My rating is based off the amount of time it took for a NYS inspection and because I was taken advantage because I am a woman and believed the so called experts. I waited 7 hrs because they failed my brand new vehicle for an item that I was told would not be covered under warranty. They failed to order the part on time, was told it would only be 2hrs to complete. Then the wrong part was ordered. They scrambled to find a part. I later found out the item would have been covered under warranty. So this location will take advantage of you if you are a woman. I was told because they took the sticker off I couldn t leave which is a complete lie. I could have left and taken it to the dealer for warranty work. I do not recommend this location at all. While I was there several people came back for issues with their vehicles that had previous work done that needed to be checked on again.

Thank you to the patient team at the George Urban Firestone. They found my problem in my first visit, an issue I ve had 3 other services attempt to find. The team inspected my car a total of 3 times that week, just to make sure I was entirely satisfied. I ll be happy to see them again for my next scheduled maintenance service.

Firestone is a great place, very fast and fair pricing. Many parts are warrantied after repair, so if you need that thing worked on later, you only pay labor. Handy if your car eats brakes or shocks. Good for large repairs or oil and windshield wipers. Tire prices are a tad high, but then again some decided that all tire prices should be a bit high.They do charge a modest fee to look at a car if they don't end up doing the repair. I'm not sure if this flat rate or a percent. The last time I had this happen, the car in question had more wrong than ok. It was worth the $20-30 to make the choice to scrap it and buy a new one. If you were thinking of buying a used car, that small fee would be peace of mind.They offer a Firestone card with x number of months at 0%. Watch the the fine print on these cards, as the minimum payment is never enough to pay the card off in that time. Like everything else, the details count.

I had a screw in the side of my tire that could not be repaired. My tires were getting warn so I started calling around for quotes. I called Firestone on George Urban in Depew at 11:00am. Maurice answered and walked me through what was needed and gave me a competitive quote with comprehensive information about the process. Maurice was able to fit us in at 3:30pm and the car was ready at 5:00! We couldn t be happier with the five star service from Maurice and the Team of mechanics at Firestone in Depew. Thank you for making a stressful day better!

I was able to get my car battery replaced without an appointment. I was in and out in less than one hour. And, that was with them being short-handed. The technician I dealt with was professional and polite.

First time ever going here. Easy to get an appointment online. Got a NYS inspection tie rods and oil change. They did good work and were very friendly.

Tried telling me my vehicle failed inspection when I only took it for an alignment. New brakes, control arm and tires (I just bought from them last year). Went to a different shop for inspection and brakes. Everything was fine and passed inspection. They will rob you blind if you don't get a 2nd opinion

I called this location after finding a bolt in the tread of my tire, based on other reviews. They were able to answer my questions over the phone and scheduled an appt for me quickly. Despite the parking lot looking very busy on a Friday morning, the work was done in about 90 minutes. They were able to patch the tire and fit in an inspection! The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the waiting area was clean.

Usually a good place for tires but not for small problemsI called for my headlight to be fixed and they said come the next day at 7amI came to the door at 7:01 an they just looked at me and ignore me for a few minutesThen they also unplugged my dash cam and turned it off completely and when I called back they hung up on meAlso had my lights turned from auto to always on which trigger my door alarm

I got a wheel alignment from firestone 2 months ago and my tires almost exploded yesterday. I had my front end serviced elsewhere and immediately got a wheel alignment and my tires were completely shredded on the inside. If the wheel alignment was done properly there would be no possible way for this would've happened. The guy refused to give me the GMs number or help me at all.

Fast good service.. but be aware.. the manager knows very little about whatever sells and also upsells un- nesessary service. Just get a second opinion before agreeing to any service here.

Great customer service but I would stay away from this place if you re trying to get an alignment done. The steering on my car was given back to me in worse shape then how I brought it to them. After reading other reviews around the web I should have done my DD before going to a Firestone in general. I was going to come back to this place today but I m just going to take the loss on the $110 I spent for them to fix my alignment and bring it somewhere that I know they will do a solid job. Disappointed because the people at this location are nice but whoever they have doing wheel alignments just isn t good enough. Being good with customers on the front end is definitely important but I care more about getting the job done correctly and considering this is the first time I ve had a problem with a mechanic not doing a solid job on my alignment and actually making it worse I d have to give this place two stars. If the people here were rude most certainly I d give this place one star.

Tried to go for my inspection, was treated rather rudely when I arrived early. Was told I did not have an appointment, the man didn t even check then when he checked it showed that I did have an appointment, then said they would not be able to do my inspection seemed unconcerned about rescheduling my appointment and outright said that because of the age of my car they would definitely be doing repairs to it, this was my first time at this station in years and they hadn t taken one look at my car to know what shape it was in and I was made to feel like no matter what they were going to find something to up charge me for. Never going to Firestone again if I m going to be taken advantage of because of the age of my car and disrespected

Literally witnessed a technician drive customers vehicle haphazardly. While also slamming shifter into park, turning ignition switch to the off position with force and exit the vehicle even before it rolled into park. If that were my vehicle I'd be disgusted. Wonder how the parking pin or the shifter cable is after that smh attached is the vehicle it was done to if it were to come up with any further issues

I've been going to a Firestone on Depew, NY for years. I never had a problem. I trust their work. Today, March3, 2023 they worked on my car and the honesty was a blessing. They charged me only $12.99 to tighten a loose left control arm bolt that the car dealership refused to fine the proble. My driver's side tire had a slow leak. I agreed to dropped it off in the afternoon so they could squeeze it in during the day. I had taken out the road hazard warranty and the tire was almost new with very little miles, therefore the tire should have been repaired for free We owned our own gas station for 65 years and I fixed many a tire. As I was home waiting for Max the manager to call me to pick up the car, I was thinking how easy it would be for them to get out of honoring the warranty by telling people that the tire can't be fixed. Call it my over suspicious mind. The place was closing at 6pm. My wife and I decided to go pick up the car since it was 545pm and we hadn't heard that the car was ready yet. Unbeknownst to Max, we were right outside the front door. Just then Max happened to call me on the phone. He told me that the tire was not repairable and it would cost me 61.00 for a new tire . I then walked in to Firestone and said to Max...Hey Max...how did I know that you were going to tell me that the tire couldn't be repaired...He had nothing to say...the customers sitting there giving me the look...but the funny thing was...the wheel was still on the car...if Max was calling me to tell me that the tire was not repairable and I walked in 10 seconds later, why was the wheel still on the car .I will be following up with the appropriate people on this...very odd and suspicious..How many innocent trusting people were sold new tires using the tire can't be repaired scam...stay tuned folks

Zero stars. Negative if I could. The manager Nolan hangs up on customers. & he's "so busy" that he conveniently forgets to give customers receipts or any corresponding paperwork with their vehicles. I had to drive back just to get the NYS inspection report because he couldn't be bothered to do his job & give it to me when I picked up my vehicle. I can't even fathom how unprofessional the MANAGER was. Do not recommend. Take your car somewhere where they'll actually do their jobs.

Absolutely Horrible!! Service and experience is like someone in there driveway! Manager max is rude. You make an appointment drop off your vehicle the night before and they don't touch it for days no calls or returns. Took my vehicle in to have 4 tires mounted on rims. Had an appointment they did not get to my vehicle for 2 days. On the 3rd day I had to show up as they did not call me. They put the tires on backwards (tires have raised white letters and they pointed that inward) and double charged me for the balancing. They gave me a hard time about the problem. Even that the vehicle was there for 3 days already they said they cannot touch it for another week! Brought it back with another appointment and the vehicle sat for 3days this time! Then no call or anything then snow storm and they closed! They had my vehicle for 9 days total to have 4 tires put on rims. They double charged me for the balancing they gouged and scraped my black rim, cracked 2 of the center caps, the tires wobble and are out of balance yet they will not repair or compensate for any of these problems.

I had an appointment scheduled online I show up 25 minutes early nobody working they just stare at me . They didn't even want me on the property I left and came back ready to get my service . Told We are booked up by a younger white boy all week still looking around nobody is working.karma

Inspection only, they took my inspection sticker off and said I needed front brakes AND ROTORS, AND BACK BRAKES AND ROTORS, FRONT are perfect back are a bit worn per 3 different garages. but NOT ENOUGH TO FAIL INSPECTION. and rotors and back brakes and rotors and wanted to charge me over 25,00.00 this past sat morning at 9:30 am. Per. max. Now took my car to 3 other places and was told neither front not back are bad enough to fail inspection. Ladies BEWARE: they saw a woman come in and scammed me. PLAIN AND SIMPLE. After calling Max at Firestone and explaining all this to him he hung up on me. I called back he saw my phone number and hung up on me another 2 times. I want an owner or someone higher up to know all of this. Does anyone know what I can do?

I'd give zero Stars if I could don't go there if you're a girl they'll try and rip you off I went there to get a nail out of my tire told me that it was impossible to repair that I had to get a new tire they couldn't take the nail out. Just got new tires two months before. Went to big D tire no problem taking it out saved me about $180. They thought I was stupid but really they lost my business and hopefully a lot of other people'sService: Tires
