Finally - they kept me in the loop as to the progress and were easy to reach with my questions. The team at Joe Basil Chevrolet is outstanding! I was hesitant to use their collision center as I have always used a competitor as my primary business. Throughout the entire process their staff were extremely informative, professional and courteous.I rarely leave reviews, but I wanted to share how great Haylee and Camryn were throughout the process. Brought my car in for minor cosmetic damage from a shopping cart hitting my car. They took two weeks to fix this. I had 30% of my oil left when I dropped it off then it was returned with 20% left. The only reason I went here was because it was insurance approved and close. The price was almost 3 grand for minor cosmetic damages from a shopping cart.Service: Body & Trim

Stephanie the Asst Mgr of collision was extremely polite, courteous, knowledgeable & helpful she's been wonderful to work with. I took my van in for paint work because it's a life time warranty when you buy your car there. They did a great job and cleaned my car. It was so spotless inside and out!

Nobody is happy when their car needs a collision shop but they did a great job making the process as painless as possible. I love the way the repairs turned out. I especially love that they detailed the inside.

Went in for an oil change, said it would take a hour was out in about 45 min. Good service but a little pricey, but it's a dealer so I guess you have to expect that
