My family and I have been going to Jimmy and his team for years now. I feel like family when I m there they ask me how my parents are doing and have a genuine interest. Pete, at the front desk, gives great customer service! They do great work, I never feel over charged, and I value and trust their opinions about what needs to be done to my vehicle. I wouldn t go anywhere else!

Bob and the guys at Firstchoice in depew should always be your first choice! Bright the truck in and had it back fast! They brought me home and picked me up to get it back! Awesome service, good price and knowledgeable!

Thanks James Paprocki and First Choice! My Jeep broke down while visiting from out of town and needed to head back to NC the next day. The First Choice crew went out of their way to get me back on the road. This is after I asked almost every other business in the area for an expedited appointment- all refused. I live in the area, and was referred to this business. Pete and Jim were both very nice, accommodating, and professional. They also communicated with me throughout the day as they worked on my car. I felt that they were honest, and I also felt that their prices were fair. I'm very happy with the service I received, and I definitely will return, as well as recommend them to others.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Brakes

Very professional from the phone call to delivery of my vehicle.Technicians are very honest, they sent a text to show me what was recommended now, and let me know what was necessary to replace in the future.Reasonable rates for the exceptional service!I used to work on vehicles but am unable to now, so had to look for a reputable facility and have found it!

First Choice Auto was recommended to me about 7 years ago by a friend, I have never had a bad experience with them. They really go above and beyond, are trustworthy and reasonably priced. The staff are friendly and personable, when I walk in they remember my name. Before I purchased my new car I had an old car that always had something going wrong with it, there were many instances where they could have tried to tell me to repair/replace things but instead they were honest about things that needed to be fixed and things that didn't need to be fixed (like patching my muffler about four times before finally it rusted out so badly they had to replace it). If you are looking for an honest and reasonable mechanic, try them out.

I am definitely going back to First Choice Automotive for any future fixes. These guys were very helpful and communicated with me the whole time. They are affordable for a guy in my position right now. I recommend you take your vehicle and give them a try.

Paid over $1000.00 for a complete exhaust system only to have the pipes and resonators fall apart and need repairs a couple years later and they did NOT back it up. I took my car to get a side swipe fixed and received the most personal and quality care I've ever got from a car repair shop. They had the most reasonable prices and my car looks better then it did new! Would truly recommend to anyone and will go back for any other report needs.

I could not recommend this repair shop more. I was just about to scrap my old Nissan when I couldn't figure out what was wrong with it and they brought it back to life. VERY impressive indeed. Everyone I know who asks where to get their car fixed will be directed here. Thanks to all who work there.New post:Came to 1st choice once again. I do a lot of my own repairs but when I either don't feel like working on my truck or don't have time I bring it here. The brake job they did was fantastic, my truck has not stopped this good since I bought it. I have 4 vehicles including 2 classic Pontiacs. I'll take everything I have here.

The owner Jim is a stand up guy. I've always been treated with respect. If repairs are needed, I can count on Jim to give me all my options. They don't try to push you into repairs. I will continue to recommend them to friends and family.

Hardly took anytime at all. They did a good job on the car, the place is very clean and free soda pop! Also coffee. Very honest and they don't jack up price. Price matches what was agreed upon.

The worst service I have ever experienced. Took the car on a referral to have my control pump serviced. Paid close to $1000. 6 months later the check engine light was back on, took the car back 15 months later and was told after a diagnostics that it was the same problem but worse. Let s not forget the $120 fee he charged for the diagnostics, but cut it in half just for me. Was told because it was over a year he was not responsible for any work. At this point I will be letting the BBB handle this complaint.

I recently had an unpleasant experience and had to get my vehicle towed to first choice collision on cayuga creek. I dealt with bill? (Everytime I saw him he was wearing a black/blue north face hat) He really made me feel better about the entire situation, also helping me get my car out of there and where I needed it to go. I would recommend anyone that needs a tow or collision work to go see bill. He really needs commended for his efforts and the way he represents this company. Thanks bill.

Jimmy and Pete always take good care of my cars... Fix everything that needs it and nothing that doesn't! Always get me in promptly... I've never had a complaint with any of them or their work... I'd recommend them to anyone... Susan M.

Jim sold me a quality used car. It only needed one repair from pothole damage and they where very fair and helpful. The other guy that's older than Jim with the classes (sorry forgot your name) is also great to work with.

This was my first time using this mechanic. They pinpointed the problem in our engine right away. Unfortunately, it wasn't an easy fix, but I believed that they charged a reasonable fee for the work involved. Very trustworthy. I'll use them again.

This place is the worst place I have ever been. I needed a timing chan on my Lincoln navigator which everyone knows they are not cheap trucks! I was out of town and they knew this so they stripped everything good out of my truck and called Lincoln and said I am abandon my truck!! They are crooks do not go to them unless u don't want a truck anymore. They haven't herd the last of me. I can't believe this place is even in business!!!

Robert Jakubec's review is obviously a lie. First Choice is the only place I trust. I typically do all my own auto repair, except there are obviously some things one can not do, or doesn't want to do. Maybe the biggest plus to FCA, is they don't rape you on parts. Who hasn't gone to a garage has been charged 2 or 3 times the cost of a part you could buy at a parts store? On one occasion, I even paid less for a part through them than I could buy it for myself! I think a 20% markup on parts is a fair deal, yet some places go 200% to 300%. All they typically do is call and order it from a store and it's delivered!!! FCA with $80/hr labor, real time labor, not book time, and a willingness to work with the customer make FCA a great choice.

I called to see if they can color match a rim, he then acted like I was dumb and asked "who told you to call me". Even as just an inquiry I would expect much more professionalism other than insulting the customer but to each their own.

I stopped in at 9 am to see if my car can get fixed and towed today. 3 hrs later a new starter was put in great staff great price you guys get 5 star's from me thank you
