As always, GREAT service. Usually always able to fit in emergency appointments and with cars that s just simply a must. Mike and Imran have always been more than accommodating and helpful to me and my paranoia always thinking my car will blow up. Thanks to everyone who helped sell me my Buick as well. Amazing dealership over all. They go above and beyond and even helped me get the number to GM rewards to help me fix problems I had with my account.

If you ask 1,000 people to describe how, they imagination a car dealer to be like. You would probably get, the same stereotype description that you see on TV. A fast talking, gold tooth cap, slick combed back hair, outdated plaided suit wearing individual, with a gold chain sitting on top of his chest hairs. Even on the TV shows these people can't be trusted, they are always finding angles to rip you off. So I did my research and was totally prepared to go to war with the negotiations. Well it was pretty obvious that the car salesman (Peter) didn't watch the same TV shows I watched. Peter was totally different than I expected. He was genuinely friendly, and attentive to what my needs were. What impressed me the most was the fact he was very honest. Peter explained everything about the cars I was interested, including the details of the price summary. Peter wasn't pushy and he didn't sneak hidden charges on my bill. All this prep work I did to handle these guys, so far was a waste of my time. That is until Peter sent me to the finance guy (Nick). Now I'm ready to handle this guy, heck I figured I have to show Nick I wasn't playing no games. Well again, TV shows I watched was totally wrong about this guy as well. Nick was great, he showed all the options that was available to me. He explained how credit scores work to my son, since we are here for him anyways. He gave my son good advice on how to establish credit and how to get the right kind of credit. Nick just like Peter was nice, honest and wasn't pushy. I can say with no doubt, that my experience here was very good. I left completely satisfied with the vehicle purchase. Thanks Peter and Nick for all your help.

First we had Brandon and he was as helpful as he could be with the test drive of 2 cars and a retest drive so husband could see. Had to come back with the gym family discount so we worked with Chuck. Chuck was great he went above. and beyond for us to make it as painless as possible and with my work schedule. He even stayed late to go through on star. Both these guys were amazing!

My visit was a flat tire being serviced I had a stressed level of 4 only because I needed to be somewhere before 2pm. Not knowing or thinking to ask about your Courtesy ride until Brandon (associate) helped that took my worries down completely.So thanks for everything

No problem with oil change, however, I was under the impression that the fluids were to be checked and door hinges to be greased as common practice completed at other service stations. In this event, maybe, they were checked but were not filled, nor the door hinges lubricated. As the tires were rotated, the air was not checked for proper inflation. Chuck Fell was a pleasure to work with. He showed me different vehicles, explained each vehicle in detail and discussed pricing options for each vehicle. Once I selected the GMC Terrain, Chuck took the time to show me how to operate all aspects of the Terrain. He answered all my questions and was courteous and respectful throughout the entire process. Saturday November 11 2023 I had an oil change appointment at 11 am. I go sit in the wait room and the service manager the person you check in with in the service area comes to me and says I need to talk with you. I said ok I went into the service area where my Gmc 2022 vehicle was going to be serviced but ask was your vehicle in an accident? I said about a year ago someone backed into me and they replaced the driver left fender and headlight had to be replaced. The service manager continues to say we cant get your hood open? I said what? I have had it here previously for an oil change after it was fixed from the accident. Then this idiot who was going to do the oil change says I can take a crow bar to it! What? The manager says we can t get hood open the hood has shifted and there is a gap. You didn t have your truck fixed here so there s no warranty and you have to take it back where you got it fixed. So I left without the oil change and Monday after my job I live in Lakewood New York fyi I went to the place where I had the work done I told them what happened at the DEALERSHIP and they said try to open it guess what it opened and they said everything is fine! They open it two more times it opened fine.I was there for half hour! I said I had an oil change since the repairs and I had it detailed in October which was last month I said I don t understand!? I bought my truck there and this is my third maybe forth oil change. I don t think I want my vehicle to be serviced there anymore. Its not cheap it s 80 dollars I was going to use my rewards points plus my time with no oil change. Im disappointed. Im not sure how the hiring process but when someone says I can take a crowbar to it doesn t leave me with confidence about the services there in the garage.

I had the most amazing purchase experience with a salesmen by the name of Brandon Alston . Although the entire facility was knowledgeable and fair , Brandon had gone above and beyond the call of duty . I ve since referred 3 additional people to the Jim Murphy dealership . The service is prompt and exceptional . I m extremely happy with my purchase and I ve received compliments on my vehicle nearly everyday . Service Manager, Michael Haberer, went above the call of duty. I had a paint issue and Mike contacted GM and it resulted in a positive outcome. I couldn't be more pleased with the repainting. This by far has been the best and most stress-free experience I have ever had purchasing vehicles, all thanks to such an amazing salesmen Brandon Alston!Brandon goes above and beyond to get you exactly what you want and is very professional and throural with his work. He is straight forward, doesn't beat around the bush or tell you what you want to hear, he is very compassionate with his customers wants/needs and makes YOU the priority. Brought my 2021 Sierra for the first time for warranty work. The service advisor, Imran, was extremely polite, helpful, and communicative! Seemed very organized and a no nonsense type of place. They fixed what the dealership I bought my truck from told me was not fixable. I will be bringing my truck to Jim Murphy for service going forward. They fixed my truck quicker than anticipated too! Couldn t ask for a better experience. I appreciate the cleanliness from the tech as well. Thank you!

I had a 7am appt on 9/1/23 to get an oil change, tire rotation and NYS inspection. The service mgr asked if I would be waiting for it. I told him that my wife was here with her car and that we'd go out for breakfast and return afterwards. He promised to have it done when we returned, which he did. We were back in less than an hour and my vehicle was finished and waiting for us outside. I was impressed.
